Rajendera Adapa is existence under registeration with us with Rrliance jio infocomm limited.Whenever we are asking for rent they are saying I emailed to Reliance head office and work in progress. But still they are paying my rent.
We are paid GST from 1 year as per given GST number by Consignee(buyer). But still we not received even the GST. Every time when we are asking always they giving different reasons.

I have recharged my jio number [protected] with 399rs ( 399rs recharge amount - 50rs voucher) scheme thought the myjio app and UPI id of phonepe on 7th June after the completion of my plan but the recharge has not been done so please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

(349 with 50 rs voucher) on 9th June, 2019. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net Phonepe transaction id for the payment of rs.349 (399 plan - 50 voucher) is C1906091705493334334363. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately....

I have to make a complain to Jio. Today I recharged of Rs. 399 in my Jio Number [protected] but i did not get the conformation message. Recharge is done or not i want to know. If not done what should i do to get it done. I am a new customer of Jio and at the first time only i am facing this problem which discourages to continue.

I have done my recharge on 5th of june. By bank statement showed a debit balance of rs 349.(tansaction id- PRCR/[protected]/[protected]/jio money). But my jio app if saying i don't have any activated. I went to many reliance digital stires near me, but they can't help and told me talk to customer care.Neither I'm being able to talk to their customer care executive, as there is no such facility. My jio phone not getting on. The battery is full but phone is not working. When i plug charger to the phone it shows battery 100%. but it is not getting start. I am not using any SD card on it. i am using it from last 6 months. Please resolve it as soon as possible....

I obtained Jio broadband in December, 2018 and got the same disconnected on 27.03.2019. At the time of taking this connection, I paid a sum of Rs. 4500 as security deposit for their instrument. The instrument has already been taken back by Jio and they promised to refund the security deposit within 60 days from the date of disconnection. The issue is not only limited to internet speed, but also the call quality is very poor!! They (jio customer care) asked me to wait for 3 months, so that they could solve the issue, but still after 1.5 years, issue is not solved!! I could only download 4 mb in 30 minutes!! They just ask me wait more, but actually takes no action!! Infact, they not even share the steps being taken!!...

In tatipaka jio signal is not functioning evening anfd night data also very weak signal. We are having plan for unlimited for rs 399 for 84days but it is not working properly kindly resolve the problem. When i wish to complaint to customercare. They are not provide customer care on line. Today i'm trying to recharge my mothers jio number through jio app, i have select the plan and pay the amount using upi via phonepe to times.
Phonepe app shows transaction is successful twice, but i haven't get any confirmation or recharge on my mothers jio number neither jio app is showing any recharge voucher for redeem to activate plan....

I took a connection of gigafibre in surat and due to relocation i requested for cancellation on 31st march 2019. Inspite of repeated follow up they never picked up their device and when i highlighted the same to customer care they said that you do not need to worry you will get your security deposit by 31st may even if router is not picked. Sir, as per your message I have recharged RS 1699/ on 2.5.2019 and it was confirmed by your SMS . I've paid Through SBI debit card and the account also debited RS 1699.
