I have done a recharge for my jio no [protected] today for amt 398 got a voucher redeem of 50 and for balance 348 i made the payment through net banking the amount got debited from account but recharge is not done yet i called axis bank they said the transaction is successful from our side and gave me a reference no quti[protected] called jio customer care and got a reply saying that they have not got any payment it's my official no and i can't keep it unreachable kindly help at earliest

    No network in rachaplli village surrounding areas no use voice calls and data uses we are suffering with jio signal... Since lot of years ago
    Lotof times complaints. My village rachapalli grampanchat. Lot of customers in jio. We are troubled in jio network using... No work mobiles and laptops, business and mobile banking and online shopping... Please clear the network jio..

    The network signal strength is 106dbM in this locality with internet working at threshold speed. Is this way jio is celebrating their success ( refer to details as mentioned earlier under subject network issue and slow internet)
    I have did my recharge with 399 in my jio number, and its doesn't end till. Although my number has been stopped to make outgoing calls by jio, due to frequently call on a single number daily..
    They have mentioned unlimited calls in Thier plan...

      My name is adil i am from kashmir. I got a call from reliance jio infocomm limited calling from pallavi sharma she says i am selected job for supervisor and she says tommorow will be received a interwiew call after then i got a interwiew call from nandini after interwiew process complete she says i am selected for supervisor post and my salary is around 25000 per month. She says you will deposit a security amount 1250 this amount is refundable. I deposit this amount through netbanking after i got a third call from radhika she says you will deposit a training amount of rs 5800 i deposit this amount through net banking. After i got a fourth call from pratibha singh she gives my registration number r10443. After then i got a fifth call from rajesh shukla he says you will pay a small amount rs 4400 for salary account create i pay this amount through net banking. After i got a sixth call from rajesh shukla he says you will pay a last amount for salary account creation. I am says i will not pay any amount please refund my amount immediately. He says i forward your request from our company please wait 15-20 days your amount will be credited in your bank account. I can wait 20 days but amount will not be credited in my bank account. I can call these numbers but all number have been switched off. So i request consumer complaints please help me for refund my money as soon as possible.

      I can upload my transaction proof please refund my amount in my bank account immediately.

      The number I have been using for an years is not receiving OTPs. It used to get before but not anymore.

      I contacted Customer Care and they are not willing to resolve this issue.

          I have disconnected and handed over the jio modem to jio giga fiber team many days ago and they didn't refund the security deposit till date. I have written many emails and voice complaints but there is no positive response from gigafiber team. They have made me deposit 4500INR while taking the connection saying it is fully refundable
          But now customer care give random reasons and there is no positive response. Hope jio will do the needful instead of ignoring the customers

            The network signal strength is 106dbm in this locality of lahowal dibrugarh. When internet speed is checked in device it intimates working at threshold speed. Is this way jio is celebrating their success by offering lucrative schemes by luring the customer in their trap. When customer has increased the company should think about its speed and signal strength the same as during launching. It should have widened its bandwith to support increasing customer base. Try to resolve the issue

              I had recharged my jio no. [protected] for the 498 rs. Plan. I didn't receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but my net banking statement is showing that my account is debited by rs. 498. When i opened my jio app to check my plan it shows you don't have any plan, recharge now. Please look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

              Date of recharge: july 8, 2019
              Mode of payment: through my jio app and axis netbanking.
              Amount of recharge: rs. 498

                Hi sir / madam,

                I have recharged my jio number [protected] on 6 th july 2019 at 10.57 pm using my jio app and paid it by "net banking" mode. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the recharge is not done. The bank id for the recharge is bil*onl*00174. I didn't receive any br id rv id all i got is the sms stating that money is deducted. Their customer care is useless to resolve this query as i've tried contacting them for 8 times.. I'm really depressed and annoyed because i lost my hard earned money. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                    I had subscribed for jio giga fiber broadband connection by paying 4500 rs when i shifted to bangalore. Its been 6 months now and i still did not get the connection. I had applied for cancellation and refund of the money. No response from the jio team or call centers. I have called them several times, provided several cancelled cheque. Jio executives say it will come to the account, call center guys say dd will be sent to the address. But its been 6 months now, i am in a loss of 4500 rs and no broadband connection so far, no refund as well. These days call center guys cut the call as soon as i tell them my name.

                            I have recharged my jio number yesterday with 449 plan, the amount was deducted from my bank account but my number was not activated and still asking me to recharge. Also jio customer care numbers are not working. Tried to raise a complain ticket, when i call a complaint number they are informing me about the plans and there is not customer executive person to response.

                            Bijli is not coming for 4 hours and I have spoken to SDO and have not been correct yet.

                              Due to slow speed i m unable to use as data speed is really slow about 20 kbps, hence i m trying to port out to airtel but after sending port out message to 1900 i m not receiving any otp for port, it's been 5 days this is happening and jio complaints agents are not helping me about this they are saying to ask the operator agent which i am wanting to port to. So please help asap about this issue and oblige.

                                Hey friends i was also suffered from a fraud in name of reliance jio infocomm limited by which one girl call me that my profile selected for job hiring by jio. And i had to send 1500 rs. To vidhyavati which she named as manager and for future process i had to send 5000rs. For kit dispatched by them which includes a mobile, sim - card, identity card and job training details but i rejected. And ms. Aarohi thakur called herself interviewer made abuse to me and said i had all details of your now wait and watch what i can do to you.

                                A girl neha sharma -[protected] call me for job in reliance jio infocomm limited. Aarohi thakur -[protected] takes my interview and then asked me to send rs.1500 to vidhyavati says manager at gurgoan delhi office of jio company mobile no.[protected]which i send. Company email address is [protected]@gmail.com. After all they said to me that your training will at sagar training centre by training manager ms. Dipanshi mobile no.[protected]. And finally asked me to send rs.5000 in same a/c of vidhyavati, bank of baroda ifsc code - bard0bilari but i rejected and aarohi call me again and again abuse me, warn me that she have my documents to misuse.

                                    Raised a request (Sr00000w1lyt) to disconnect the jio giga fibre account (Service i'd:[protected] services on 09 march 2019. Ont (Router) is collected from my home on 22 march 2019. As per the policy one should get refund of security deposit (Rs.4500) within 45 days after surrendering the ont. Its been more than 100 days no response from jio gigafibre team. Whenever i call customer care team they are telling that they have not received ont, so i am not eligible for refund. I gave them contact details of jio gigafibre engineer (Rakesh gavankar[protected] who came to home to collect ont. I personally i called that engineer and enquired about ont. He confirmed that he handed over ont to concerned team. They collected my account details to transfer the security deposit.
                                    I here by request you people don't trust reliance jio gigafibre people and don't take connection also.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I have given a complaint about network issue through my jio app. They have called me for the location and kind of issue am facing. I replied them with exact location (Office and residence) they have told me, that the location where my office is located they are facing the building issue where no body is ready to give for network. Also, even in my other location also it is same issue.

                                      Indirectly they were telling to move for other location to get the network. They are not even bothered after repeated complaints.

                                      Indian Consumer Complaints Forum Please find the attached transaction ID. Recharge of Rs399 on contact number [protected]. Amount of Rs349 was deducted from my bank account however have not received the recharge.
                                      I had recharged from my jio app though Phoneoe UPI transaction.
                                      I have done recharge in my jio [protected] but it didn't activate.
                                      For rs 101 on 27 Jun 2019 around 5:41 pm
                                      I had checked the shop keepers date sheet for recharge its done but not activated on the phone please solve this problem.

                                        I recharged my jio number for rupees 349 (399 plan with 50 voucher) through jio app using amazon upi id on 01 july 2019. My payment was successful and my bank account was debited with rupees 349. But in my jio app it shows that i don't have any active offer. Please resolve the problem immediately.
