    When Sir Mane heard about the SMS in the Reliance company, I applied job in the company and asked me to provide job on behalf of the company but they asked me to give Rs. 2050, then I searched and paid the job card sent to him. And later I did not get any reply from them. Sir, either job should be provided or my 2050 rupees returned.

      They are blocking my number again and again to saying that misused to make high number of outgoing calls. They blocked my number on june 20, 2019 and once again on july 16, 2019 while i have recharged on march 31st (399), june 21st (19), june 24th (98) 2019. Yet they are blocking me. While they are committing unlimited call. I want that they resume my plan of 399 and return of 98 plan. I make 432 total voice calls between 17th april to 16th may and 548 total voice calls between 17th may to 15th june and 522 total voice calls between 16th june to 15th july. They messaged me before one day of blocking and next day they blocked me. When i called their officials to know their criteria to blocking my call service they only say that to reduce my number of calls. Then why they are committing unlimited calls. If they can not provide this facility then please tell me and let me port out and they should be return to me my 399+19+98 of recharge price.

        Hi team,

        This complaint is regarding my disconnection of jio giga fibre connection. I have raised request: sr00000x5u3g for cancellation of jio giga fibre. But still have not received the refunded rs.4500 credit back to my account.
        I am trying to reach customer care by dialing at toll free [protected]. Still not able to contact customer care. Waiting bell is continuing till 10 mins, still i am not able to had conversation with anyone. No contact, no update from the team from their email

        The person from jio care prakash contact number : [protected]. Who has initially came for collecting charges for this connection has not detailed us how installation process will take place. Nd now when we have to cancelled the request. Still there is no refund amount back.

        Can you please look into it on high priority..

          I'm recharge of rs. 449 through myjio app and i get a voucher of rs.50 through myjio app and finally rs. 399 payment done by PhonePe upi . The amount is 399 debited from my bank account but recharge not done by company.

            I had recharged my jio number for the 149rs plan
            On 15th of july 2019, i did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge and the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful and after that the app show no plans recharge now. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

              I have complained about the network connectivity problem to jio, but they are unable to resolve the problem. I am not getting network in my house, previously it used to come. Jio customer people telling to wait for 3 to 4 months they are working on it. How can i be without network for 3 to 4 months. Although poor connectivity is there in my area, but i was able to get two to 3 points from which i was able to make calls and adjust. But now from past three days there is no network at all and jio is telling that they are working on network isuues kindly wait for 3-4 months for network connectivity problem resolution and they have been telling this from past 8 months when we compare about poor connectivity

Reliance JIO not refund or Transfer wrong prepaid Recharge on wrong prepaid no.[protected]in place of correct number [protected] done o. Date 28.06.19 by mistake from another JIO number this information given to JIO for wrong recharge with 30 minutes in writing but JIO making only FOOL.

                    Sir i buy sim in chakripuram shop and she is laughing at me and make me feel guilty. Is this the manner to behave. As i don't know telugu, she is scolding me in telugu. Help me with that otherwise i will take further action because she make me fool infront of all... She plays with me and she make us not to buy sim but i tried to get and i got that.. Main thing is that she is laughing and tell my character in telugu

                    On what basis have u all considered that my jio number is misused. The limit is 300 minutes of voice call per day and I have not crossed this limit ever. So I kindly request this company not to curtail the free voice services.
                    Wrongly done recharge it is now not active I'd tell company for transfer or refund my amount of 449 recharge as previous versions of my jio app has deleted the feature to transfer the vouchers and I want to transfer inactive recharge of myjio

                        Hi, I want to bring in your notice that there has been activity to install Jia Network Tower at 192 sec 55 Faridabad and MCF has allowed this to happen Which is concerning as well. This has been critical issue to the residential health in the area.

                        I would request to take necessary action in this regard. As this is in the middle of sec 55 residential area. All residents heath in trouble

                          I want to file a complain against jio my sim provider getting very slow speed of network. But i am paying for 4g speed that the company promise to give 1mps 2 mbps speed but he is unable to give 2g speed also i. E 128kbps. I am registering a complain about it. My place is ghoramara near lahowal pin code is 789010. I am very disappointed with the service given by jio to me. I want services to be improved as first as possible.

                          I have not solved the problem even after complaining in customer care many times.
                          So I am complying here. The jio network is very weak in our location.So you have to contact.I am from Assam Dibrugarh. [protected] is my contact no.I would like to tell you that many people are using the jio Network in our location.Due to this, the network of jio is very weak in our location. I told the company many times but I did not get good reservations. Over the years, repeat information is getting from customer care. Sir, you will be requested to try to improve your location by checking the network.Against this, I have complied very often in customer care, but I have not received any results.That's why I am telling you people by mail.
                          I do not know what you people will ask me to investigate after I know that you guys will solve my problem.
                          I would like to say one more thing to you that the people who are the customer care executive of you people have been turning me out for a long time, so I have complained about National Compliance Helpline and its compliant number ÷ 1277688.I am sorry to say so many things, so forgive me.

                          Network connectivity issue in Junaki path, Khaniagaon, Dibrugarh, Assam. Very slow internet connectivity in that area. Unable to attend online classes. No speed of 4G. Unable to work on anything. Please resolve this issue. I am tired of complaining about it. Its URGENT.

                            I have some problem with internet. I have a plan of 2 gb daily which was working fine, but on 11 july 2019 i used only 400 mb but the my jio app is showing is used 1.1 gb that is wrong.
                            I tried to call jio care two times both time they said that you used you internet they were not replying me for solution. They were sending me some video which helpful for savibg data. They were not trying to help.

                              I have done a recharge for my jio no [protected] today for amt 398 got a voucher redeem of 50 and for balance 348 i made the payment through net banking the amount got debited from account but recharge is not done yet i called axis bank they said the transaction is successful from our side and gave me a reference no quti[protected] called jio customer care and got a reply saying that they have not got any payment it's my official no and i can't keep it unreachable kindly help at earliest

                                They have mentioned unlimited calls in Thier plan...

                                  My name is adil i am from kashmir. I got a call from reliance jio infocomm limited calling from pallavi sharma she says i am selected job for supervisor and she says tommorow will be received a interwiew call after then i got a interwiew call from nandini after interwiew process complete she says i am selected for supervisor post and my salary is around 25000 per month. She says you will deposit a security amount 1250 this amount is refundable. I deposit this amount through netbanking after i got a third call from radhika she says you will deposit a training amount of rs 5800 i deposit this amount through net banking. After i got a fourth call from pratibha singh she gives my registration number r10443. After then i got a fifth call from rajesh shukla he says you will pay a small amount rs 4400 for salary account create i pay this amount through net banking. After i got a sixth call from rajesh shukla he says you will pay a last amount for salary account creation. I am says i will not pay any amount please refund my amount immediately. He says i forward your request from our company please wait 15-20 days your amount will be credited in your bank account. I can wait 20 days but amount will not be credited in my bank account. I can call these numbers but all number have been switched off. So i request consumer complaints please help me for refund my money as soon as possible.

                                  I can upload my transaction proof please refund my amount in my bank account immediately.

                                  The number I have been using for an years is not receiving OTPs. It used to get before but not anymore.

                                  I contacted Customer Care and they are not willing to resolve this issue.

                                      I have disconnected and handed over the jio modem to jio giga fiber team many days ago and they didn't refund the security deposit till date. I have written many emails and voice complaints but there is no positive response from gigafiber team. They have made me deposit 4500INR while taking the connection saying it is fully refundable
                                      But now customer care give random reasons and there is no positive response. Hope jio will do the needful instead of ignoring the customers

                                        The network signal strength is 106dbm in this locality of lahowal dibrugarh. When internet speed is checked in device it intimates working at threshold speed. Is this way jio is celebrating their success by offering lucrative schemes by luring the customer in their trap. When customer has increased the company should think about its speed and signal strength the same as during launching. It should have widened its bandwith to support increasing customer base. Try to resolve the issue
