On 27/oct/2022 08.37pm recharge my jio number Rs. 239 using Gpay. Amount debited from my account but recharge not done. Lot of mail sent to gpay and Equitas bank and jio customer care. No proper response and still now problem not resolved.

I have taken a connection of Jio fiber for trial in March for a month for which I paid Rs. 1500. After cancellation within 30 days I had to get this security money back. I cancelled the trial within 30 days and after that I received 500 rupees, when I called customer care, all they are saying is remaining 1000 rupees refund is getting initiated. I have already made complaint 10-12 times but getting same response and no refund....

I have done recharge from my google pay for 179 plan twice. First time the transaction failed. Amount deducted 179. Then again after 1 day I repeated the recharge. We had good jio connection at my place [Siddeshwari, Chowk, Varanasi - 221001]. Most of my family had one jio sim, which was also the primary sim since the services were good here. But towards end of September, we started having network issues. We were not able to use internet and calling also got really bad. Call drops started to happen, and not one call went without disturbance. There are only some areas where the network works a little...

I have placed a termination request and the connection has been terminated more than 17 days ago. Since then have been following up daily with Jio customer care to have somebody come and collect Jio modem and issue refund of deposit amount but no body is helping.

Looks like it's a scam by Jio to avoid payment of deposit amount....

The bank has debited the amount of recharge which was made through Paytm [UPI ref. No.:[protected]] but my number did not get recharged. If the transaction is successful by jio mobility's side and if I have recharged an unknown wrong number then please let me know that phone number so that I can contact them....

While taking Jio fiber connections, the sales team promises customers many things like free one month, stb box free etc. But they say it will be applicable only if you take for min 3 to 6 months and will get it at the end of the scheme. After the scheme ends the sales guys disappear and the jio customer care team says no such policy and apologize . In the end cus is squeezed. Good game plan by Jio management. All beware !...

During the purchase of the sim card Jio associates told me I need to submit Rs. 500 as security deposit and it will be refunded back post disconnection but despite being disconnected they are not refunding my amount which was deposited. Since one month, no one has come to pickup my jio fiber device and still am not getting refund rs. 2300 approx. from jio. If I call jio customer care, they asked me to avilable in home, if I am available in home also no has to come and pickup the device.
Sale personal, without informing me he has it installed the postpaid connection, that is the first problem. After that he is not picking my call.
