This is to grab attention to some of the matters that I find difficult to accept which I had undergone for past few days i have installed jiofiber device in Jan 2023 which woked good for two months while installing jiofiber technician has not properly installed the cable he just put a knot on the near by dish antenna and connected modem at that time itself i told the technician to properly align the cable but he never mind my words

Last month (March) suddenly there is no connection of Wi-Fi i raised a request and same technician came and inspected the cable and found the cable has been bent which he has put a knot while installing

After that i raised a request in customer service to change the cable line to align properly but without my knowledge technician came and changed modem which worked well after installation of the new modem for the past few days the coverage area is reduced at my home and 2.4 GHz signal is not available which is connected to most of my smart home devices
Now the modem restarts automatically every few hours

I again raised a request to solve the problem but the technician who came for inspection asked me RS 1200 for installing Wi-Fi extender at my cost even the Wi-Fi signal quality is poor within 15 feet range

is it my fault because of the poor connectivity of your modem I'm unable to use my smart home device's installed at my home which needs 2.4 GHz band

Even though I raised complaint for more than ten times no response is from your side

Previously installed modem has arcadyan as mac vendor which is good

But the one installed now is servercom india is very poor

    From past few days we are facing network issues, we tried to reach customer case on chat but they are not ready to take any complaint on it and already TAT is available and they gave reference number MR00016ONHNC. Not a racker for that. I have sent several emails but no response from the team. We have jio tower in our locality K Pedapudi, Ambajipet Mandal, 533239. We are still supporting from home, we are spent more money for internet but they are not providing any kind of support.

      I recharged my jio number on[protected] with amt Rs 149 via BHIM app and the transaction was successful but neither i received any confirmation message from jio nor its updated on myjio app . am not able to make any call or send message or use internet

        I had a fiber connection of 6 months. Dated 21st of July 2022 @2800/- rs. According to plan my plan should last till 21st of Jan 2023. At 20th Jan evening I received a call from Jio executive asking me to recharge my fiber thereby I was informed by him that services will be stopped if not recharged. I was unable to recharge my fiber and at 28th Feb 2023 Jio sent me a mail having a bill of ₹698 with an adjustment of ₹250 something. When I asked about the bill and why they continued the service even after they told me that they would discontinue it there was no proper response from the company.

            Hi Team,

            This is with regards to subject jio account number. I am from Chennai pozhichalur pin code 600074. I took connection on 6 th Jan. I was forcefully compelled by the jio sales person by reputative torture and with fake promises. In Jan i was having a active connection with hathway and it was valid till March. But the jio sales person gave the false promises of giving me extra months of gree validity on connection by adding coupons and forced me take connection. I paid around 3000 for 3 months validity hoping that he will add months as promised. But now in April new bill generated and I need to pay the money. When tried to reach the sales person he blocked my number. This is how he is campaigning all over my area . I tried report it his team leader but no response. This does not look fair. I need a solution Please do the needful.

                Maine 2999 ka Jio mai recharge kiya tha jiske saath mujhe 5G welcome offer bhi milega aisa Jio ke app/Website par likha hua hai.par maine Recharge kiya hai uske baad 5G plan upcoming mai show kar raha hai.or ye Exciting plan khatam hone ke baad activate hoga aisa show kar raha hai. Jo ki nExt year 2024 mai hoga.

                    On 01/04/2023 my mobile with two sims was stolen. Got airtel sim within hours. While getting jio, they insist on biometric which shows error due to digilocker which was installed in the stolen mobile. Submitted manually photos and copies of required documents . Still duplicte sim was not activated and customer care people disconnecting the line. Even after four days not activated and being ill treated. Why jio insists biometric issuing duplicates and not for new sims.

                      Since 1 month or more I have been facing poor voice network in mobile while at home I hardly hear any voice call from other side although other person clearly hears my voice. If I call any person from other area, I hear voice but from my residence situated at Fulbari, Malda, I do not hear any voice I receive.

                      Kindly solve the problem immediately.

                        I had done recharge of 15 rs data voucher on my jio mobile number from gpay on 2 april 2023, 6:18pm. The money has been deducted from my account but Jio prepaid haven't confirmed it yet. It is still in processing. Pls recharge it ASAP!

                            I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the unavailability of Reliance Jio's fiber service in the Magam area. Despite numerous complaints from residents, the issue still persists, and it has had a significant impact on the entire community.

                            As a resident of Magam, I was excited to hear about Reliance Jio's fiber service and its promise of high-speed internet. However, it has been several months since the service was supposed to be made available, and we are still waiting for it. This delay has caused inconvenience and frustration for those o[censored]s who rely on the internet for work, education, and other essential activities.

                            The lack of communication and transparency from Reliance Jio is concerning. The company's failure to provide regular updates and a timeline for when the service will be available has left residents feeling neglected and ignored.
                            It is disappointing to see that no action has been taken despite the numerous complaints filed.

                            I urge Reliance Jio to take immediate action to rectify this issue and provide fiber service to the Magam area as soon as possible. Your failure to provide this essential service has affected the whole community, and it is unfortunate that we are suffering from this mismanagement.

                            I hope that you will take swift action to resolve this issue and restore our faith in Reliance Jio's commitment to providing quality service to all its customers.

                                Jio has not provided services. Took money and now not refunding the money back as promised. Its been more than 6 months now and they are just harassing. Stop responding to emails. Attached email where they mentioned refund is initiated but its not yet credited to my account. Total Scam going on in JIO.

                                Mr Amit Gupta from Meerut Office is involved along with Av Sivram, Ashish Jaiswal, Rahul Kharatmol, Kratika Mahore etc from JIO are involved and completely doing scam

                                      I can't make and receive calls often. Internet not working. Lot of complaints raised in jio care, but problem not solved. Complaints are keep closing as resolved. I don't know how to get solved this problem. I am facing this issues since February.

                                      Whenever i call someone, there's no active plan on this number, kindly recharge immediately. But i have active recharge for one year.

                                      Incoming calls are stopped. When someone calls my number, they getting Incoming facility to this number are not available. But i have active recharge for one year.

                                      Internet connection not working.

                                      Very Rarely jio works, Â i can make and receive calls. I raised so many complaints with them. Not getting proper response.

                                      It is annoying me . Can't make call whenever i need it.
                                      I don't know what to do next.
