I obtained Jio broadband in December, 2018 and got the same disconnected on 27.03.2019. At the time of taking this connection, I paid a sum of Rs. 4500 as security deposit for their instrument. The instrument has already been taken back by Jio and they promised to refund the security deposit within 60 days from the date of disconnection. Now it is more than 70 days and the refund has not been given so far. A number of messages to their Customer Care did not yield any result.

I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 399 rs plan on 4th june 2019 well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the paytm app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.399 plan is[protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

The issue is not only limited to internet speed, but also the call quality is very poor!! They (jio customer care) asked me to wait for 3 months, so that they could solve the issue, but still after 1.5 years, issue is not solved!! I could only download 4 mb in 30 minutes!! They just ask me wait more, but actually takes no action!! Infact, they not even share the steps being taken!!

They really broke the promise to resolve the issue and still they are very bad at consumer's satisfaction!!

In tatipaka jio signal is not functioning evening anfd night data also very weak signal. We are having plan for unlimited for rs 399 for 84days but it is not working properly kindly resolve the problem. When i wish to complaint to customercare. They are not provide customer care on line. Tatipaka, razole mandalam, e. G. Dt. Internet data speed also very low and ex 1mb down load it takes min 5min or unable to down load now message will apppear in cell phone

Today i'm trying to recharge my mothers jio number through jio app, i have select the plan and pay the amount using upi via phonepe to times.
Phonepe app shows transaction is successful twice, but i haven't get any confirmation or recharge on my mothers jio number neither jio app is showing any recharge voucher for redeem to activate plan.

The issue has been reported to the customer service and also via mail but they are saying they will resolve it, but still they have not resolved yet. I am facing this issue from last six months and i registered complaint as well to customer care but no luck.

I took a connection of gigafibre in surat and due to relocation i requested for cancellation on 31st march 2019. Inspite of repeated follow up they never picked up their device and when i highlighted the same to customer care they said that you do not need to worry you will get your security deposit by 31st may even if router is not picked. Now they are giving lame excuses that service is not cancelled and its only suspended and we cant refund amount and all.

We would like to lodge a complaint on behalf of the residents of ghoshpara, narayantala west, baguiati, kolkata 700059 against a mobile tower being installed in our locality.

We all are aware of the tremendous health hazards of the radiation emanating from mobile towers and its adverse effect on environment. As far our knowledge, erection of towers shall not be allowed within a radius of 100 meters from residential buildings. Here, the tower has been installed stealthily at the crack of dawn, without the consent of the residents of our locality. We strictly demand the removal of the telecom tower that has been installed on top of mr. Chapol basak’s residence of fc-81, narayantala (West), baguiati, kolkata - 700 059 (West bengal)


Keeping the safety and health of the local residents in mind, we request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure that the said tower is removed immediately.

I sent a message by looking at geo company's job in the paper.
After that i got a call that my selection has been done. I was called by number[protected] for selection. After my selection he talked about sending my base photo. After that he made my job card.
He asked for 3, 000 jobs card, which i transferred online. After that he said that i am being given a computer printer on behalf of me. After that, the phone came, that your luggage will be transported, the payment is 13000, which you have to pay. Speaking on my assumption that the company will pay half of the amount you have to pay half. I felt that there was a job in the paper and it would not be wrong if i transferred money from the bank. After that your luggage was delayed today, so tomorrow it will come out. The next morning, there was a phone call that the goods will be delayed as there is a prize on your name that can be released only after the opening of the prize. After a while the phone came and you got the amount of 280000. It will be added to your account then we will get out. Without refusing to talk to me, they can not give us jobs, so you have to take this amount. I say okay give it. Then say this is received by the policy. Your call is transferring us to the policy office. After the call, after telling me on the phone, 7 percent of all the amount i have to give before, otherwise i will not get a job. He was asked to transfer the 1 9 500 amount to the coy's account. Now i was frustrated, thought to have got a faked sum, so it would have to do. I transferred money on the company's account. Then the call came that your account is not transitioning more than 100000, so you will have to transfer the amount again or else your job and money will not be available both. I was feeling that i was frustrated but i returned the transfer to get my money back. As soon as the unmounted phone came, check your account and your amount and prize amount has been sent to you. If the check was done then 280 came and then came that your money has been frozen in the reserve bank. Then he transferred my call to the reserve bank officer, he said that you have to take non-objection certificates for which you have to deposit 50000. Otherwise you will get the money then i said that give me my money, otherwise i will complain in police. But they started saying that whatever you have to say, without transferring without a transfer of 50000, you will not get your money back. I had recharge for rs448 on 30th may by upi payment in paytm and the amount was deducted but the recharge was failed. So i had contacted paytm for refund but the transaction is successful in their app and told to contact [protected]@icici for refund. Again i had contacted jio customer care and they also told the same as i was not getting any customer care no: for [protected]@icici. So kindly check and do the needful.

Hi, since last 6 months i am facing network issue in my particular number.
When i am raising compliant customer care executive not ready to take complaint. After so many they are taking request and given comment as per their point of view not as per customer problem. And network team close the request with communicate and with giving resolution. Even jio top level management also not bother about customer problem. Bcoz compnay got money in advance. When your validity going to expire before 10 days they creating problem in service so customer can do recharge in advance. Like this jio do cheating with customer. They take money from customer but not giving service. They give good service new customer only.

I did my top up data booster recharge and it was successful. Money has been deducted from my bank account. But it does not get activated saying that "dear customer,
We have received recharge request for mrp 11 on your jio number *. The reference number is br0002r7n5tt and you will receive a confirmation once it is successful."
My data booster pack is not getting activated.. Please help me out to resolve this.

Sir, as per your message I have recharged RS 1699/ on 2.5.2019 and it was confirmed by your SMS . I've paid Through SBI debit card and the account also debited RS 1699. But when I have made a call to 1991, they are not telling the date up to Sim has got renewed . Kindly arrange for renewal of the cell number [protected]upto date and confirmation. Thank you

I am akanksha and i have recharged my jio no. From myjio app and payment was made through google pay application to [protected]@icici but yet i haven't received my recharge of rs. 498. Upi transaction id of my payment is[protected] from the name of binit kumar singh account on 27.05.2018 at 5: 59 am. It is a huge amount which cannot be ignored.
Please kindly provide my refund or recharge as soon as possible

My name is anil bansiwal. I applied to postpaid my prepaid number from the salesmen named shiva in jio store, baddi on the 14th of march. For this, i had deposited the security and membership fee rs. (250+99) and then the application was canceled for some reason. Then i will get my fees back in 60 days for information from the jio store and jio customer care. But i have not got my money yet

I did not know any good response from jio store and i did not get any help on the matter from jio customer care.

1.in my absence this illegal activity was carried by the relience jio for their next upcoming plans.

2 i objected to their one of the employee when i met him on my visit to hissar n made a complaint that after this as they have dugged the road water coming from housing board water supply is totally damaged n disruppted and no activity should be carried from this place, he argued and called his senior mr. Ajay kumar n mr vijay kumar regarding my objection for this illigally putting of this relience jio apparatus.

Sir/maam this is my plea this activity done by a company which doesnt have any right to destroy my property n bring obstecles for me for their own personal benefits.

A stricked n justified action is the need of the hour sir (Against this complaint)

As a widow of mr anil kumar mlhan, and mother of a son n for his studies i visit my place for fullfilling all govenment bills n my requirements. My mother is bearing my n my son's expenditures. She stays in panipat my maternal house. I shall be highly thankful to u for this act of kindness.

I have vodafone sim card so i want to port it to jio. I make a port in jio service request from my jio app and they changed me 99 rupees for door step delivery. Their person came to do delivery and i provided all documents they want bt after they msg me that i provided wrong documents so the process can't processed.

Through the fulday network is working very pathetic, not possible to do any work on the network and unable to dowload any important file or program but befor few months ago it was working good. Recent conetivity is not up to the mark
