I have migrated from JIO Postpaid to JIO prepaid on 5th Feb 2018 and at that time they told me the refund will be initiated automatically to my account which is mapped to my aadhar number.After 2 days i got a link from JIO to fill my bank information.I got reply that amount will be credited in 10 days but it didnot happened and i connected with customer care they told me it will take 60 days.
I waited for 60 days...

I have order airpods but its fake. and not return policy. So many times i have calls & Whatsapp message but no response & airpods not working its used item. In instagram page photos show original but delivery item not original. So take some serious action otherwise i take complain to the police.I can upload all the photos & videos. Tell everyone no one can purchase from juta store...

I have recharged the ₹149 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right number.

I was recharging my jio number using my jio app and paid money via bhim upi.
An amount of ₹349 was deducted from my account and transferred to reliancejioinfocomm. Billdesk@hdfcbank
But my recharge was not done.

I am arpit srivastava from unnao, uttar pradesh. I have been a old customer for jio but whenever i call them for their slow internet speed they cut my phone without any proper conversation. My jio number is [protected]. It's very frustrating as they ask for 500 per 3 months in which i must get 2 gb per day but due to their slowest speed i can only use less than 1 gb, nothing get downloaded, it take hours to download a small file of 50 mb....

Sir I performed a recharge of rs 399 with a voucher of Rs 50 . I pay Rs 349 to reliancejioinfocomm.billdesk@hdfcbank (upi ref no 9093****0078) through upi payment upi name :8729**[protected]@airtel . Amount got deducted but recharge is not successful and not credited to my account . So please help me in compliting the rechage or to credit to my bank account...

I am a person using Jio services since Jio 4G release in Gujarat/Bhavnagar. My whole family is using Jio because of my gratitude to use only Jio.

I was happy and enjoying Jio services, but last evening my India Jio number([protected]) stopped working unpredictably. I don't understand the concern, as my mobile was placed safe and I am the only user.

I talked to Jio Chat representative and the only answer I got...

We have given jio below amount for new connection charges and credit enhancement charges which was suppose to be receive back or it should reflect as our credit limit. Below is the dates and amount which we paid to them.
13.06.2018 rs.1400/- (To port in jio we paid cash rs.350 for 4 connection) (350*4=1400/-)
29.03.2018 rs.1000/- (For credit enhancement) (Jio number [protected])
06.07.2018 rs.1000/- (For credit enhancement)...

Dear sir i have a jio lyf phone. When i face the problem of overheating and charging, i went to the jio store located at suhag nager firozabad they ask me to submit my jio phone bt when i asked them to give me a receipt they refused to do so and said they don't give the receipt to anyone and when i insist to give me a receipt they gave back my phone. You are requested to took an action against them...

I want to complain regarding the security deposit i made for installation of their service on 21st oct, 18. I got relocated to a different place during dec, 18 end.

Till now i have done multiple follow-ups since january 2019, with them and they have not refunded the security deposit back to me.

This is really disappointing that at the time of installation they did...

Slow internet service in my jio number [protected]. My above number data connection is not functioning/working from to till night 12:30 but as is working it is very slow. So i requested please check again this problem & again try to improved the above problem and oblige.

I have ordered jiofi device online, and i have got a defective device (Which doesn't switch on even after charrging it) delivered on 13th april. The issue is from day1 itself i haven't used it yet. Unable to switch on jiofi device..

Weak network service in our area. Low speed internet while using jio-fi. We are experiencing slow speed while surfing internet or watching youtube playing online games and facing server disconnect frequently while surfing. I hope this network issue will be fixed soon. Jio is known as fastest network but we are getting slow speed in our area. This problem needs to be solved soon.
