I had one jio number, [protected], registered on my name, abisha i was not using the number but was active on whatsapp, suddenly my whatsapp asked me to verify my number when i tried to contact company the number was given to someone else they didn't inform me but now company has given my number to some other person and now my whatsapp is being used by that person, truecaller shows my details too i want to block my whasapp id and remove all my details linked to that number and sue jio for for doing this to me, my personal whatsapp id is being used by someone else, this is a breech to my privacy

    A jio mobile tower is being installed on the roof of housing complex (Add - amit yadav d-3 fourth floor galid no. 8 rajapuri utter nagar). Company has taken any permission from other flat owners. A objection letter with sign of 15 house owners of this sreet has been sent to company. Without knowledge of other flat owners how the form was filled and how company installed the tower. This is area is a dense populated area and this street is one sided closed and no park is nearby. Two public schools (Renuka public school and adarsh new holy public school) are less than 100 meter radius of tower. Which is opposite to dot guidelines of tower installation.
    An objection letter sent to company regarding this is being attached.

    Company and fourth floor flat owner( front side) has not taken permission from any other flat owner
    Sir i have recharged my jio no. through jio app using credit card but since now my no. hasn't beed received the msg of recharge, only the conformatory msg has been received by me.. please help me si that i can smoothly get recharged on my number

      Dear team,

      Please note that i was purchased a jio mobile for the month of feb'19 vide imei no.[protected]. I am facing problem that we can't on mobile. While we reached a nearest jio office o[censored]lubari. The office engineer had checked and told that the motherboard was broken. We have to change the same therefore we have to pay of rs.1200.00. But my complain is how it is possible to break my mobile motherboard. Ever never was drop my mobile from my hand and there is no scratch on the mobile than how it's possible to break my mobile mother board. I was not convinced about the reply of jio office engineer.

      Please look into the matter and exchange my motherboard.

        Today I have recharged my jio number with 399 plan and got recharge successful message but it is not updated yet, it was more than 4 hours still no update from jio .. Please do solve this issue as soon as possible .
        Recharged through phonepe app and got recharge successful message

          Very low network coverage in my area. No internet speed. So many times I call to the customer care for the complaint regarding internet speed but they always Denny to accept it. Every time the customer care persons give me a fake assurance that the some work has been going on and the network problem will be solved very soon. I am facing this problem since 6 to 8 months.You can verify this complain if you want and take it seriously. You solve it as early as possible.

              I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 399 rs plan
              (349 with 50 rs voucher) on 15t of may 2019, well in advance before the due dahte. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.349 (399 plan - 50 voucher) is[protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

                  I m retailer in daulat nagar borivali east and koi jio ka salsman service nahi de pa raha hai jio ka activation ka pressure babate hai aur recharge k liye koi salsman hi nahi aur vaha distributor ko call karo to vo gaon me ja k baitha hai aur unka koi service nahi de pa raha hai. Ab lag raha hai k jio k bhi sahi me ache din aane vale hai kya jio bhi bandh na ho jaye aise service de rahe hai jase hum unse fukat me recharge mang rahe ho.

                    I have 5 jio numbers that I don't use anymore and want to deactivate them but the customer support didn't want to deactivate my numbers by saying that number will be deactivated by itself when it validity expires, these are the numbers which i am not using for more than a year and i have complaint 3 times but there response is always same that number will deactivate after validity expires. As per new tria rules they should deactive my number and they have no rights to keep my Adhara data on there there servers.
                    The numbers are shown in the picture uploaded except [removed] and [removed], leaving these two i want all other 5 numbers deactivated.

                        Hello myself raja tyagi, today i asked for the duplicate sim in jio mini store of bijnor city, near to pankaj hotel. As soon as i started telling them my problem, they intrupted me in between and started arguing with me .I dont know what strong was that and a guy named subodh tyagi started saying, i[censored] gonna bring in wriiten also then also we are not going to deliver or accept your complain.Go where u wanna go to complaint, the behaviour was such a unusual that i cant bear that and immediately filed a complaint.Though my problem of duplicate sim is still pending.have a look into this matter and pls question that guy named subodh tyagi thinking himself as king or what i dont know.

                              Reliance jio provide good service in big city and good network coverage in all over gujarat.in the rural gujarat network coverage are good compare to other companies but internet speed are very slow like 2g. Please improve your service so i could be recommended to other to use jio not go for another service provider and also your company promote the what about secound sim at the time last dipawali. First sim is jio so second sim also be could be jio?

                                Jio staff members behaviour is not good. Please deliver proper training to your staff. All the time they were busy with their nonsense talks. Please see this matter strictly otherwise they will definitely spoil the image of your brand.

                                      I have recharged jio 149 daily pack. My complaint is that jio has exhausted the 1.5 gb of my data without usage. I got message that 100% data got exhausted without a. When i had word with customer care they started teaching me that we will send you link from where you can learn how to manage data. And also link from where i can check usage... When i checked usages on that link i found that i consumed only.030 mb of data. Again i called the jio customer care but representative refused to rechrge data...

                                        In our area the speed is been very low, I have been complient twicly but there is no respond in your side. And very poor customer service because I have complient this issue in before 3 months but no improvement is devolped I your side so I request to improve the speed in our area.
