I want to complain regarding the security deposit i made for installation of their service on 21st oct, 18. I got relocated to a different place during dec, 18 end.
Till now i have done multiple follow-ups since january 2019, with them and they have not refunded the security deposit back to me.
The service id:[protected].
This is really disappointing that at the time of installation they did multiple follow-ups and resolved all issues. And now even after asking them to shift the services to the adjacent society, they said that first, you have to terminate your existing services and then invite the new services in different society.
Now they are not completing the process, although the device pick up was done very next day of asking to terminate the services.
And now they do not respond to emails.
Don't know what can be done in this regard. Highly disappointed.
