I have a jio pole erected in front of my plot. I have decided to start construction of my house and relocation of the pole would help with logistics as it has been of some trouble considering it is a narrow lane. I request a solution as soon as possible

    I'm using - jio telecom service for the last 1year but for the last 3 months the telecom company Networks are not good in my area and I'm not getting proper connectivity and the data speed is so poor.I'm not able to do my work.I tried to contact the nodal officer and appellate authority but they didn't provide me the final solution so here, I want to request to the respected authorities.Please take some strong action against jio company this telecom company and provide me final solution as soon as possible.

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the network service I have been receiving. I have been a customer of your company for 1 years, and I have always been satisfied with the service. However, in the past few months, I have been experiencing frequent network problems.
    The problems I have been experiencing include:
    Dropped calls
    Slow internet speeds
    Frequent disconnections
    Poor signal strength
    These problems have been causing me a great deal of inconvenience. I have been unable to make or receive calls reliably, and I have been unable to access the internet for work or personal use. I have also been unable to use my mobile data connection, which is usually my only option when I am outside of my home.
    I have tried to troubleshoot the problems myself, but I have been unsuccessful. I have also contacted your customer service department on several occasions, but they have not been able to resolve the issue.
    I am requesting that you take immediate action to resolve these problems. I am a loyal customer of your company, and I am disappointed that I have not been able to receive the quality of service that I have come to expect.

    last 1 year I faced an issue regarding a network-related Network issue

    This is the condition of the network in our villages, I have been complaining for the last 1 years but only lies after lies, How many more years will it take ?
    Inspite of multiple calls, no resolution.

    Each of the executives gives different answers and dates. 😭😭😭

      Dear Sir,

      I paid Jio agents a security deposit of Rs 599 for their postpaid connection. Until now, the security deposit hasn't even been acknowledged. When I contact the agents, they just don't answer my calls. I've raised several complaints with Jio customer care and escalated it too but no use - they just don't get back.

      I request you to ask this horrible company to please not steal my money. I would like to terminate the connection asap as their service is atrocious (almost non existent). They are welcome to adjust the current due amount of Rs 470 against the security deposit and refund me the balance. But, they aren't even acknowledging receipt of balance despite screenshots and payment proof being sent multiple times.

      Jio is one of the worst companies in the country - period.

      I request you to please take this up with them and ask them to do the right thing and acknowledge Rs 599 paid as a deposit. Anything else is highway robbery, and given their attitude towards all the tickets I've raised, they don't care two hoots either - I really believe their agent Sumit Mishra stole my money on pretext on deposit being required when it wasn't, and now Jio won't help either.

      Please help.

      As you can see, the agents never respond. Neither the guy who took the money nor his boss. To them, it's a a big joke. This is just horrible. I've even raised the issue with Jio Appellate Authority, but noone seems to really care which is really appalling behavior. How can you just take customers money and not even acknowledge it?

      Kindly resolve this, adjust the current due amount against the deposit, terminate the connection and please refund the balance[protected] to the UPI ID I've shared on email.

      I'm unable to add the screenshots of the agents conversation. Consumer complaints, there must be something wrong with your update box. Please check and I'll add those screenshots too. However, these have already been sent to the Appellate Authority email address as well as Jio customer care email.

      Jio called me on Saturday March 2 and said they would do the above. They said they'd cancel the number, adjust the due bill against the deposit and refund me the balance within 24 hours. That never happened. Typical JIO .

          My phone number is [protected] and I am trying to port out from jio but whenever i send message to 1900, i get message that your upc code generation request can not be processed. I tried to talk customer care multiple time but they respond that this is noy in our hand we can not do anything for you.

          My request is i will going to get upc code by jio only because currently it is my network provider but rather than helping me jio is not providing me upc code and forcing me to stay with their network.

            My Jio Fiber Connection +91-[protected] Was Done By Cutting Someone Else Cable. I Wasn't Aware Of That.

            The Complete Story:
            Day After Installation Of Jio Fiber, My Internet Was Not Working.

            Installation Date:[protected]
            No Internet Since:[protected]

            Upon Complaining I Got To Know That I Was Given Internet By Cutting Someone's Cable. As The Other Guy Complained And Got His Connection Back, I Cannot Get The Internet Now As The S2 (Connection Box) Is Fully Occupied.

            It Has Been 4 Days Still No Resolution.

            After Registering Complain, The Technician Comes And Tells, 'I Cannot Do Anything, It Was The Mistake Of The Guy Who Gave You The Connection By Cutting Someone Else Cable. I Will Talk To The Manager. Wait For A Day.'

            The Days Are Passing And No Solution. No Proper Reply From The Technician, Nor Customer Care Support.

              It has been over 10 days since I recharged with the 209 package from Jio, but it has not reflected on my mobile yet and I still haven't received my, On January 28th, 2024, I attempted to make through G Pay, which appeared successful. However, Jio showed the transaction as unsuccessful.

              I have attached 2 photos. One shows a successful transaction on 28 Jan in GPay, while the other shows no transaction of 28 Jan in Jio. After 4 days, I recharged Jio from outside.

                Its been more than a month now since my jio number has been deleted. Despite of submitting all the necessary documents for reissue of physical sim, no action has been taken by Jio team since last month. All my banking and business transactions have stopped since I receive all my banking and business OTP's on this number. I have reached out to jio care "n" no of times but all they say is we are looking upon your request but they have been unable to provide me with any resolution since last one month. I am stuck without a number to my use. I can provide entire email trail on how many times I have reached out to their team. This is really frustrating and would really appreciate if this complaint forum can help me get my number back.

                  Dear Sir / Madam

                  I wanted to port in my VI number [protected] to Jio network and paid the Rs 99 (ORN number - NO0000W3SB9S (FILE ATTACHED) but the way Jio executives behaved during the process i got a feeling that if in future i will face any problem Jio care will not be able to address my problem so I changed my mind and canceled my MNP request and requested Reliance Jio Infocomm to refund my Rs 99 to the original payment method but even after many requests they are not refunding my money. So i request you to please help!

                    Jio call staff do rude behaviour in the call and also staff member cut call during conversation their job is only remember belance but ledy told me closed your jio sims at madhav twins patan as well as she told me why you are cut my phones.what is this? I'm really disappointed by jio service.

                        I had purchased a JioFi Hotspot Device from Jio Store - G E Road, Raipur on 28/12/2023 where they charged me Rs. 3600/- against the actual price of Rs. 2600/- (Attached is the Bill copy of the same).

                          Hi there,

                          I have taken a Jio fiber connection for three months and I paid money for three months before they installed it. They promised several free things for three months subscriptions, they gave me fixed voice number without my request.
                          They are sending me fake bills to pay everything even they took three months amount before giving me the connection.
                          Another thing Jio fiber internet never worked well like promised speed,
                          and Jio customer service is also very worse they suggest us to fix the issues our self.
                          They used cheap cables to install the router.

                            I have took a prepaid connection ([protected]) years back and my brother is the one who using the sim. He is currently overseas and working in merchant Navy. I have reached out the palarivattom jio centre for converting this prepaid connection to postpaid. I already informed the person I 1st talked with that this sim is now not in Indian and presently at Dubai. He handed my case to another person and that person proceed with the postpaid conversation and last he told me to call to 1977 and enter the 5 digit pin i received on my alternate number to activate the voice and data service and I informed my brother to do the same. But when he tried he was unable to make call as he is not getting through. I contacted the customer care and the customer care executive told me that he can only activate the service from India. If that was informed before the postpaid conversation i would not have opted for the postpaid conversation. Now I'm stuck in between prepaid and postpaid. And unable to connect with my brother. Kindly help me to rectify the issue asap.

                                I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a pressing concern regarding my Jio AirFiber connection that I applied for a week ago but has not been installed at my residence yet.

                                I understand that unforeseen circumstances might cause delays, but despite contacting the Jio representative who initially processed my Jio Fiber recharge and reaching out to the Jio customer care, I have not received a definitive resolution or a scheduled installation date.Each time, I am assured that the connection will be established soon, yet no action has been taken.

                                Moreover, when I try to contact the vendor responsible for the installation, they either ignore my calls or respond rudely, even suggesting a refund without resolving the issue.

                                As someone who heavily relies on a stable internet connection for work purposes, this delay has caused significant inconvenience and distress. Therefore, I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. I urge you to prioritize the installation of my Jio AirFiber connection at the earliest. Additionally, I would appreciate either the prompt return of my installation charges as compensation in the form of a money voucher recharge for the inconvenience and distress caused.

                                Your prompt action in resolving this matter will be highly appreciated and will allow me to resume my work without further disruption.

                                  I never received any call from your side, on 14dec when I called him he said we dont have equipment.same day I called on your support no to refund my money and cancel my installation request.even after more than 23 hours my cancel request is pending
                                  Im giving you guys 2 days to refund my or else I'll lodge legal complaint against you people

                                      I have Jio Network Connection and having no network in my phone from last 4 days and this is same with my family members. In fact in my area this problem facing many people. I have complained this twice to Jio Care but nothing happened yet.
