While making purchase of jio set top box. The payment failed twice (1000 +1000)rs. I complained several times to jio customer care but they wantedly close the complaint every time without refunding my money even after sharing my transaction details with them. 1) I paid JioFiber on August 4th, 2022 for 6 months pack and the installation should be done on same day but it was done on August 11th.
2) I waited 7 days for installation even after making multiple calls to service agents near me.
3) I gave the cancellation request on August 30th and pick up must be done within 3 days...

We took JIO Fiber connection in Jan 2022 with 6months plan and due to bad service made a request for disconnection on June 30, 2022. Ideally, I was expecting a refund for 850/- . They mentioned that their engineer will visit and collect the modem device and initiate the refund. We raised almost 5 to 6 service request and it is more than 2.5 months.
