I'm jio prime member and i've recharged my jio number last night using upi. Now it's been more than 12 hours, my bank account has been debited but i have not received any confirmation message or receipt from reliance jio. Neither has the amount been refunded. I tried calling the customer service number, but they don't have any human to speak to, it just provides number to chose which is useless.

      All these payments were done through bhim app. And via reliancejioinfocomm. [protected]@hdfcbank, on feb.18, 2019. These payments have not been credited to the account of mobile phones even after 48 hrs. E-mailed sent to [protected]@jio on 19th evening remains unanswered until[protected] noon.

        My name is asha on 18.02.19 i have transfered amount thru upi (Bhim app) for rs 498/- but amount deducted from my account but recharge is not done kindly go thru it urgently and help me as early as possible i have visited jio customer service near bsk 3rd stage near kamakya theatre i have asked bank people also but they are confirming the debited amount of 498/- so what is the next step i have to do inform thru mail because every time i will transferred thru upi for recharging but this time how come it has been not taken by jip people i have already shown pass sheet to customer care people i have transaction id in upi i. E[protected] time 5;24;6 on 18.02.19 and the mobile number bearing [protected]

          I tried to pay bill of Rs. 20 for jio no through upi. Money got deducted but bill was not paid for my no [protected]. I want to know how to reclaim my lost money or how to make it a successful bill payment for my jio number [protected].

          Please resolve this issue to prove ur service...

          Thanks...hope the issue of disappearing of Rs 20 from my account to ur service may get resolved and in future it will not happen again.

            Dear sir,
            With reference to my jio prepaid number [protected], for which i applied my initial complaint regarding worst network in oct 2017 & since then jio is not able to resolved the issue till now even after putting the problem to appellate authority also. Around 12 days back, i got a call from jio back office mumbai regarding the same & she told me to change the jio circle as it may be one of the reasons for poor network so when i asked about my present balance, validity & voucher. She told me it will automatically transfer to new sim after circle change as network is same.
            On 23 jan 2019, before applying for port when we (Myself & jio store guy) asked the same to 198 on phone, jio customer care executive mr nandan reconfirmed the same that while changing the circle, validity will not lapse & it will be remain same (Even i have the voice recording too for the same conversation which was happened at around 1332 hrs which you can check from jio call recording too else i will send it)
            But now after activation of my new sim that balance is still not activated in this sim.
            So on 29 jan 18, i sent the full details via mail to [protected]@jio.com as well as to appellate. [protected]@jio.com for further help as suggested by customer care executive & senior supervisor on phone. Same day i received a reply from jio end that service request sr00000v21k9 raised & it will take 48 hrs for resolving it. But even after completion of 4 days still i got this reply "i have checked your account and can see that the service request number sr00000v21k9 is still under process and we want to reassure you that we will get an update within 48 hours".
            Most surprising thing is that even appellate. [protected]@jio.com is not taking any action against these defaulter ([protected]@jio.com) who don't do any work for resolving their customers issues other than dates. Initially they ask for 48 hrs but now even after completion of 4 days still they don't have any words other than to say "under progress". Even after putting so many request they don't have cursy to do call back & update the status.
            Why i am the sufferer once their staff committed a mistake (For which i have all proofs)? Why they don't credited all my balance, validity & voucher back to my account immediately as its port from jio to jio (I paid ₹449 to jio only)? Does jio became so poor that they can't afford even a small amount? They can take their own time & do their internal investigation but after transferring my all balance, validity & vouchers back to my account, why they harassed me after stopping it? Instead of taking action against defaulter, they still harassing me more. Why jio put appellate. [protected]@jio.com, once they also don't want to interfere in these types of matters?
            Further my present validity, balance, offers & vouchers are as follows which was activated before state porting from karnataka to uttaranchal circle (Attached screenshot too)
            1) ₹ 449 plan for which validity till 14 apr 2019.
            2) 1.5 gb/day
            3) booster pack balance 5.07 gb.
            4) 5 vouchers of rs 50 each.
            5) prime membership.

            Once Airtel, BSNL, idea, Vodafone customer care executive can add amount manually after finding their mistake then why the hell Jio can't do the same as I paid that amount to Jio network only and even Jio know that all this happened bcoz of their executive poor knowledge

            Can you please tell me how many more days /months /years actually r you looking for resolving my issue. As till now you are not able to resolved it even after 4 months of putting my initial complaint on Jan 2019.

            I recharged 198rs instead of 448rs mistakenly through Jio website. The plan will start after 25th of Feb.

            I called your customer support but no help.

            Please cancel the plan or i can pay rest amount to start plan worth 448rs.

            Policies must be flexible.

              Mera name deepak kumar sir meri complain tower installation ki hai jiske karan mujhe se 5500 rupees transfer karvaye gaye hai aur abhi tak tower installation nahi hua.
              Sir jisne paise mange the uska name harmesh lal hai aur vo company mein h r manager ki post par hai.
              Ab jab usne bataya ki apko 5500 ke bad mein 14500 rupees aur dene honge to maine apna registration cancel karvaye diya aur maine usne apne paise mange aye to unhone kaha ki apko paise refund ho jayange lekin abhi tak paise refund nahi hua hain sir aap mere paise refund kara dijye.

                We are facing large number of calling delay no network coverage some time also we can't access the internet which they provide data that complete ly waste per day. Not i but our areas all people facing same problem. The customer care says always tell that problem will shoot out in 10 days but how many days are passed am unable to recall. Jio giving 4g service's and taking part in taking forward digitalisation to next level. I am belonging to the state odisha dist-kendrapada location-baro in which maximum customer are user of jio. We also giving information to the jio office regarding this matter but nothing happened. I have not faith that the problem will be solved let's hope for the best???

                Before some days we were getting better internet but now we are getting very slow internet...very very very poor network..there is also a Jio tower in our village but still not active till it after 1yr of making..we will thanks if it will active with in a month...

                  My complaint is not just against 1 person but overall we are tech world and passport verification also does not take so long and does not require so many visits when a person is visiting the store and signing the forms then why should it be rejected in 1st place. If the pre - post service is not there removed it please from the portal. All the customers should be treated at par.

                  Then valmik[protected] had visited my office on bund garden road, pune and i got his number internally from my colleagues. I spoke to him in length and he assured he can do the needful on the very same day i. E. Sat 9th feb 2019 and the number will be activated by monday only. I was fine with this. However, the whole day went by he did not bother to call back or confirm anything. Since he is direct jio agent he should have at least had the courtesy to explain me what went wrong or what should be the next course of action here. If he did not want to support he should not have given false assurance of doing it.

                  Anyways all this happened, next day on sun i put in request on jio website to initiate the action your website has door step deliver option for pre to post. The guy from koregaon park store, opps lane 5, pune came to my office amit bhosale he then explained and said we do not have the authority to take pre-post forms out of the store hence you will have to visit once and submit the form it will be activated in 24hrs. Same day i reached the store 11th feb 2019 as this is my office number and was not active for more than 10 days then. After visiting the store in kp as this is the closest in my vicinity, not very close by though. They guy was helpful but he made me fill the form some 2-3 times saying forms get rejected for small reasons by the service centre. Late evening i get a call for some observation in the address and i have resign the form. This is 2nd visit late evening from station to kp. Yesterday again i got a call saying the sign is mis-match and i had to visit again to the store this is 3rd visit.

                  I am now hoping that it is successfully submitted, can you please check the status of this form number [protected] roopali yeole.

                  My colleagues who submitted the forms to the jio agent valmik their forms were not rejected by jio service centre their number was activated hassle free, then why is my form going back and forth what is this kind of service just because i have manually visited to do the needful this is response jio is giving to their 1st time customers.
                  Second the store also took inr 350 from me same as what valmik was paid by my colleagues, then why there is disparity in service and issues?
                  I am a working person 10times going to the store spending rs 120 per visit is definitely more than the porting and other charges.

                  The whole office is now aware of the jio service and credits as my number is inactive from last 15days.

                  I want my number activated in next 24hrs from now else i am putting in a complaint on the consumer portal without fail. Check the status fasttrack do whatever possible here.

                  I was expecting a call from jio on the complaint.

                      at village Kilche govt primary school Nihalewala, dulchi k road distt. Ferozepur punjab. There are 9 teachers workingin that govt elementary school village kilche nihale wala. All the teachers have using JIO 4G connection for6 month.all the teacher of school have been facing lot of problum in JIO 4G network call connectivity And 4G internet forlast 6 month. Sometimes we have emergency contect withmyfamily members and our head office BLOCK EDUCATION OFFICER FEROZEPUR punjab IN school time . But lack of Jio 4G signal we can't contect. We have complaint many times to Jio customer care reprsentatives but the signal problum is not solved. We can' get Jio 4G call & 4G connectivity signal at village KILCHE GOVT PRIMAY SCHOOL NIHALEWALA. We talked with Jio show room retailer but the problum not solved .The JIO 4G signal problum is not only for our side but its all Jio 4G user who are living in village kilche.all villagers of kilche complaint to Jio customer care but this 6 month old
                      issue is not solved yet. Please help us in this matter and solve the JIO 4G INTERNET connectivity problum Thank you.

[protected] .JIO PHONE (Chote keypad phone) ka 297 ka recharge kiya Direct 297 plan ka recharge kiya jo successful ho gya Lekin maine 297 ka plan liya (0.5 gb per day for 84 day milta hai) jo nahi mila.                                 On 11th feb, i did a payment of inr 149 via upi payment to reliance jio. Money has been deducted from the bank but the recharge is not yet successful. Hence, i had to recharge again with inr 399 which was successful. So, i want the former inr 149 to be reverted back to my account.
                                Please try to resolve this issue.

                                I have recharge my Jio number [protected] vide transaction id BV00000T8JUE on 07.02.2019 for Rs. 349.00 after reedeem of coupon.But outgoing calls facility is not available. Please start outgoing calls as soon as possible otherwise return my money.

                                  12 february 2019 at 1:00am my data was supposed to filled by 1.50 gb so it got filled than i off my data than in morning at 8.25 i on my data, i received the message that you have exhausted your 1.50 gb of data without even using data... I am using jio since it was launched and this is not really expected from the company, please stop cheating your own customers. I request jio to look after it or else the way they got huge customer base in such a short time like wise they are going to loose their customers in very short time in near future.

                                    Wrong plan will activate.
                                    This condition no refund by any operator

                                    Do something for recharge special plan first recharge by any plan any operator then plan will confirmed by mobile operator.

                                    Refund of recharge of telecom company very necessary for users. For within recharge to maximum 2 hour.
                                    Mobile operator will call to user to confirm of special recharge plan.

                                      Sir i have purchase lyf jio phone two weak ago with one year warranty. But after one weak charger not working. I will go service center kannauj u. P employee behavior very bad. Demand 100 rupee for charger and no replace. Reason charger pin take your mouth. So im not replace.

                                      Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I had done a recharge of 399 on my jio number...the payment had been deducted .But after 2 days still plan is not activated. the customer care also not telling about the recharge is done .according to them no recharge had been done by me.this is fraud please solve this..or do refund

                                        Today (11 feb 2019) at 1:28 am i complete payment of rs 149 for 1.5 gb per day pack but i did not received confirmation about the completion of payment. Even my account was debited of the value but the purchase is not shown. Please either refund the value or complete the recharge. I would like you to look into the matter and contact me as soon as possible to update me on the situation. Hoping this would not happen again

                                        Sir yaha per met bilkul nhi chalta hain yaha ke kisi bhi phone main net nhi chal raha hain .
                                        Instead of recharging the number ending 55, I recharged number ending 58. When I wrote to Jio Appellate team, they directly said they cannot help. I request TRAI or any legal body to help in refund or transfer the recharge amount to correct number.
