I'm facing very slow internet speed even youtube video not playing and also not download any app from play store (See attached file).
Today date 22 jan 2019 before few minutes chatting with customer service his name krishna disconnected without complete conversation.

This is jio service is it acceptable. Need to be take serious action....

I am soumyaranjan behera, i recently bought a 4g mobile and portable my operator to jio expecting 4g speed. But what i am getting is 20 to 30 kbps which is 2g standard speed. Now i can't change operator for at least 3 months, there should be a law in india about 80% of speed of what carriers are marketing at. I am very frustrated and sad as indian government is not doing anything about it....

I've done a recharge for a jio number on[protected]. The recharge was unsuccessful but the amount have been debited from my sb account. Till today the amount was not refunded. I've seen many a people had this trouble and they got their money after complaining to u. So kindly look after my issue and take necessary steps. I tried to resolve it by speaking with jio customer care and my via my bank but i was helpless....

I've complained it on there care no. Many times to resolve it, internet is not working since very long in my area around 2 km of radius, not my individual problem, my other mates also complaint about it they says due to more user at the area, but its illogical. This is chaibasa not delhi or dense populate area. Not a youtube video can run in 144 not any live game can watch on 4g, can't even play pubg properly. We are sick of it. Please let...

I have done recharge my jio number [protected] 399₹ date-17/01/2019 the recharge through Red bus application done the recharge is successful and amount transfer redbus to jio but recharge benefits not received my jio number the confirmation message and E- mail received by redbus .

On 18.01.2019 i had been to jio centre which is located near ayyappa temple to get duplicate jio sim as i had lost my mobile. There jio staff told me to get 4g mobile for getting duplicate sim. Evening when i went there with 4g mobile, in which already one airtel 4g sim is used and other slot was empty. I asked to activate jio number in other slot. But those people said, if 4g 2 sums are inserted in one mobile, mobile will be in problem and...

Request to refund internet of this date 17.01.2019... Jio has consumed the data usage without using 1.50 gb data and jio network is very very slow i have complained about network issue with 3 time and i have complaint number..
