While checking the offer for jio on paytm randomly an number get selected by me, and instantly recharge of 200 in which i don't know what benefit are there for these amount, Recharge was done already through paytm.

I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 448 rs plan on 6th of march 2019. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.448 is[protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

Today I visited to my jio store at mulund West m g Road bring to my concern but not seen any help from them. The person over work their(Samsung brand staff) he was very rude and doing unprofessional behaviour with me and one old man.store incharge Mr. AMAN Singh also chair up with them only. If I talk about service is cost zero. Samsung brand staff start shouting very rudely with me in front of incharge.he is not aware about...

I have recharged my jio number with an amount of rs 349. The amount is debited from my account as soon as i pressed the process button. But the recharge was not done yet. When i tried to contact with the customer service they are not convening how i will get my money back. It's already 4hours still they have not responded to my complaint.
So i kindly request you to please look after this matter and refund me my money as soon as possible.

I had recharged 2gb per day pack of rs 498 and i got confirmation too. But my recharge hasn't been activated. Money has been deducted from my debit card. I don't even see the upcoming plan option in my jio account. I called the customer care but didn't they said that they didn't get any confirmation.
This happened on 5th march, 2019.

Sub: removal of mobile tower in midst of residential area at roof of h. No. C-147, uday vihar, chander vihar, nilothi extn. Near jaiveer restaurant, new delhi, delhi india 110041

We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents o[censored]day vihar, chander vihar, nilothi extn. Near jaiveer restaurant, new delhi 110041 and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation. As the construction done by the concern person is upto the mark and have risk to various lives living nearby. Also the tower in residential locality is considered hazardous to health.

Our complaint is specific that, the owner of h. No. C-147, uday vihar, chander vihar, nilothi extn. New delhi 110041 – had licensed his premises to mobile company for installation of mobile tower in midst of residential area of chander vihar, nilothi extn.

When residents of chander vihar, nilothi extn. Came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the owner for termination of leave and license agreement and stoppage of installation of mobile tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said mobile tower upon the human body and also shown him report of deccan chronicle & various reports.

In spite of this, the owner, flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of chander vihar, nilothi extn. That ”do whatever you want, i will never terminate the said license

As you know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said mobile tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said mobile tower on their building. Hence, the said mobile company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above house in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

I have been rechrged a no. O[censored]nkown by mistaken, i have talked to customer care so many times, but they are unable to resolve my problem, i have also talked to the particular person, he agree that his no. Is recharged, but he is not giving my money back.
I have to recharge [protected] (My no.) but by mistake i have been recharged [protected] (Mr. Sanjeet) on 25.2.19 around 9 am.
Please give my money back or recharge my no. Immidiatly.

I have the reliance jio no. I am not receiving urgent sms messages like otp, bank transaction for last one month. So i could not use the net banking service and other online services. I talked their customer care around five times but they could not solve my problem. Please rectify this and send the sms messages without late and break. Thanking you.

I tried buying data voucher with 2gb/day data plan for 84 days eventually costing Rs398 using a jio voucher i paid through UPI to the following account- reliancejioinfocomm.[protected]@hdfcbank.But inspite of paying as well as, utilizing a jio voucher, i didn't get message from jio stating that my voucher was successfully buy.
I request that either the above mentioned data voucher credited to my jio account or that the same amount will be credited to my my bank account(UPI account- [protected]@paytm) in order to conduct the same transaction again please do this fast.

In Locality is Residencial area, Lachannagari. Krishnamurthi one owner is in process of mobile tower installation of Reliance Jio tower in main residential area without any permission and also without discussing with local authority and neighbors.
Where many other owner in neighbors are not agreed to it. Also there are two Hospitals in neighboring building. which may cause any health issue with dangerous radiation in coming time.
Why government authorities allow such illegal construction in residential area
Please take appropriate action to stop such construction work

I'm complaining about weak network connection in my village.in my village very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills, trees to get network connection. Some times we are getting the signal outside of our homes that only 2g signals even that also not connecting properly, voice breaking, signal drops like this we are facing so much problem. For the 7000rp company, you will also request 12000rp of the process to send 12000rp of the account to open the account for the open account of 1200rgke 1200 kardiya called anuj's call from # bank from mumbai, if you do not pay, then you do not have the file forward. I have not been able to pay any money from this bank, but i have saved myself from my savings account by making a mistake... Sir / madam: please do not take any action on my money. On 1st March 2019 around 8:25pm i was tried to do a recharge via My Jio app. In payment page proceed via UPI method and after successfully completing rs.349 upi transaction my recharge not done. I want my refund. I'm giving the screenshot of payment for transaction id.

I have recently ported my vodafone number to jio4g (On 28th feb 2019). Now i am not able to receive urgent sms like otp, bank transaction and other important messages. So i could not use the net banking service and other online services. I have tried with icici, hdfc and kotak bank.

I am Nisha Kumari. Maine jio tower ke liye apply kiya tha. Application ke bad call aaya pls send docs. Jab docs send krne ke bad again call aaya aapka land approved ho gya so 2900/rs deposite krne ko. Dedosite karne ke bad again msg aaya 49500 ka deposite krne ko jo govt tax ke liye .

I had used my no
Waited for a day but no sms so contacted customer care and made a complaint on 20/2/2019 next day even even spoke to the manager of that department
I was told to wait for another 48hrs
Today was informed that i must tell them the no which i had paid for
Well i ask jio if money is transferred to your account
You will be having for which number that amount is received
So then why cant they just block it and transfer it to my number
I dont think i will receive that 399 amount
You have just lost a customer

Respected sir, i have preferred jio 4g as a primary number and also referred to many friends to use jio sim. My residential area is located 5 km far away from the town and in my area large peoples are living around the 2-3 kms of my village. It is also surrounded by many villages.in this area many peoples are using jio sim but weak signal problem is faced difficult to use jio 4g. I hope the problem in the following area will be resolved. Please install jio tower so that, the area gets best network, i want to offer my land for jio tower installation

My service request SR00000VME9U raised on 19-Feb-2019. From last more than 14 days I'm facing the problem of low network stability and very slow internet speed.

I've complained many times about these issue by calling on jio helpline number (198) and also complaint by writing on [protected]@jio.com.

Two times they made me fool by saying that your problem will be resolved in 2 hours and 3 hours and by not regestering my complaint. Then they told me that it will be resolved till 25th feb. But still I'm facing these issues. They are making me fool.

Now, today the advisor is saying that it will take next 7 days to be solved and they are not noting my complaint.

Please help me out.
