My jio active plan expired on 7th february, 2019. I recharged my jio number via my jio app today, i. E., 8th february, 2019. I recharged with rs. 398 plan (Rs.348 because of rs. 50 coupon). I got the message from my bank that the transaction was successful and the money was deducted from my account. The message on my jio application displayed that transaction is in process, it might take 60 minutes, and i will be notified when transaction is completed. It has been almost 3 hours but i haven't got any notification. I have been checking via my jio application, it keeps saying that i don't have any active plan. Kindly resolve this issue.
