I have ported my idea sim to jio... And that no. Is registered with my bank account.. After porting to jio.. I am not receiveing any messages from bank like money added or deducted and my this no. Is registerd with bank instead of that i am not receiving any messages from bank. Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible. It is urgent as it is bank related problem.

    My number is [protected] and residing at naagachery, anad nedumangad, trivandrum, kerala. Our area have poor reception quality of signals of jio connection and there my my work can. T be completed properly. I request you to take necessary steps for improving the signal quality in our area. There are about 1000 connections of jio in this area.

      Please Rectify my issue as early as possible
      I recharged [protected] for 399 in rechargecube. Cash is debited from my hdfc account. But didn't get recharge. I sent mail. But no reply.

        Hello,

        My jio active plan expired on 7th february, 2019. I recharged my jio number via my jio app today, i. E., 8th february, 2019. I recharged with rs. 398 plan (Rs.348 because of rs. 50 coupon). I got the message from my bank that the transaction was successful and the money was deducted from my account. The message on my jio application displayed that transaction is in process, it might take 60 minutes, and i will be notified when transaction is completed. It has been almost 3 hours but i haven't got any notification. I have been checking via my jio application, it keeps saying that i don't have any active plan. Kindly resolve this issue.

            I am working in infosys sez bhubaneswar, odisha. The exact name of the place is arisol. It is near jatni.
            The internet speed is very poor over. It feels extremely irritated. Forget about downloading.. Browsing is a very difficult task in mobile. If you are using a laptop then.. Buddy you are gone.. To browse one page you may take 10 mins if you are lucky.. Otherwise.. You only see the error page in browser.

            Terribly slow network. Spped is 5/10 kbps here

              I have recharged the ₹448 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right number.

                  I tried to recharge my jio number - [protected] with rs.399 using jio web.

                  Transaction amount - rs. 399
                  Transaction date - 06 feb 2019

                  Transaction was successful and money was debited from my account. However, recharge was not done. Please advise at the earliest. This is extremely disappointing that india is moving towards digitization but companies who started the trend with providing 4g to remotest of the villages has such loop holes in online recharge through web. This is not expected from such renound brands.

                    I'm using jio services for my m # [protected] for calling and net. Right in the morning i get up and i receive a msg that 50% of my 1.5 gb data has been exhausted. This is nonsensical and ridiculous. No one else can use my data.
                    Also jio doesn't give facilities to talk to its representative. Please take necessary action so that we can talk directly with a jio personal.

                      My name is deepansh singh. My jio number [protected] got disposed off by jio on 27 december 2018 and now it seems to be allotted to someone else without my will and permission. On 26 december 2018 i recharged my number with 49 rupees monthly pack and suddenly on 27 december, my number got disconnected without any reason or notice. There was no signal receiving by the sim in my phone. I visited jio care and service center both but they replied that haven't seen something like this before so they can't help. I contacted at [protected]@jio.com but got no help there. Tccms website was also down in those days so i was not able to complaint. On 7 feb i randomly tried to call my number and it started to ring but someone hung the phone after saying hello. Why has this happened? And why has my number been allotted to someone else without my consent? I did not request any port and nor did i ever wanted to delete the number then why has my number been discontinued? I was a regular user of the number and regularly kept it fully recharged. I also didn't get any notification prior to the disconnection. Please help.

                        From 1 year, i had been complaining the low network and slow internet speed in my area. The customer care wastes my time over phone and says due to increasing users, the speed is slow.
                        Due to increasing demand, the speed is slow in your area. We are stupid and do not understand supply-demand model... Is this what they want to say?
                        I am paying 399 for 70 days and getting no speed and my entire 2gb quota is wasted per day. Accordingly, i need a compensation from jio for each day. Kindly calculate 399/70 per day and refund my money for past 5 recharges if my usage quota is less than.5gb per day.. I claim that i wish to use 1.5gb quota everyday but poor net refrains me and i am not able to use more than.5 gb.. Kindly refund my money else i have higher authority to go to to get my money back from such fraudsters

                          I lost my sim card and got a new from jio store of my city, they said that the sim will be activated in 24 hours but its over 40 hours and my sim is not activated yet. My college registrations are started and for registration i need my registered mobile number to get otp, but due to this carelessness of jio, i am unable to do so. I tried calling the customer care many times but i dont get any response from them, they did not even pick up my call. What should i do now?

                            I tried recharging my reliance jio account with a 2 gb/day data plan for 84 days, eventually costing ₹398 after using a jio voucher. I paid through upi to the following account - reliancejioinfocomm. [protected]@hdfcbank. But in spite of paying, as well as utilising a jio voucher, i didn't get a message from jio stating that my data plan was activated.

                            I request that either the above-mentioned data plan be activated for my jio account, or that the same amount of ₹398 be credited back to my bank account (Upi account - [protected]@oksbi) in order to conduct the same transaction again.

                              Please look in to the matter immediately and advise me when my this transaction will be activated and i will get my balance in account?
                              As, at present due to non receipt of balance of pre paid above recharge my outgoing service of my jio no is disconnected from today and facing harresment in communication and internet.

                              In pin code 713403 paraj, galsi, purba bardhaman, W.B jio network is very week.
                              everyone complaint in jio official but they says it will be optimise in 90/120 days even the date coming they says jio wants to more time and again. So the complaint resolved.
                              Please help us as soon as possible.

                                  I would like to highlight some regular issues with jio, with the expectation of proper and faster resolution. Firstly, i would like to thank you for creating such an amazing platform; which helps us to choose our daily essentials with lots of easy and convenience like jio all apps with the help of other services provided ranges of products and services we are able to save our money and time both. However, there are few services observed which needs your immediate attention for more confidence among your customer groups.

                                  I would like to you inform that i have facing issued regrading of my jio number - [protected] for data speed why i don't know??? Today i had talked with executive mr. Yodersh with jio chat due to unable to check my data my in jio app but during this chat he continuously called my number without any information 2 to 3times. Its harrising for me what the hell??

                                  Really i disappointed 😞 to use your service. Hope jio online system like jio apps to have complete detail on their system for their own reference/record, as already provided to them while taking the jio sim as part of kyc. Should not be rechecked for every compliant from back end to end, request and every sr unless we confirm their is change during complaint. Your response really don't make any sense to my earlier email. I want to asked your manager to reply me as an evidence of highest point escalation. But still you don't bother to any words what i say here. I'm sill unable to received any positive response from your customer service representative and mailing team. Why the hell you neglect to consider any of my emails.

                                  I would like to file my extreme dissatisfaction with jio service grievance team. What a beautiful solution! Vodafone can you please tell me???

                                    Firstly this is not a complain, it's a request. I wanted to avail dealership of jio d2h when i searched online i found this email id [protected]@jiod2hdealership.in and website www.jiod2hdealership.in is this jio's original site? When i entered in the website i saw all the details of the jio d2h and necessary requirements to avail the jio d2h dealership, i did whatever they told me and now they are asking for money by tomorrow 35000. When i contacted jio care they told me it's fraud, so i want to know whether this site is fake or real jio website also
                                    Is jiod2h really launching in up or india?

                                      On 4th nov, 2018 i had bought a jiofi device and a connection from reliance digital, axis mall, newtown, kolkata.in jan 2019 it suddenly stopped working. I went to the store and they told me to get it checked in service centre which is on the same floor in the mall. Service centre people worked on it and it was working fine. Now today on 3rd feb, 2019 the device has stopped working again.
                                      This is very frustrating. I can not visit service centre every month. I want this device to be replaced on urgent basis.
                                      Also this is my 2nd item purchase from the reliance digital store in axis mall.in both the cases the products (1st one was a mobile phone) are of poor quality and stopped working in the 1st/2nd month from the time of purchase.
                                      Please help me to get my jiofi device replaced with a new and good one on urgent basis.

                                        I have mistakaly done my 399 recharge done on jio number [protected] via amazon pay with order number is[protected]. I want to cancel it because i mistakaly done this recharge. [protected] is my old jio number which i am not using since i deactivated it. Currently i am using [protected] jio number. Please i want to cancel this recharge because i not having [protected] jio number sim too.
