I wanted to port my network from airtel to jio as i was facing issues which internet connections. So i went to the nearest reliance digital store (Doopanahalli, bangalore). I submitted my e-kyc to the executive. The executive didn't explain me about the tele verification code, he asked me a alternate number which i didn't have one, so i said it's the same number, so the executive submitted the same number as the porting number which there should be a condition in the jio portal that alternate number and the porting number should be the same. Or did the executive cross check it. So i got the jio sim and my request of porting was cleared by aitel and accepted by jio. My airtel sim signal was blocked on 30th december 2018, and the jio sim signal was activated at the same time. Now to activate my sim in jio, i need a tele verification code that is sent to the alternative number, which because of the carelessness of the executive was given as the same number, so the tele verification code is not yet received by me yet. Even it was going to come, it would come to the airtel sim which is obviously blocked, so am left here now with no way to activate the sim. As a user my very much concern is my contacts who are having my number. Please take an action as i can get my sim activated as soon as possible
