I had bring the Complaint regarding network coverage concern of our area there is no network at all in our area.

I have raised jiofiber cancellation request 4 times, 3 times request auto closed without calling me and now 4th time i have talked to two customer executives today and confirmed cancelation still my jiofiber request closed again 4th time. i have 2 call recordings of the same also they asked me to retain service but i denied and asked for immediate cancelation.
I want disconnection immediately.

Its been 10 days and more my jio fiber is not working, I have raise a complaint to their customer care also and they have genereated a service request number but still the problem remains same, in these days only single technichian have visited my premises and he left the issue intact, after which i called him and jio care as well neither he replied and neither jio care send a new technichian to my premises. And now when Iam discontinuing...

I have installed jio fiber with 6 months advance subscription, but due to network range issue and not resolved my issue, i have cancelled my connection in one week, after cancel connection executive came to home and collect my divice and collect my bank details for refund money, but refund period already completed but refund money not get, and jio fiber team and complaint number not accept my call, even when i call at [protected] i have not...

Money deducted but waiting for confirmation from jio end...

Continuously unknown and unauthorised call and sms come to my mobile... I try to jio customer care... but no response......

I Leave in bangalore and im facing horrible network issues with my JIO sim network as the signal goes lost sometimes and not able to make calls properly. This issues are being faced by many JIO customers across india. So, please take my note on high priority and let this reach to JIO company to rectify this network issue asap....

What the heck is happening I always end up with zero data despite the fact I don't even use that much you guys are just messing up with the customers. Within 10-15 mints all my data just drained super fast as at that time I wasn't even using my phone I just got messages of 100%usage of the data why there is always a wrong data usage information. Why you guys are doing this always giving wrong data usage information...

Jio not working since 12 days...

I recharge my jio no with 666 plan, I got a message your recharge is not successful & amount will be credited in your A/c in 2-3 days. It have been more than 12-13 days passed still it not credited my A/c.I called on their customer care no. they daily give me different answers every days.
In my bank A/c also reliance jio Citi Bank A/c is credited with respective Amount. I give them all information bank refrence no. related to transaction...

I had a DnD issue in my jio phone# 78**5***79, I called customer service through 198, I have a recording of 1:08 hours, where I held for a customer service agent to answer the call, but no one did, this happened on Aug 22 22.

We recharged for international roaming for our old aged parents to travel to Europe. This in regards to my postpaid number of jio. I have been with jio for almost. 3yrs now. However, I'm facing a problem with network connection since the time I moved to this new place.

Inspite of raising the concern since 3 months. i was told it would be rectified and resolved in 15 days. Still the issue remains same
