I have seen a job in reliance Jio on OLX Jobs section.i have enquired about that a girl name Ria Mehra she has said that tomorrow u will have a telephonic job interview.Next day a girl named-NAYRA call me for interview she has asked many good Question after that she said Congratulations you are selected.Then she said-"you have to submit 1350 Rs. in account"
I really need job so I submitted that amount.then she had mailed me an offer letter.
After 4-5 hours I have seen this that there are many spam just like same.
I want my money back because I am very poor.or please provide a job in lucknow.its a humble request.

    Ref.: message by bp-jiotwr on dated 18.07.2018 on my application no 56897245.

    Dear sir,
    Reference to the above i like to inform you that your official person namely mr. S. K. Jain (Mob.[protected]) contact with me and according to his advice i have submitted scan copy of my all documents along with registration form with fill up & counter sign by me and sending through my whatsapp on dated 18.07.2018. After that i have received a massage on same date from bp-jiotwr that my documents has been verified and mobile tower installation has been successfully.

    After the completed of submission all process i have not get any confirmation/approval latter and not get any legal/contract agreement paper from your side. Without any signing of contract paper your official personal namely mr. S. K. Jain (Mob. No – [protected]) to contact with me on dated 19.07.2018 and advice to pay few amount for processing & selection charges to their s/b account no –[protected], sbi bank, kurla complex, mumbai (Ifsc code –sbin0004380) and as per instruction of mr. S. K. Jain, i have paid through neft from union bank of india, chandannagar branch to sbi branch, bandra kurla complex for rs.14300/- on dated 10.07.2018 for processing charges & 2nd time i have paid rs.36600/- through neft from union bank of india after receiving a massage from md-sbiinb through mr. S. K. Jain on dated 21.07.2018 for advice to pay for (P. F.) r. T. G. S selection charges.

    Further i received a 3rd time massage in my whats app no [protected] from md-sbiinb through mr. S. K. Jain on dated 21.07.2018 for requesting to pay in branch of rs.28600/- charges for noc with clearance charges. Mr. S. K. Jain inform me through md-sbinb that your prize/advance payment with reference number pcr2585965 for rs.2500000/-has credited on my account is not successfully and the cheque is pending in sbi, head branch and if you not pay of rs.28600/- your approval will treated as cancelled. I disagree to pay the amount and request to refund my all payment.

    Lastly your official contact person namely mr. S. K. Jain (Mob.[protected]) & mr. Rahul sribastov (Mob.[protected]) of reliance jio infocomm limited have inform me over phone that my approval order of installation tower has been cancelled and my all payment deposited through neft of the above refer s/b account (Rs.14300 +rs.36600) will be refund within 10 to 12days. They have further inform me that if i get refund of my money to pay them rs.8525.00 as for cancellation charges. I disagree to pay the amount and asked them without any reason and signing legal agreement paper how you have cancel my approval order & how i will pay rs.8525/- as a cancellation charges for refund of my money without any reason. The reasons are, however, beyond of my knowledge. This is very illegal & unjustified and fraud practice.

    Therefore in the above situation i need necessary help & co-operate from your end and want to refund total money rs.50900/-as early as possible.

    I am retire & senior citizen person. Hope your kind co-operation & prompt action will be highly appreciated.

    Many many thanks for your kind cooperation and quick action to the above subject and forwarded to Reliance Jio Infocomm ltd. customer care. I am senior citizen and retired pension holder. I know very well Reliance Company is the best & reputed company in India. But they will cheating & fraud to all public in the name of Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited. Sir, I want to refund my money of Rs.50900/- without any reason from them. I am attached herewith the complain latter which send by post to their Managing Director/CEO. I hope see the matter & resolved as soon as possible.

    Reference to the above I like to inform you that your official person namely Mr. S. K. Jain (Mob.[protected]) contact with me regarding installation of Reliance Jio Tower in my vacant plot at Gurupalli(W), Santiniketan, Bolpur, Dist.- Birbhum and according to his advice I have submitted scan copy of my all documents along with registration form with fill up & counter sign by me and sending through my whatsapp on dated 18.07.2018. After that I have received a massage on same date from BP-JIOTWR that my documents has been verified and approval of mobile tower installation has been successfully.

    After the completed of submission all process I have not get any confirmation/approval latter and not get any legal/contract agreement paper from their side. Without any signing of contract paper your official personal namely Mr. S. K. K. Jain, I have paid through NEFT from Union Bank of India, Chandannagar Branch to SBI Branch, Bandra Kurla Complex for Rs.14300/- on dated 10.07.2018 for processing charges & 2nd time I have paid Rs.36600/- through NEFT from Union Bank of India after receiving a massage from MD-SBIINB through Mr. S. K. Jain on dated 21.07.2018 for advice to pay for (P.F.) R.T.G.S selection charges in the above mention S/B Account at SBI Kurla Complex Branch..

    Further I received a 3rd time massage in my whats app no [protected] from MD-SBIINB through Mr. S. K. Jain on dated 21.07.2018 for requesting to pay in branch of Rs.28600/- charges for NOC with clearance charges. Mr. S. K. Jain inform me through MD-SBINB that your prize/advance payment with reference number PCR2585965 for Rs.2500000/-has credited on my account is not successfully and the cheque is pending in SBI, Head Branch and if you not pay of Rs.28600/- your approval will treated as cancelled. I disagree to pay the amount and inform to Mr. S. K. Jain that as per your commitment without reason / written notice your authority can not cancelled my approval order. I heartily requested to Mr. S. K. Jain for installation of tower at my plot and credit the advance amount in my Bank Account otherwise you will be bound without any condition to refund my all payment.

    Lastly your official contact person namely Mr. S. K.       Sir i arjun it is second time when reliance jio discontinued my outgoing call.
      I called customer care he is not telling properly limit of voice calling.
      Outgoing voice service on jio number [protected] has been discontinued due to misuse by making abnormally high number of outgoing calls. This is a violation of the terms & conditions under which the services are being provided. Please recharge and activate your upcoming plan through myjio app to continue using voice services.

        This is to inform that i had booked jio phone on 25 august 2017 through jio.com vide icici bill/[protected]/pgmib but the same was not delivered so far. Though some sms came from jio to receive the same from nearest jio store but whenever i visited that is out of stock. Now i am harrassed by jio many times and now i want my booking money back and i emailed jio care in this regard several times but they are reluctant to refund my rs 500 booking amount. Please get me my refund urgently and oblige.

            I am complaining about 4g data service at guwahati, noonmati, its a very poor data and voice connectivity at my location, i twitte 3times bit no respond from your side, we thought as a reliance family you are providing best services to us but practically not happen you are providing 2g services, you changes only tag 2g to 4g, we as a customer we have no opting to port out jio sim because from jio sim port out sms not send to 1900 server, our last option is throw out the sim from our handset, is it any chance to improve your services

            The tower is situated in Ullan near Sisu Uddan.
            My village Ramlochonpur is less than 1km from the tower. But we getting very bad signal. We cant surf internet and calling properly. Very urgent.

                Today morning I got call from this number 7.45and that boy told I am asking for pin no. It is fake call and he gave lot slang language.
                Pls check as asap [protected]
                Slow internet speed at my location.
                I done many complains of this issue but not solved it. I complane this issue in march 2018 first time. Costumer executive said this problem is solved in 60 days. But not solved. I did again complaint on may 2018.

                  I am using jio for almost a Year.Since i have recharged my jiofi for the 399rs plan, which Had speed of 2-3mbps,
                  But after Two weeks the apeed reduced to just 10kbps, Which is very low
                  I have full network coverage
                  My plan is not over
                  Yet i am experiencing such A bad Service
                  I have tried contacting customer care but nothing, Not even a change

                  I am getting 1.5GB per day with just 10 kbps Not as per my plan

                  But its not available on this phones. Itd happened by mistake.

                    We cannot use data due to poor network signal
                    In my area around 500 families we use more than 150 jio sim cards in my area

                    We already complaint your customer care in 198

                    Till now no response from your side

                    We can not use our internet packs because of poor signal, there is a loss of money
                    Please try to solve the signal issues within 2 weeks

                    If you not solve the issues in 2 weeks in my area we totaly all persons will completely changed to idea network

                      This is sushil jain. I by mistake have done a recharge which is valid only for jio phone users but i don't have any jio phone with me. The plan itself costed me rs. 99. If jio help me i shall be highly thankful and to be true i am a regular jio coustomer and will like to continue with it in the future. Can you please refund my money and add it to my patym account [protected] is my number. I shall be highly obliged. Thanx

                      5-10 kbps speed is it called 4g?And do I need to complain everyday, I am not that useless. Why don't they treat their customers well why don't we get the things what we are paying. How many times i complaint your customer care. But no one can resolve.. Worst services ever i had seen.Worst network for rural areas. Bye Jio. Ported 2 another network.

                        Dear Jio team,

                        I have bought a new Jio post paid sim (no-[protected]) and a new JIOFI router M2S on[protected] for high speed wifi facility at home, but surprisingly where Reliance JIO promised the JIOFI download speed upto 150 mbps; I am getting the speed only 400-500 kbps at my home, which is looks like generation-2 speed and not generation 4 speed. we are facing the issue with all sites and webpages.

                        I request you to please do thee needful for increasing the volume of data speed for better internet experience.

                          Hello sir,
                          On friday morning i went to jio store located at goregaon east (Virwani industrial estaes) for sim purchase. I got the sim and paid rs 250 (147 for 1 month pack + 99 for jio prime). But till today the sim has not been activated and when i have visited the store they sy that the sim is activated but the one which they gave me is having some problem. They have not changed the sim yet and i have to suffer for past 4 days. Also now those guys are saying that the sim is activated with somebody else name, which cant be true as i have given my addhar and finger scan for sim activation.in 147 pack i got 28 days validity out of which 4 days have been wasted due negligence and untrained behavior of jio staffs. Please do something sir for my compensation or i have to report to consumer court against the charge of jio care and its services for data exchange as my aadhar number is mislinkde with other customer.

                            I have been using jio for more than one year. At first the signal reception was okay. But now for more than 4 months there are no signals. I am unable to receive calls or use the internet. Cannot even make bank transactions as don't get otp because of no signals. Please do the necessary steps to ensure maximum network coverage.

                                  I have recharged for rs 150/- through inb from my a/c number - [protected]. Ifsc code - sbin0001699 of sbi sambalpur adb to mobile number [protected] erroneously instead of rs 149. My a/c has been debited for rs 150/- but could not be recharged.                                     Hi, i was using jio more than a year. They were good in the beginning. So, i planned to switch to postpaid to get premium services (As they promised that i will get premium services). Mr. Dinesh, a rep from reliance jio accepted my request and came directly to migrate my number to postpaid. And he insisted me to pay 250 (Security deposit) + 99 jio prime subscription (I already had a prime subscription in prepaid!) still i paid him rs.349 via paytm. I got a confirmation message that, the amount of rs.349 has been paid successfully. But he said the funds not reached, so asked me to pay once again. Also told me that, if the previous transaction fund reached jio, it will be credited back to my account. So, i paid second time. (I have attached the screenshot below). The transaction between both was exactly 3 minutes difference. And then the representative went off. It's been more than one month, still i didn't receive any refund from jio. I called that rep several times but no response from him. So, i called jio customer care and lodged complaint. They said me that they receive only 349 that is showing in their records not the second time paid 349 rupees. So, i sent them my till date paytm statement. Still they told me that the funds has not reached them and they request me to contact paytm customer care. So, i contacted paytm. They said since the fund has left my account and the transaction was successfully happened there is no chance of refund will happen unless the merchant pays me back. I have the transaction id's also. I told this to jio, but they are not accepting and refused to pay me back my money. So i would like to lodge a complaint here and request other people also not to take jio services as their service is unprofessional and the response they gave to me was irritating and not ready to listen what i am saying. They keep on saying that there will be a problem with paytm only. Even after giving all proofs. And the network is very poor. I also want to contact consumer court to take severe action.

                                      I have recently ported to jio but i don't get signals at my location.
                                      I complained but they did not resolve the issue. They are just saying this will take time as we don't have coverage in that area.
                                      I am unable to receive calls or use the internet. Cannot even make bank transactions as don't get otp because of no signals.
                                      I want to port to another operator but in have not completed 90days in the current network.
                                      What can i do i am not getting network i cannot change my number as it is there in all my bank accounts. I cannot port because they won't let me port.
                                      Either they should provide network or let me port.

                                        Dear sirs,
                                        I have recharged my phone no. [protected] on 5th July 2018 with INR 399 plan and paid INR 349 thru credit card, with Transaction ID: BV00000CHACB thrugh Jio App, But I am sorry to say my services has been deactivated since then. And Rs. 349 has been deducted from credit card. I got message about transaction id and recharge from JIO, but services has been deactivated.
                                        I went to local customer care at Times Square, Vidyadhar Nagar but denied that they can't help in this matter.
                                        Can some one help me in this matter. Because even after paying the money I am not getting the services. I learned a lesson that never recharge with JIO APP.
