I have purchased samsung j6 mobile from sangeetha habsiguda show room 25 days back, i have been calling customer care for my cash back, i called almost 10 times, you can verify in your systems, every time they say my supervisor will solve the issue, but that supervisor is not available anytime. I dont know what is the problem with this, please respond

    This in reference to the complaint raised sr00000kdkje with jio customer care with topic of network coverage. As per the sms received, the issue was to sorted by 2nd july, 2018. However, to which i again received the sms on 25/6/2018 stating that it would still take 90 days to get the issue resolved.

    Also, i requested the call back from the tech team but the same also did not happen. Moreover, i am facing lot of issues regrading the network in my place.

    I am not able to utilize the services at all, then what is the point of being the jio customer. All my recharges have been a total waste.

    Nobody could contact me in the case of an emergency as i do not receive proper services from your side.

    Moreover, the complaints are closed without any proper intimation or resolution regrading the same.

    I had put complain in public greviance portal also but to which i never review a satisfactory resolution. Jio has been just changing date of my problem solving. My first complain was filed on 20th april n since then i have received only one reply"90 days more".

    So now finally i have put up complain in trai as they are faking in social media about their services, all the customer are facing issue. Though it is not mentioned anywhere that money cannot be refund they are not refunding recharge money also. Please now trai has become my last hope.

        My jio mobile # that was functioning well with calls and sms's that were functioning equally well. At around 3 pm on 23rd july, i was not able to receive or send any sms's neither could i make or receive any calls. When i called the customer service person (Ms pavithra) at 6pm about the issue, she advised me to swap the sim's as my phone had 2 sims... Airtel and jio. She also told me the phone would function after swapping.

        Having swapped the sim's, the phone was in a dead condition with no network, cant send / receive sms's or make / receive calls. I called back again at 7 pm and was told by the customer service person that the issue would take 48 hrs to get it sorted.

        Yesterday (24th july) again i called the customer service and the lady on the phone committed to calling me back within 2 hours... Unfortunately and to the unexpected unprofessionalism, no one called.
        Today at 5:30 pm since the 48 hrs had completed, i called up to check with the customer service and shocked to hear the careless, callous and unprofessional attitude no one had an answer to what's the solution.

        If it takes 48 hours and more to get an issue sorted, why should i have a jio connection when the airtel connection that i have does not give me these hiccups and neither do i get to hear false commitments.

        I need someone from jio to look into this matter and see how this can be resolved... Today!!! That is if the company believes in customer service as the forefront of customer satisfaction.

          I port my vodafone sim card in jio sim card and i request porting request and my number is [protected] i have get message through jio yoir sim activeted in 24th july 2018 but my sim is not activated in this day so i can try to call in jio"s customer but jio"s coustomer care is not connected with me and any person i can try different times and different numbers but can't reach with jio's customer care so please help me in my sim card porting process complete earlier and connect with his coustomer care

            I recharged our jio no-[protected] on 15/05/2018 for rs.399/- of 84 days validity till 08/08/2018 but company has stopped net facility on 22/07/2018 which is 15 days before. I informed to the company along with recharge mail. They are not acknowledging the facts. They are telling slow speed/low speed etc. I waited 23/07/2018 full day but no network have been received and on the same day at 7.30 pm i recharged again rs.399/- for another 84 days. Now network is running smoothly. It is their regular practice. Why should i harassed for the the same when i recharge to get high speed facility. Please prove me 15days as extended validity which they have cut down.

            NO COMPLAIN HAS BEEN RESOLVED BY JIO INFOCOM TO TILL DATE.THEY DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE MY COMPLAIN.THEY ARE KILLING TIME BY SENDING MAIL.PLEASE ADVICE THEM TO PROVIDE 15 DAYS NET FACILITY WHICH THEY HAVE CUT DOWN AS ILLEGAL.THEY CAN'T DO IT.I HEARD MANY CUSTOMER THAT IT IS THEIR REGULAR PRACTICE.               Jio is providing data plan bundled with free calling once the plan expires no outgoing phone calls allowed unless you recharge with minimum 98 rs. Plan. Now if i do not want to recharge with the plan my sim may be deactivated. Like other service provider i can not top up with say 20 rupees to keep my sim card in use to make calls. 'i request you to guide jio to make such type of options on' otherwise it is some sort of blackmailing people have to face.

                I have purchased Jiofi and New Sim from Relience digital on Friday 20 July 2018 and also I have recharged my Jio sim for Rs.399 at the same time. today is 4th day but still my sim not yet started working.                         Whenever i filled a complaint of jio complaint no. 198 they said tower is damaged so it will be good after 2-3 days but till now there is low network and low data speed... I have filled complain 3-4 times. This issue is getting worse now earlier (1-2 months ago) network and data speed was okay... But not now... Pls help me regarding this issue. Thanks

                            I applied for a duplicate of My Reliance Sim card ( [protected] ) on Friday, 20th JUly 2018 and I was told by the JIo Gallery guy that it will be activated within 4 hours. Today, even after 48 years it is yet to activated. Whenever I contact the Jio Gallery guy at Colaba, he simply says it is server problem at Reliance Infocomm. How long can a server be down ? for two days ?
                            My alternate number which is VOdafone, [protected] has been getting messages from JIo that the Jio number ([protected]) will be activated shortly. But nothing is happening. I am only getting a display, "'No Service''.

                            Reliance JIo is really terrible...WHy this indifference, I dont understand.

                            I hope the REliance JIo guys will listen now and do something.

                                At around 11.30 pm on 20-07-18 I have recharged my jiofy through net banking using my jio account. An amount of Rs. 399-00 has been debited from account but my recharge was failed. While inquiring about the transaction to customer care, the jio customer care executive replied me, "We did not get any money from you". Where is my money gone then? Please have a look at the screenshot of confirmation mail sent by my banker.

                                  I am staying in Navi Mumbai Nerul near Nerul railway station. I would like to inform that the voice quality here are not at all appropriate and making call really makes impossible. One call takes nearly 7 to 10 time will have to redial.
                                  Please do something here.
                                  Internet is not working properly this is soo very frustrating.

                                    I have paid 800rs for registration.Then told me to pay 2500rs for training.i paid.After i didn't get any call from jio call centre.kindly ask them refund my amount.
                                    Is this fraud or genuine.. how we trust .. becouse he always demands to do payment first

                                      I have re-started my phone several times, but still no network in coming on my phone from last 3 days.

                                        My JIO internet connection is very very slow in my area, in fact it takes more than a minute just to open a single website. when I complained about the same to them, they say it would take around 120 days to fix this issue. Around 3 times I complained and the answer was same and they asked me to adjust with them for 120 days. So, my question to them was If I am adjusting until they fix my problem, will the retain my 1.4gb data/day * 120 days and after 120 days will they credit my 168gb of data at once. They just said there is no such policy.
                                        So, why there is no such policy? When they have already taken money from me in form of prepaid recharge for 84 days an amount of 399/- rs. Why the telecom operators will not refund my money or my data.
                                        I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and include such terms and conditions when they make the agreement.
