I would like to inform you that i recharge my jio number([protected]) on dated 20-july-2018 of Rs:-349 and it's reference number is NSBI[protected]IGADZVOMY9; but till date my mobile number is not recharge or no refund came on my s.b.i account. when we talk to customer care he told me that the refund will come on your account in seven working hours;but till date no action will take for this case.
please do sone needfull.
for your convint we attached the bank statement of above date.

      I, naveen, resident of adarshnagar, visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh, 530040, is a customer of jio. Actually, i had been the customer of airtel,
      Since i purchased mobile phone. It was good. But, in 2016, jio came with
      A revolutionary changes in the network market. We are very happy, and i have taken a new jio sim and the services were excellent. I made my jio number as prime and put the other sim, secondary and optional. But since near about 10 months, the problem started. I am residing in the main road of a a locality, in visakhapatnam city. But the network is very poor. I have several times given complaint over phone. But the jio people are saying that it will be resolved in 6 months. Already more than 8 months passed. But no result.
      I want compensation for all the 8 months. Because i paid full amount. But i used to talk on other network, because of your poor network. Now jio became my secondary network. But regularly i am recharging with rs.399/-
      Generally, in any case there will be upgrade or improvement from the previous services. Where as in jiio case, it is reversed. You started with
      A big bang. But now the services are being downgraded.

      Since, 10 months i facing with poor network problem, so i am compelled to used other network aswell.

      Please give discount for all the 10 months and compensate my
      Anguish and allow me to continue as your customer.

          My name is nagendra singh and my jio number is [protected]. According to conditions i get 1.5gb data per day. But from yesterday i am not getting proper speed. The speed was about 20 to 40 kbps. I had raised complaints many times and they always says that your problem will be solved after march 2018. But march passed and problem still persist.
          Kindly do not make customers fool. You are the india's largest telecom company. You have to make your dignity towards your customers. Kindly solve this problem otherwise i will change my number to airtel or vodafone.

            I have raised complaint on reliance jio app for more than 3 times for not receiving of 4g speed on my jio mobile no. They have told me to get the same done away within 3 month at every time and closed the status of said complaint. However, its been more than 1 year that i am facing issues apart from raising the complaints on customer care service of reliance jio. Accordingly, i have no option so as to raise a complaint before this hon'ble forum. Please take immediate action and oblige.

              Ref : my transaction id is br0001hnv51e and my jio phone no.[protected]

              On 1st aug, 2018, [protected] no was recharged for 49/- (28 days) from my mobile. After getting message from your end, i have mentioned the difference and ask to rectify the mistake. Please note my jio fi no.[protected] was recharged on[protected] for rs.349/- (84 days from 29-7-18 to[protected]. Any how i am not interested to continue with jio. And discontinue all my contact with jio before november end.

                I want to light-up on the fact that on any jio recharge we get as
                "limited data usage / sms for days / and most grievance service they give" unlimited calling" as they say but i thought that is most selfish promise to attract foolish customers. This service has condition applied? Which they not declared yet. Which are changing asper reliance jio infocomm forcing on there regular customers
                In my case i used to call my friend daily, jio gave me notice in that month whenever i exceeded their limited usage. Once they stop my service then i recharge penalty also. But after a month they stop my services again without any notice. I communicate with jio customer care they told my usage are beyond the par limits which was not actually (Ie 27 hours in 24 days) customer care executive says daily under 3 hours is par limit. On this my question is what is my fault actually? Or jio have any regrets what are they doing with customers like me?
                As a solution i want my outgoing calling services to be activated my jio no is[protected]

                    I recharged my jio number with rs.399 plan which offers free voice calls, 1.5gb data/day. I used one voucher of rs. 50 which made the effective cost as rs. 349. But i am not being able to call anyone now except for the jio users even though the plan promises to offer free voice calling. Every time i call, i get a notification of not having sufficient balance. I am very much disappointed by this derogatory service.

                          The issue was requested to jiocare center (28/07/18) and details also provided to an executive who called on 29th morning from jiocare

                          My incoming and outgoing both are suspended which is causing a great deal of inconvenience, considering airtel (Previous service provider) did mention that there are no outstanding dues from their end as my payment was done on 15th july.

                          19 paise was outstanding (Which i went to pay, however airtel mentioned it’s clear as it anyway rounds down to 0 mathematically)

                          My entire time went tossing from jio service center to airtel and back to jio without any resolution to the issue.

                          After this, jiocare said, they have received the payment however my call service didn’t revive. Incoming says “not reachable or switched off” outgoing doesn’t work at all. I tried changing handsets etc and responded to the repetitive emails from jiocare as well. But they aren’t prompt at all and are playing around.

                            I have seen a job in reliance Jio on OLX Jobs section.i have enquired about that a girl name Ria Mehra she has said that tomorrow u will have a telephonic job interview.Next day a girl named-NAYRA call me for interview she has asked many good Question after that she said Congratulations you are selected.Then she said-"you have to submit 1350 Rs. in account"
                            I really need job so I submitted that amount.then she had mailed me an offer letter.
                            After 4-5 hours I have seen this that there are many spam just like same.

                              Reference to the above i like to inform you that your official person namely mr. S. K. Jain (Mob.[protected]) contact with me and according to his advice i have submitted scan copy of my all documents along with registration form with fill up & counter sign by me and sending through my whatsapp on dated 18.07.2018. After that i have received a massage on same date from bp-jiotwr that my documents has been verified and mobile tower installation has been successfully.

                              After the completed of submission all process i have not get any confirmation/approval latter and not get any legal/contract agreement paper from your side. Without any signing of contract paper your official personal namely mr. S. K. Jain (Mob. No – [protected]) to contact with me on dated 19.07.2018 and advice to pay few amount for processing & selection charges to their s/b account no –[protected], sbi bank, kurla complex, mumbai (Ifsc code –sbin0004380) and as per instruction of mr. S. K. Jain, i have paid through neft from union bank of india, chandannagar branch to sbi branch, bandra kurla complex for rs.14300/- on dated 10.07.2018 for processing charges & 2nd time i have paid rs.36600/- through neft from union bank of india after receiving a massage from md-sbiinb through mr. S. K. Jain on dated 21.07.2018 for advice to pay for (P. F.) r. T. G. S selection charges.

                              Further i received a 3rd time massage in my whats app no [protected] from md-sbiinb through mr. S. K. Jain on dated 21.07.2018 for requesting to pay in branch of rs.28600/- charges for noc with clearance charges. Mr. S. K. Jain inform me through md-sbinb that your prize/advance payment with reference number pcr2585965 for rs.2500000/-has credited on my account is not successfully and the cheque is pending in sbi, head branch and if you not pay of rs.28600/- your approval will treated as cancelled. I disagree to pay the amount and request to refund my all payment.

                              Lastly your official contact person namely mr. S. K. Jain (Mob.[protected]) & mr. Rahul sribastov (Mob.[protected]) of reliance jio infocomm limited have inform me over phone that my approval order of installation tower has been cancelled and my all payment deposited through neft of the above refer s/b account (Rs.14300 +rs.36600) will be refund within 10 to 12days. They have further inform me that if i get refund of my money to pay them rs.8525.00 as for cancellation charges. I disagree to pay the amount and asked them without any reason and signing legal agreement paper how you have cancel my approval order & how i will pay rs.8525/- as a cancellation charges for refund of my money without any reason. The reasons are, however, beyond of my knowledge. This is very illegal & unjustified and fraud practice.

                              Therefore in the above situation i need necessary help & co-operate from your end and want to refund total money rs.50900/-as early as possible.

I am senior citizen and retired pension holder. I know very well Reliance Company is the best & reputed company in India. But they will cheating & fraud to all public in the name of Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited. Sir, I want to refund my money of Rs.50900/- without any reason from them. I disagree to pay the amount and inform to Mr. S. K. Jain that as per your commitment without reason / written notice your authority can not cancelled my approval order. I heartily requested to Mr. S. K. Jain for installation of tower at my plot and credit the advance amount in my Bank Account otherwise you will be bound without any condition to refund my all payment.

                                Sir i arjun it is second time when reliance jio discontinued my outgoing call.
                                I called customer care he is not telling properly limit of voice calling.
                                Outgoing voice service on jio number [protected] has been discontinued due to misuse by making abnormally high number of outgoing calls. This is a violation of the terms & conditions under which the services are being provided. Please recharge and activate your upcoming plan through myjio app to continue using voice services.

                                  This is to inform that i had booked jio phone on 25 august 2017 through jio.com vide icici bill/[protected]/pgmib but the same was not delivered so far. Though some sms came from jio to receive the same from nearest jio store but whenever i visited that is out of stock. Now i am harrassed by jio many times and now i want my booking money back and i emailed jio care in this regard several times but they are reluctant to refund my rs 500 booking amount. Please get me my refund urgently and oblige.

                                      I am complaining about 4g data service at guwahati, noonmati, its a very poor data and voice connectivity at my location, i twitte 3times bit no respond from your side, we thought as a reliance family you are providing best services to us but practically not happen you are providing 2g services, you changes only tag 2g to 4g, we as a customer we have no opting to port out jio sim because from jio sim port out sms not send to 1900 server, our last option is throw out the sim from our handset, is it any chance to improve your services

                                      The tower is situated in Ullan near Sisu Uddan.
                                      My village Ramlochonpur is less than 1km from the tower. But we getting very bad signal. We cant surf internet and calling properly. Very urgent.

                                        My complain is regarding the poor signal in my jio sim it really takes hard to open something watch YouTube and other stuff so I request u to plss do something regarding this I hope ur team would lesson to your complaint and respond to it asap
