Reliance Jio Infocomm Complaints & Reviews

We are facing network problem in hanumanganj sultanpur (228001) area. Internet speed is very poor in this area.
We are unable to load any web page.
If we are unable to do any imporatnt work which used internet so why we use jio there are so many people already port his jio no. To another no. Every second jio user in this area is complaining about same issue. Please take some action and solve this problem as soon as possible. Otherwise we dont have any choice other than shift to other network.

The speed of my jio network is very slow and signal strength very poor is only -103dBm..I couldn't use my data with full speed.. it receiving only as bytes data..and also i can't able to browse anymore..so please solve my problem .. i already raised many complaints about this .. still you haven't made any solution .

I had successfully porter my number to jio on august 12 2018 when i inserted the sim the network bar shows no service i thought it had not yet ported completely. So i tried next day same thing shows. I restart the device and then one bar signal shows. Then i realise that there is an network issue in my area. So somehow i called jio care they told that we have weak network in your area. I am taking a complaint regarding it. They lodge my complaint on 14 august 2018. From then to now i had not even made single calls in my area and not able to use data. I had bare it for 2 weeks and then i got so frustated. So i started mailing jio about it and they keep on saying new site is under process it will take upto 120 days. I told that how can one stay without calls and data for 120 days as i am using only one number i dont have secondary number to contact anyone. And when i asked them about the new site address they not even providing me that. I asked them to refund my recharge amount. They not even helping with that. Why should i bare all this if they have weak network. And why are they selling jio sim card in that location where they have weak signal. I told alteast provide me network booster for 120 days. They not even helping with that too. I had paid money to get proper services not to bare such things. I had purchased new phone but the phone is useless when you not able to make and receive calls and not able to use data.

I am having very poor network connection in my home. I cant even call. Internet speed is always below 40 kbps. i have complained many times to jio via chat and call but they always said to wait 120 days to improve network quality but they never took a single step to do so. I have provided my pin code and can share more info if they reply here. Even tata docomo and airtel is having very good connection in my home. Jio is shame for the 4g word !

In Locality Siddharth Public School, Siddharth Nagar Goova Garden Kanpur one owner is in process of mobile tower installation of Reliance Jio tower in main residential area without any permission and also without discussing with local authority and neighbors.
Where many other owner in neighbors are not agreed to it. Also there are two school in neighboring building. which may cause any health issue with dangerous radiation in coming time.
Why government authorities allow such illegal construction in residential area
Please take appropriate action to stop such construction work

My recharge done for jio. no. is failed on 30.8.2018. Though I am a jio prime member it is not done. I tried to recharge through CCAVENUE.com but he amt of rs 399 deducted from my bank account. but the recharge was done till 31.8.2018.I recharge through online always this time only I got the problem.I want to revere the withdrawal or recharge the mobile no.

I got jio mobile number and I am recharging through online always This time also on 30.8.2018 I recharged my jio mobile number for Rs399 through CCAVENUE .comm at 8.45p.m. The amount of Rs399 was debited from my bank account .It is 12 hrs now but not yet recharged. I tried to register my complaints several times.But I cldnt. Kindly recover my amount or recharge me for rs 399.

Time 11:08 am via phone pe.
Please help me by reverting the same sir since i'm a student and if the following recharge is not reverted i will not be able to operate my number till i get my pocket money again. I hope you understand sir.

I was given 3 vouchers of 6 gb data packs and i had applied them on my phone but i was not getting the data. So i complained to jio about this as i read all the conditions of the data pack nowhere was written that the data pack will not work in another phone and they denied that they cannot help me at my problems. I also email the complaint at the jio official complaint website but i was told the same.

My name is himanshu joshi, i live in village haritagaon, p. O.-bhimtal
Distt nainital (Uttarakhand). I am having an jio connection. My all 5 family members also have the same service provider. As i know there are 210 jio connection in my village. But we dont have signals here. I have taken 4g plan although i am not getting a single 2g network.
I used to call jio customer care daily but they are not taking any action.
I need to go to court if there is no action will be taken for the same.

Is this digital india, why you are selling sim on that area wgere you dont have network coverage.
Why should i pay you 500 per month when i cant even make any single call.

I will register a case against jio and digital india campaign if we did't get netwotk withing 24 hours

In my area from last few months i am facing network issues. I couldn't uae my data everyday. Speed is too slow cant even open a photograph so can't even think of downloading it. I already have called customer care they registered my complaint and told me about new site installation and all now after almost 3 months problem is even worst so 2 days ago i again file complaint they told me that i will get call from them within 48 hours and i am facing this because of overload o[censored]sers in this area but after 2 days still i am not getting any solution even not getting call from their side. Now from last 8-10 days i can't use may data (1.5 gb) and during calls voice is not clear even my number shows out of rich most of the time. Today i again contacted customer care they said same thing again users are increased and they will solve this problem in 120 days so my recharge of this 3 months is totally wasted so i want refund because i want to port my number to other network co i cant use my data so plz refunf me my money. Jio customer service is so bad that they never care for customers and never respond to their complaints but this time i want proper solution for this.

Some days before i receive mail "your resume selected for the job of the reliance infocomm ltd, after that the call is coming to tell that i have to pay 1480 to get job and today i got another call and they are saying to pay 5700 for security deposit for laptop and mobile i don't know what to do. I have recording of all calls and mobile number with name,.
What should i do for recover my money.
I have that account number and that number is still ringing it is not out of reachable. U can easily tract them.

In our office latrine flush water is over flowing even we pressed gently also. We are facing this issue repeatedly.
Toilet flush also not working propoerly, water is getting leaked while pressing the flush
Please treat this on priority and resolve.

Request you to please look into this and resolve the issue asap.

My issue is not resolve almost 1 year my issue is my home no network and outside network is coming I so many time complaint but then say me please sir wait 3 to month my location near tower is installing process then complete as soon as soon but I say to Jio y your saying your service is very bad your not resolve any complaint your only take complaint then you say me your network team call me then he/she say me please sir wait 3 to 6 month then I wait then he/she same word I am to jio your only customer say sir/madam wait your location tower is installing as soon your network issue resolve I say your jio company totally fraud I waiting almost 1 year you say me near by tower is installing but 1 year to installing tower time your not take care Jio customer other operator take care customer and resolve problem within 90 days your only say but not results got I

Concerned m. No:[protected] it\'s speed of jio in my area due to which i am getting speed below 500 kbps means 24-30 kbps downloading i have lodged complaint on 9 may rf. No. Sr00000kmc0e under which jio stated to resolve it by 9 august periodof 90 days after no resolution another complaint lodged rf no. Sr00000npp3f on 24 july which is to be resolved by 31 july on 31 july i got message new site is planned at your location which will going to take another 120 days. And speed is so low that it can\'t buffer a video at 144p lowest video quality. Being a loyal customer it is test of my patience. 90+120 days = 210 days. Every time i contact they say that work is in progress of installing new site.

That ours is a densely populated area compromising mostly of children's and aged persons, with three or more children schools and other institutions.
All concerned authority, including the local municipality(Jaipur) . The people have also decided to take legal action, if necessary before the Hon'ble High Court Jaipur.
That we have recently informed that another tower of your company( Jio mobile service) is going to be set up in close proximity on a building which is hardly 5 feet away from a house . Already the locality has a history of cancer and kidney disorder.
That sir we would like to request you to take appropriate steps from your end to ensure that no such tower is installed in the said opp. Anuskha General Store, Narayan Vihar - B, Pawan puri road, Jaipur-302012 considering the health hazard and the ecological balance in the locality. Unless that we would be constraint to knock the door of the Hon'ble Court for readdress.

I have 2 connection of idea cards. Frequently i am facing a problem of network related. I already complaint to the jio customer care but still i face this problems. Still no improvement i found.
Main problems are
Call drop
Late call connect
Net not working

Reliance jio hr department jammu & kashmir is full of corruption there is no fair recruitment drive they shortlist their own friend and relative and some take bribe to shortlist candidate, there must be fair selection deserved candidate should be selected or head office reliance jio should recruit candidate for reliance jio in jammu & kashmir, please take action as soon as possible there is lot of corruption in reliance jio jammu & kashmir

I, lakshmi kant yadav using hdfc credit card since long time and deposited payment on time perhaps sometime delay due to busy into personal work.

From may days caller (Name - anurag) on phone making wrong statements and abusing. Is this the kind people working & calling into behalf of reputed bank?

He is asking me the details of transactions, why?
When i had already told him that balanced amounts are deposited through "bill pay desk" on last saturday.
