Jio is providing data plan bundled with free calling once the plan expires no outgoing phone calls allowed unless you recharge with minimum 98 rs. Plan. Now if i do not want to recharge with the plan my sim may be deactivated. Like other service provider i can not top up with say 20 rupees to keep my sim card in use to make calls. 'i request you to guide jio to make such type of options on' otherwise it is some sort of blackmailing people have to face.

    I have purchased Jiofi and New Sim from Relience digital on Friday 20 July 2018 and also I have recharged my Jio sim for Rs.399 at the same time. today is 4th day but still my sim not yet started working. My Jio number is [protected] and my alternate number is [protected]. Not getting proper response from customer care.

    I spoke to customer care he is saying it will take 120 days to resolve this issue but they are not compensate.

      I have recharged of 400/- rs for jio recharge and this includes regular scheme of 1.5gb net per day. The same offer include double benefits during that time when i have recharged. But i didn't get the same benefit on my number.

        Hi, my number [protected] is an jio network, my internet is speed is very slow than idea 2g network, i can't buffer even facebook pages and google searches. I had complained several times to 198, they didn't respond to the complaints and i had registered the complaint to consumer complaints also i didn't get response. My recharge money getting waste kindly take action to this complaint.

          issue ofJio .For this issue past few months I talk customer care but
          my problem not solve .

            Whenever i filled a complaint of jio complaint no. 198 they said tower is damaged so it will be good after 2-3 days but till now there is low network and low data speed... I have filled complain 3-4 times. This issue is getting worse now earlier (1-2 months ago) network and data speed was okay... But not now... Pls help me regarding this issue. Thanks

                I applied for a duplicate of My Reliance Sim card ( [protected] ) on Friday, 20th JUly 2018 and I was told by the JIo Gallery guy that it will be activated within 4 hours. Today, even after 48 years it is yet to activated. Whenever I contact the Jio Gallery guy at Colaba, he simply says it is server problem at Reliance Infocomm. How long can a server be down ? for two days ?
                My alternate number which is VOdafone, [protected] has been getting messages from JIo that the Jio number ([protected]) will be activated shortly. But nothing is happening. I am only getting a display, "'No Service''.

                Reliance JIo is really terrible...WHy this indifference, I dont understand.

                I hope the REliance JIo guys will listen now and do something.

                  I have recharged my jio number on 21/07/2018 @ 9:30 pm trough internet banking my amount deducted but I not get balance after i call CR they telling they have not found any record about recharge to my number please refund my amount is this way jio sterling money from coustmer no proper responce from CR they told wait for 2 hours I waited for 5 hours no result please refund my amount

                    At around 11.30 pm on 20-07-18 I have recharged my jiofy through net banking using my jio account. An amount of Rs. 399-00 has been debited from account but my recharge was failed. While inquiring about the transaction to customer care, the jio customer care executive replied me, "We did not get any money from you". Where is my money gone then? Please have a look at the screenshot of confirmation mail sent by my banker.

                    The debited amount of rs 399.00 is reversed back to my account after 5 days. My sincere thanks to all of those who helped me to resolved the issue.

                    Today on 23-07-18 I got a message from them. The are telling about not getting the money. Here is another screenshot which shows the money is debited from my account. The account no is edited for security purpose.

                      I am staying in Navi Mumbai Nerul near Nerul railway station. I would like to inform that the voice quality here are not at all appropriate and making call really makes impossible. One call takes nearly 7 to 10 time will have to redial.
                      Please do something here.
                      Internet is not working properly this is soo very frustrating.

                            My JIO internet connection is very very slow in my area, in fact it takes more than a minute just to open a single website. when I complained about the same to them, they say it would take around 120 days to fix this issue. Around 3 times I complained and the answer was same and they asked me to adjust with them for 120 days. So, my question to them was If I am adjusting until they fix my problem, will the retain my 1.4gb data/day * 120 days and after 120 days will they credit my 168gb of data at once. They just said there is no such policy.
                            So, why there is no such policy? When they have already taken money from me in form of prepaid recharge for 84 days an amount of 399/- rs. Why the telecom operators will not refund my money or my data.
                            I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and include such terms and conditions when they make the agreement.

                              On 20 July at 6:38 my data limit of 1.5 gb is over because I download software and then I go to my Jio app and there in my account 2 voucher of 5 gb is there and 1 voucher of 1.5 gb is there then I choose 5 gb voucher to redeem but there is no response and then I choose 1.5 gb vouchere but there is also no response but at last 1 message is there from Jio that your rechare is proceed but not working and voucher is also reduced. I also complain but not solve my peoblem

                                I am from nagrota jammu, suddenly my jio phone hang and then i restart it after that my phone doesn't work. next day i visited the jio customer service center at nagrota at 10:30am( its opening time).The sevice boy replied me that he is downloading software for my jio phone, then i waited for two and half hour .After that I waited there for 1 pm and then he connect my jio phone and replied me that he is unable to update my jio software.So he provide me new jio handset then he clicked the pics of my jio phone and sent to its senior.aftrer some time he replied me that your jio handcset warranty is over.may be you opened the jio phone screw.Even i dont know abt the abc of phone and he blamed me and replied me to go to KC residency office, I send this compliant only because i waited there for 3 and half hours and in the customer service center there was no sitting arrangements for the customers.my whole day spolied, my time waisted who is responsible for that, please take a strict action against cumstomer service centers who trouble us physically and mentally

                                  My no. Is[protected]. For the past one week, whenever I make a call, irrespective of any network, my call is seen dropped out within 30 sec. This causes more problems especially official calls. Please set right the problem. If the same network is accessed through BSNL, there is no call drop out.
