But Despite several reminder mails sent to CUSTOMER CARE of JIO and further ESCALETED to APPELLATE RAJASTHAN also but neither received any positive response nor the FINAL RESULTS of the said contest where REWARDS of Rs. 500 Cr were expected to disbursed... While some gift VOUCHERS WERE SENT WHICH ARE NOT GETTING REDEEMED BY THE PARTNERS...

I am jio prepaid user. When i purchased new jio sim, i got 4g speed during first 3 months, after that speed decreased up to 0.56 mbps.

I contacted to customer care. They registered my complaint and given resolution that, new tower will be construed in my area in 90 days. After 90 days nothing happens. I contacted customer care, they registered my complaint again but issue not solved. I contacted to jio many times they didn't solve my problem but they given new service request number every time.

My last complaint service request number is sr00000lkbl7. I received following funny message from jio "this is an update on service request number sr00000lkbl7 for network connectivity. Regret to inform you that the location for which you had raised a concern may face intermittent issues. We have noted your concern and will be taking steps to improve coverage in that area as we expand our network in the future. At present we are unable to commit a date, we appreciate your patience. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, please call us on 198 or write to [protected]@jio.com. You may also raise an appeal with appellate."

My issue is older than 1 year, but not yet resolved.

I took BSNL Number[protected] from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. As I lost my phone I visited BSNL Office after 10 days to take new SIM. When contacted BSNL they informed us that SIM is changed to Jio in another lady name Amala. Without my authorisation Reliance Jio had transfered to another person name. I contacted Jio Office in Arundelpet, Guntur and they informed me that the number can be changed after 3 months.

Yesterday when I contacted them they are informing that the number can't be changed as the number is blocked by the lady and they need her permission with Aadhar Card Copy and her Bio-metric authorisation. When I questioned them about how they changed the number from BSNL to Jio without my consent they are informing that they will send SMS to confirm the change within one week and since its accepted they changed and that they don't need my Aadhar Card copy or Bio-metric authorisation.

I can't understand the double standards followed by Reliance Jio.

Keeping in view the above facts I request the Indian Consumer Forum to help me get back my number.

I just posted my number from airtel to jio. The data speed is so low that i end up not using even 50% of my data. What is the point of giving 1.5 gb extra when the gb i already have are unused. I called jio helplline but they said due to excessive jio customers in my area the internet speed is being hampered. So i need to move to suburbs to get good internet speed for jio.

This is my jio no.[protected]. my jio sim is in my mobile phone but some one using my same no for out going calls.. some of my friends and relatives getting call form this no. . But sim card is in my phone how someone use same no for outgoing calls. Am very disappointed .. please check this
issue and fix it.

Hi, i am using my jio sim and it is offering 1.50gb daily data, but the consumption of data is abnormal, company is cheating on consumers, only after using 250mb it is showing that your data balance is exhausted, plz help us, plz take a strict action on the company otherwise it will always fool consumers and make money plz take a positive action on the company

Your hazra outlet refused to give me a duplicate sim yesterday without gdr & monetary charges, where as your newalipore outlet gave it within 5 min yesterday without asking any question. I, bandana roy chowdhury, f - 49, is a petient too. Your jio staff wearing uniform, how dare to told me that i telling them false where as a personally went there all documents.

Sir, your tower in hyderabad/troop bazar opposite siddhartha hotel is causing a lot of grief the noise is unbearable, i'm residing right beside the tower also gave countless calls to gtl the provider but they asked me to complaint to jio about it, i hope we residents gets help and we don't have to go to municipal authorities, thank you.

Hi team,

There is an issue in jio 4g voice app.

Today[protected] for couple of hours i used the jio sim in my iphone 5s device which doesnt supports both incoming and out going unless we install jio 4g voice app. So i installed and made calls by using this app.

As the mobile is getting discharged, then immediately i changed my jio sim to another mobile iphone 6.

"now the trouble begins here, when i changed the device i am able to do only out going calls and access the data"

For couple of hours i didnt get any call. When i cross check by dialing my jio number from other mobile i see the issue where i am getting mobile number as switched off and out of coverage area.

I raised a complaint to cc of not getting the incoming calls and the complaint id is : sr00000me3ok.

Now when i change the sim to my iphone 5s, i am able to do both incoming and out going calls without any issues by using jio 4g voice app.

Looks like jio 4g voice app is blocking the incoming calls when we change the sim from non volte devices to volte devices

Request you to please look into this issue immediately.

I tried to get a sim from jio for my mobile but the agents where i went refused to give me the sim saying that without adhar number no sim and they don't accept any other id like election card etc. Is it not true that the telecom department has given orders saying not to insist on adhar for mobile connection as per telecom secretary aruna sundarajan.

I am a regular user of jio. Last few month, in night time the jio have very low internet speed. I cant even take web pages but i satisfied with day time speed. I complaint to the jio customer service. But they said that users is much larger than affordable, in that particular area so they need to install new tower, but the construction of the tower was almost suspended. But in earlier, that is before recharge, i got enough speed in day time but now i didn't get enough speed in day time also. I repeatedly contacted the jio customer care about that, they said "you need to call before recharge for speed information" and they confirmed that, no speed increment is possible for several months. So, i need to refund my recharge amount or proper resolution for this speed issue. I don't like to continue with jio service.

I am a reliance jio consumer bearing number [protected] hailing from bidyanagar gaon panchayet under karimganj district assam pin 788734. Due to non availability of jio tower nearby our locality, we cant utilize jio facilities fully. Browsing is almost inconvenient. Some how we can make voice calls but frequent call drops occure. As such we ernestly requst company to errect jio tower at bidyanagar g. P. If needed feasible land and other resources alongwith documents will be provided.

When i bought jio hotspot there was 3 coupons provided, one to redeem in relinace digital rs. 500 + rs 500 = rs.1000, ajio for rs.500 on purchase of rs.1500 and paytm rs.800 on buying 2 flight ticket.
For ajio and paytm there were some condition on min purchase, but for reliance digital there was no condition mentioned.
On enquiry at reliance digital store multiple times, once they said it need to be used only for online purchase but there is no online purchase option available at website. Another couple of times when checked, no one had any idea how to redeem. Today in the reliance digital store at gopalan signature mall, they mentioned there is a minimum purchase of rs.10000 to be eligible for coupon redeemption. This looks like some gimmick the company is playing to attract customers to spend more than provide any benefit.

Sir I have 15 GB data left in my prepaidnumber [protected] in jiofi and I have extra 5gb data booster also when I try to operate any app of play YouTube videos it take a lot of time to load, and network goes sometimes I have complained many times but there was no response from the team, I have called customer care as well but they said they will resolve but after a month there was no response from them. Now I need the good Internet speed to do work please solve the problem

Had done recharge for international roaming for rs 1100/- on 24 apr18 and followed the steps as directed. Got a confirmation on the mobile that the package is active. However on reaching dubai, the package didn't work. Immediately lodged a complaint through a wifi to customercare via jiochat. Assured early resolution. However in spite of repeated reminders no resolution/ refund provided. After two months conviniently states that the package has expired. And one executive said there is no policy of refund, after all the while for two months assuring me that refund will be done and i should keep checking my accounts.

Now a days the network of jio is very much poor that even i cannot play a 144 p video on YouTube. The network is getting worse day by day. Its better to switch to other service provider whose 2g service is much more fadter than jio 4g. Please speed up the internet as soon as possible or we should switch to other service provider.

4. There is no tower nearby.
5. We have registered complaint to jio many times in last 2 years. However, there is no resolutin provided till date.
6. We are very much disturbed due to low quality being maintained in our licality of 5000 people
7. We request to arrange for the resolution please at the earliest.
