Even in metro cities there is a problem with jio not only with just network issue. There are many problems with jio
1) we can't recharge 10-20 for emergency talktime
2) to talk with customer care also we need to recharge with 299
3) less coverage in cities & rural areas
4) more advertisement & less care on customers
5) the worst public talk
6) no 3g facilities in low coverage area
7) slow internet
8) calling problems
9) uses more battery
10) they will take your imei details

    If you give complaint they won't resolve. Customers care also talk in neglecting manner.in metro city also they are unavailable to provide better network. When less users they gave high speed same like mts network. Now it's worst than bsnl 2g network.in cities also we are getting network issue problem. Just cheated all people & earned money.. They are telling same words from more than 2yrs that we are constructing towers near your area. But till now they dnt know place where they are constructing. If you got coverage issue. They won't come & take issue they just tell you server is showing there is good network. Otherwise sorry for the inconvenience. We paid money for your network & not for your sorry please note this point.

            Hello everyone,

            My jio previous tariff plan was getting expired on 26th june 2018 and during the course, i received tons of sms from jio reminding me to recharge for rs 498 and 91 days validity offering additional 1.5 gb per day free for 91 days.
            In these sms, jio also provided me the link to recharge for rs 498 with free offer 1.5gb per day.
            Accordingly, i clicked on the link provided by jio and made the payment of rs 498. Also, as per the jio instructions, i redeemed the offer of 1.5gb per day for the renewed tariff plan.
            Now, the jio grievance addressable team says that the offer of additional 1.5gb per day was redeemed to the expired previous.
            Through this media, i request once again, the jio management to review the issue and resolve it fairly.

              My jio number: [protected] went blank on 2.7.2018 evening. I went to a jio shop in new panvel and paid rs 399 for recharge. Even up to now, the jio is balnk. Today on line payment of rs 198 has been made, but the jio is still blank. Kindly advise. My other number is [protected]. You may contact me on this number. Please give is top-most priority. My all activities like emails, making phone-calls are stopped. Total payment of rs 399 +198 has already been debited to my account.

                My mobile number is [protected].
                I have racharged my jio number for double data plan.
                They give me additional data for only 1 days validity instead of. 90 days.
                Jio is no 1 in case of fraud.
                They didnot revealed the main trick in this double data plan.
                They said that you have to recharge for the double data before 30 june.
                And max of the jio users have tge validity till 1 or 2 july.

                And when ever any user reedeem the aditional data they got only 1 days of free data instead of 90 days.

                Because the free data pack will be added to the base pack that is going to expire in 1 days.

                This is a worst trick they are applying.

                We are customer not fool animals.

                If this continued. Customer will through the jio and accept desi network bsnl.

                Because bsnl us not fraud...

                  I have paid rs. 399 /- for 1.5gb per day. But in my area karaikal they said due to high volume is jio users the internet speed in 40kbps is 400kbps speed which is way less than the speed of 3g.

                  When i complained to them they said we will instal a new base station in your area on 4 month.

                  I asked them to refund my recharged money or data if you can't give me promised 4g services. They said they didn't have such scheme. I have to wait for 4 months to avail their service.

                  I want to give consumer case against them for fraud and giving mental fraustration.

                    I recharged my mobile no [protected] double dhamaka plan of 299 on 26th june 2018 through jio app for valadity of 84 days. But in my jio app it's showing that your plan validity is only for 28 days. I request you to either change my validity to 84 days or cancel my plan and reversed 299 in my phonepe account.

                    I have recharged for rs.149 online by using debit card. The recharge was successful but it was not working. The net was not working. Calling was also not successful.sms was also not going.my number is [protected].Do anything otherwise i will import sim into airtel 4g.

                      Iam not recieving some otp. Example aadhar is linked to my mobile number. While i in order to download the aadhaar card though internet the not recieving to me, but set to your mobile number it is showing. So equiered about it. But till now i didnt get the solution.in some cases number is invalid it is showing.
                      It is due to jio 6 series starting number. So what could be solution to this problem. Please tell me what to do, in order to i get the otp.

                          I done recharge of rs 399 on my jio number in month of june 18 which activate today but i nt received my additional data recharge voucher in my account.

                          According to company term & conditions the recharges done in month of june 18 are eligible for this offer.
                          Register my complaint against the company that they nt fulfilling their terms & conditions.
                          Return my additional data voucher in my jio account according to jio scheme as soon as possible.

                          1.5gb data will effect in your account immediately fore rest 1.5gb you have to manually activate it from my Jio app.
                          Step

                          1.Open my Jio app
                          2.go to my vouchers section there you can see your 1.5gb additional data click on redeem once it’s redemeed you will get a confirmation message.
                          Now enjoy daily 3gb data for the next 84days from the date you have recharged.

                            I have purchased jiofi long time ago and have put the same unit to rest due to very poor speeds d/l and u/l.

                            Attached is a speedtest snapshot.

                            I think i have complained by voice, many times but seems you are shameless and do not care about customers.

                            Kindly stop advertising jiofi as 4g, completely misguiding and useless product!

                              After successful recharge confirmation sms for my mobile number with rs.448 through my jio app, i received a voucher for a add on of 1.5gb/day. Immediately after redeem i got the add on offer for base plan validity.

                              My complaint is

                              1. It is nowhere in app's t&c is mentioned that the recharged amount will get cedit only after expiry of the existing plan and

                              2. As per double dhamaka offer's t&c add on will be applicable for recharge cycle, then why my add on data is not applicable after successful of my recharge

                              I request you to get back my add on pack for my present recharge cycle and do needful.

                                I am jio prepaid user. When i purchased new jio sim, i got 4g speed during first 15 days, after that speed decreased up to 0.20 mbps.

                                I contacted to customer care. They registered my complaint and given resolution that, network conjunction to solve in 3days. I contacted customer care, they registered my complaint again but issue not solved. I contacted to jio many times they didn't solve my problem but they given new service request number every time.

                                  Hello,

                                  I recharged two of my job numbers for getting double data. First of all the word "double data" in itself is deceptive. On a pack of 448 that provides 2 gb of data per day they are providing you with only 1.5 gb double data. How is that even double?

                                  Coming to my concern, after recharging the two numbers i was provided with a data voucher for each number. I redeemed that voucher only to know that the voucher i got for the recharge doesn't truly belong to your recharge. I happened to redeem that and the voucher was activated for the current base plan only which happened to had just 2 days of validity remaining.

                                  I have two questions :

                                  1: if the double data i got was a part of new recharge why was it allowed to be redeemed? I didn't recharge for getting a voucher for two remaining days only? This is a total unethical way of business.

                                  2: now after i came to know that the validity was just two days i asked for a refund. The new plan was queued and was not activated. Why is it that there is no refund available? I could have tried again and then saved the voucher code to be used/redeemed when the base plan expired.

                                    Sub- Jio phone under warranty charger replacement take more than two month by Service center after that refused because of IMEI no is not mentioned in form.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I have visited your store available at 227405 amethi up. representative has promised to resolve within 2 days but after submitting a filled form along with charger on 26.03.2018 he is unable to serve me. On 19.06.2018 I have visited to recieve my charger he has said you have not mentioned your IMEI no so we are unable to replace your charger. I was puzzled at the time and replied him that if any problem in form why you have not told me telephonically or several times when i have visited for the charger.

                                      I have recharged my jio mobile number ([protected]) with rs.399 on 23.6.2018. i have checked offer on my jio application before recharge they show recharge of 399 gives 100 cash back using recharge with phonepe. but i received only 50 rs cash back another 50 rs not yet received. i have informed to the customer service they did not respond me. please help me to get remaing cash back amount.

                                        But Despite several reminder mails sent to CUSTOMER CARE of JIO and further ESCALETED to APPELLATE RAJASTHAN also but neither received any positive response nor the FINAL RESULTS of the said contest where REWARDS of Rs. 500 Cr were expected to disbursed... While some gift VOUCHERS WERE SENT WHICH ARE NOT GETTING REDEEMED BY THE PARTNERS...
