Sir,

I am Personal Secretary to Shri Shivanand Jha, IPS DGP Gujarat State and sit on 1st floor of Police Bhavan, Sector-18, Gandhinagar, State Police HQs.

2. I do not get a single tower or do receive any phone call, since I have migrated from Vodafone & feel very depressed, deplored & helpless. I feel as if I did a crime by shifting from Vodafone to Rel.Jio

3. Kindly do the needful in the matter to solve my problem or refund my amount so that I can shift to my original Vodafone, coz without phone, sms and OTPs how can I function and discharge my duty as P.A to DGP, Gujarat State, coz I receive hundreds of phone call on routine basis.

4. I haven't recd. a single phone since last 8 days, which is quite pitiable & deploring. This sort of lapse & lacunae was not expected from Reliance Jio (so called pioneers in the Communication Industry).

5. However, I use to get full coverage in my previous Vodafone SIM.

6. As PSI & Personal Assistant to The Director General of Police, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar, I have to attend and answer many phone calls daily and as a result, I am stuck up due to mobile portability and especially your JIO SIM.

7. I therefore request you to do the needful at the earliest or refund me the amount paid to you in advance towards 3 months prepaid services after your so called administrative charges, coz I am totally unsatisfied with your services and network problems.

    Sir i have purchase a new lyf mobile from jio store. This phone create a problem of battery. My phone is in warranty. Your jio worker are not give a satishfied answer of my problems and not ready to change my battery. Then i come in jio center. Your worker replied to me that we can't change it.       I tried to recharge jio prepaid mobile no. [protected] on 29.05.2018 but twice the recharge was not successful. It was done through internet banking. Details are as below:
      1) recharge of rs. 349.00 icici net banking transaction no.[protected].
      2) recharge of rs. 399.00 icici net banking transaction no.[protected].

      I still did not get my money back. Please refund back total amont of rs. 349 + 399 at the earliest.

        I am residing at housing board, mapusa, goa.
        Ever since i have taken a jio sim i'm not getting range in my area. The signal strength is very poor.
        Due to this internet speed is very slow and calls cannot be made.
        Despite numerous complaints my problem is not yet solved.
        It is not only i who is facing the issue, jio data connectivity issue is faced by many people in my locality.
        Reliance please look into this and solve it at the earliest.

          From last one week it happend 4th time. My data suddenly gets consumed, like within minutes all data gets wiped out.

          I thought it's a one time technical glitch. I changed password, reset the jio device. I just use one laptop and use it for work, it's a mac and there are no auto updates.

          I get 1.5gb per day at it activates at around 12:30 pm. I used it for 15 minutes and all data got exhausted. I checked everything and finally decided to re-set the device. Then after an hour i made an recharge of rs 51 for 3 gb and with in 10 minutes 3 gb data got exhausted.

          Called the customer service they said, you must have consumed it. Seriously 3gb in 10 minutes. I asked them for solution and they said they can't do anything and when i asked them should i stop using it and they answered yes sir, it's your choice.

          That's what happens when you get data for cheap i assume.

            I ported my numbers [protected] and [protected] from airtel to jio 2 weeks back and paid recharge for 70 days of around 449 rupees. But as soon as these numbers are ported to jio, i am facing network issue at my office and home also. I am not able to place a call or receive a call from any mobile number as a result of this i missed my all important calls. Reliance jio is not providing basic facility to place and receive call. I paid around 900 rupees to reliance jio which is of no use because i am not able to place or receive a call. As per last discussion with reliance jio representation, the problem will be continue till 60 days and they are working on it. But i paid 900 rupees to reliance jio for 70 days is of no use. I cannot wait for 60 dyas to reliance jio to resolve issue, i want my money back and allow me to port to another service provider, because reilance jio is not able to provide basic facility.

              I am using reliance jio 399 plan which provides 1.5 gb data every day. I mostly do facebook and whatsapp and rarely run any videos as i have regular office. Everyday my 1.5 gb data goes away in like 1 hr without even using it. On complaining they say that you must be watching videos or any update must be running on background. Yesterday only in the app it is showing that i consumed my 1.39 gb at 9.23 am however at that time i wasn't even using my phone. I got the message at 12:19 pm that i used 50% of data that means 750 mb and on another 10 minutes my whole data got consumed at 12:37 pm. Looking at the message and the usage details in the app shows that there is conflict in data. I was downloading a software of 2 gb at around 12 pm but in only half an hour my whole data got consumed and i wasn't even able to download 500 mb of that. Then i recharged for additional 5 gb coupon and tried to download again. Where all this 1.5 gb data going on regular basis? Why can't they provide details of where it has been used? It is a clear fraud on the name of free data.

                  too poor internet speed

                  Sir,
                  I did several complain to the jio customar care regarding my slow internet speed. Ever after all of those thing, i'm not getting any true response. They are always saying that they are going to solve it within 48 hours. But still today the problem not solved. And i'm facing this situation from last around 4 or 5 months.

                  Hi, I'm S G Rajendran of Palayam Pillai Nagar, Ayanavaram, Chennai. I'm using 2 sim cards of Jio from very beginning, one is for my mobile and another is for my dongle. Initially connectivity was very good and I'm impressed by LTE which is as equal as a broadband. Unfortunately, speed was drastically reduced and even not coming around 1 Mbps. It's so pathetic that some times it might be at 200 Bps. It's taking a lot of time to connect to a website and frequent disconnections were also experienced. I'm having an idea to change to Airtel which seems to be better than Jio. My honest advice to Jio people is, you are having better infrastructure and best plans to cater needs of Indian consumers. But if you fail to notice these kinds of petty issues, i swear, you definitely lose your clientele base which happened to other service providers when you stepped in the market. Please do the needful.

                    Kindly look into the issue of bill generation with the above mentioned mobile number. [protected]

                    As per the retailer message for new post paid connection, rs. 100 for 3 months starting from october, 2017.

                    If calculated, it is till january, 2018 but i have received a bill of 232 for the same month.

                    Adding to it as i was unaware of the change and not informed from your side, bill was not paid subjecting to an additional late payment fees of rs. 100.

                    Kindly look into the issue and help me with the resolution for the same.

                      3 weeks back i ported to reliance jio for voice and data. Unfortunately the reliance jio signal for both data and voice is so terrible that i haven't been able to make any calls at all. 99% of the times i have zero signal on my mobile - even when i move to different locations for e. G. From vashi to airoli. The signal quality is so bad that i cant even call the jio help line! I want to port back to vodafone immediately but i cant because it isn't allowed to till i complete 90 days with this terrible service provider!

                        I am customer of jio. I recharge my phone with jio 449 plan.in my jio app i saw that it has unlimited call. But after some days i got a message from jio about abnormal outgoing call. Then when i call for a customer care executive he told me that jio maintain a limit of 300 min call. My question is that if the plan have limit then why jio told in my jio the plan contain unlimited call? If the 300 mins over then stop outgoing call for the day why they stop the outgoing call totally. I think it's not right jio is good but they don't take right action. My no is [protected].                           3rd April I leave message ‘Start 0’ on 1909

                          On 24th May I call customer care to complain about Marketing call, the executive took details of calls and committed 7days time to get it resolved.

                          13th June I call again to complain about the same and the executive tells me that DND is not active would ask me to get it activated via IVR.

                          SMS activation didn’t work

                          Executive didn’t inform me about right problem on 23rd May

                          13th June I am being asked to start the process again.

                            I am avinash rajaram kamble, my jio number is [protected], my aadhar card number is[protected].

                            I lost my smartphone on 8th april, i have lodge complaint of mobile lost. Then first i visited your jio store at govandi station, they said me that my aadhar card number is not matching, hence ask me to visit the store from where i bought my jio sim card, then i visited reliance digital jio store near to vashi railway station, they said me that my aadhar card number is not matching and they can not change my aadhar card number from system manually and they told me that when i bought my jio sim card that time it was manually register my data profile. The vashi store asked me to visit the sanpada corporate office. Then i visited sanpada jio corporate office, i met mr. Raju over there, i formed him all the problem and i requested him to provide me jio sim of same number. But he also told me that he can not do any thing as my aadhar number is not matching with your system. I requested him i can provide my other id proofs photocopy, but he said he only need aadhar card. Now everyone is telling the same, due to this i am facing problem, please provide me the same number jio sim card on my address. And please resolve my problem soon.

                              Then i call to Reliance jio call center number-198 he replied sir its your fault we cant help you.
                              Then i mail to CEO but not a satisfaction replied from his end.

                              I really dispointed with jio service.they are make foolish people and cheat money.

                              I request you to please my money back.

                                I have done recharge for Plan Rs. 349/- for 70 days from my Jio No. [protected] (TARUN KUMAR NATH) to my wife Jio No. [protected] (TANUSHREE NATH) by using My Jio App through Net Banking vide Transaction ID no. NSBI[protected]IGADRYMJS6 dated 10/06/2018 at 11.39 p.m.. The said amount deducted from my bank account instantly but no recharge have done in Jio No. [protected] (TANUSHREE NATH). I did a call to customer care and also visit My Jio store on 11/06/2018 but they could resolve my problem. Till now deducted amount not refunded and also recharge not done.

                                I got a text saying that i have used 90% data for the day that hast just started 6 minutes ago and i was just chatting on whatsapp. How is this possible to use 1 or 1.5 gb data in just 6mins with just whatsapp texts. This is disappointing.

                                  I m from hooghly, wb.in my area the network speed of jio 4g is too slow that i cant surf on a regular flatform like youtube and facebook. I have complaint several times for my issue to the customer service of jio but they did nothing related to my issue. This problem is happening with the all users of jio in our area because of very poor network in our locality. We are paying quarterly for the recharges of data plan but getting too slow network. Its slower than a 2g network. Its working like 2g in the name of 4g. Please give some attention to my complaint.

                                    Dear sir
                                    I activated an international global roaming pack for traveling to columbia on my postpaid plan, jio number 701xxxxx12. The dates of my travel were from may 20-27, 2018.
                                    The pack was activated four days before starting to travel while in india. The pack however, never worked in columbia and i had to face a lot of agony and distress because of the jio global roaming pack not working.
                                    I spent hours and hours on jio chat and your helpline numbers narrating my problem but for no avail. It is very unprofessional and very much unexpected from a reputed service provider like jio. I would like to mention here that international roaming on vodafone and airtel were working fine in colombia, and that is how i could survive overseas during this travel.
                                    This deserves an apology.
                                    I demand jio to compensate me adequately and kindly refund my money to my jio account.

                                    The money was debited from my bank account but the recharge was not successful. Please get it rectified.
                                    Reliance JIO network service not provide very well in evening network not stable on phone if network stable then internet connectivity very poor from last 5 month I have complaint in jio service centre but not satisfie answer given by company so plz take the action.
                                    I have been using jio international roaming on my phone in Europe and America. I reached Colombia yesterday and since then have no n network in my phone. Please resolve this asap
