My Jio No. [protected] was due for recharge on 03 May 18. I have recharged this no. through mobile app MyJio for Rs. 399/- on 02 May 18 using MyJio voucher worth Rs. 50/-, remaining payment was made through SBI net Banking (Reference No. NSBI[protected]IGADLFLED9). Today i.e. on 04 May 18 Services for my Jio No. were restricted. Kindly restart services on priority.

Today after a gap of two months i received a message that i used 100% data when i did not use it as i was attending court through out. I suspect somebody may use parallel no to my [protected]. I am fed up with the frequency of faulty messages. After my previous complaint there was no such problem arisen. Check and correct it. Today the net connection was also not available in our area....

I recharged my jio number on 03/05/2018 through generate upi of bhim app"and i get the notification is in bhim app from"[protected]@icici " on which i made payment of rs.299 as i had applied the jio voucher of rs.50 on my jio app but i did not get any notification of recharge yet either no details of recharge in my jio app.

Even i called in jio customer care and they replied that we don't have any information of recharge....

Jio close my voice calls.. But maine kisi bhi business perpose ke liye voice call karo use nahi kiya hai. Iske prove ke liye mera call history dekh skate hai... Maine sirf 2-4 no pe hi call kiya hai.. Magar jio ne mera voice call band kar diya. Or maine complain kiya to kaha gya ki aapne commercial use kiya hai. Magar koi batai 2-4 no se kahin commercial use hota hai......

Since in purchased jio sim [protected]... Am repeatedly complaining the data speed issue even after 2years the problem havent resolved even after regualr complaint and applite complaint am fed up o[censored]r worst service being a 4g network am able to acces only 560kbps in ma area.. I recharge jio 498 on my jio number [protected] on 4 april 2018 and at that time I got a massage of validity 84 days but on 1/5/2018 i got a massage that inform your validity expired on 1/5/2018...why? Chiting with customers... Jio is third class company... Why 84 days validity transfer automatically in28 days? And my call to customer service of jio disconnect automatically after 15 seconds talks with care officer... Bad service... I am not...

I anzar malik is a legitimate user of jio tele-communications, but i am not able to call even my parents usin this network/ or use internet on my mobile phone using reliance jio sim.
I am in electronic city phase1 near velankani tech park from last 3 months,
But from the very beginning i am struggling to call my parents in a proper manner...

I have perchase a new sim on 26 April. My new jio sim not working properly. Not connecting the net & also not connect the call. When i have call call will be disconnected automitically. When i have on net its not browsing its only circles. I have facing problem from 7 days plz solve the problem and extend my validity for 7 days....

Jio i want to state u that ur network coverage in the northeast region (Pasighat, arunachal pradesh) is very bad and if we complain against it no action taken not every people as much reach as your ambanis rs 399 is very valuable for us and we dont get what we want from the network plz take some responsibility otherwise i and after me many people will through their jio sim only adding customer is not your responsibility a proper network coverage...

All the following complaints has been closed without resolution and without contacting customer nor taking any customer confirmation. The problem is as it was not solved. No engineer visit. I had purchased a jiophone handset on 06 of april 2018. And now the problem being faced is like its hanged. It is really impossible to deal with this handset when it is hanged the applications don't function well, the internet speed is also not as per the regular requirement.

I had my jio broadband payment registered for auto debit from the credit card for monthly bill payment.
The bill due was 28th april 2018.

I sent a mail to the jio asking when the auto debit will be done.

Jio replied there is no auto debit instruction on your account
