I have complaint to them through mails several times and they are doing there time pass with me by asking same details about moblie and location again and again. I had given them the details the very first time they had asked and still instead of solving the problem they as behaving as if i am talking to a animal and repeats its same sound whatever i may be telling.
I have all the emails of them
Solution : asking for refunding after deducting the used

Three major complains among the community mass using jio service are
1. Slow network issue for internet as the speed many a time is less than 2g speed even if having a 4g plan
2. They have made a fake app named netvelocity in plays store that shows fake internet speed just to fool the customers. You can read the plenty of reviews of the app yourself
3. Not responding for complaints made by me, at least they should reply well

Also I have attached the photographs of the email of mine sending the details and also the photographs of the same email they sent me 3 times as if I am talking to a small infant who is speaking the same word not knowing what the other are speaking .They are being ignorant to my complaints.
Also they should be punished for suggesting fake apps and using it in wrong means.
Also they are not at at all at least talking about refunding .If they could not solve the problem they should at least refund.
They also haven't mentioned anything in the terms and conditions that In some areas always there will be connectivity problem to such an extend that you won't be able to use internet at 2G speed too.Hence its theirs one mistake too.

Please help me having my money back.

    we live in a city dabhara Chhattisgarh, here almost every third handset has a jio sim, but the network here is too weak, I can't even make a call.As already everyone knows that now a days everything is online or digital, every form we fill up is online for this we have to go to the major cities or any cyber cafe please solve the issue by installing any new network service or in any possible way as soon as possible.Our development is hindered by this issue, only you can make a change and i believe in Jio.I know jio won't be happy to lose this many customers.Waiting for your response.

      Issue for low network coverage/signal strength in my locality.

      Sir, myself and my wife we are using reliance sim/jiofi but from past 4-5 months we are facing severe network problem in our locality in natwar nagar, road no-02, jogeshwari east, 400060. The signal strength of your reliance jio network here is very very poor and we are not able to browse the internet, forget about downloading anything.

      We are not able to send any messages or send/receive any emails etc, due to the poor network and all our money paid for the data services is going waste, so i kindly request you to solve the rjio network issue in our locality at the earliest.

        I'm suffering with an issue since 4 days... I was calling to the customer care team about the issue.. They were telling that its gonna resolve with 24hrs since 4 days..in my jio app its showing that your complaint is resolved.. But till date it did not resolve.. My issue is i was not getting calls and messages and i could not call and sendany sms since 4 days.. I was calling them but till date for me i'm facing the same problem

        I'm using a jiofi and I've already recharge with 399 plan, 1.5 GB/day. But it almost take about an hour to load a webpage. I think, I get sufficient network but the internet speed is very very slow.
        So, kindly check my complaint, as i'm loosing 400 rupees without getting to use anything. Thank You

            Purchased set and recharged with rs. 49/ for 28 daya on 14/02/2018. Last recharge for rs 49/ was done on 06/05/2018. Outgoing call was stopped due to less fund on 22/05/2018. It was freed on next day against reporting through sms to 1991. Further outgoing and incomming was suspended on 24/05/18. It was further freed on that day againt another reporting through sms to 1991. Further the authority withdraw the outgoing facility due to less balance which is contrary to the declared feature of jio phone o[censored]nlimited talking for 28 days with rs. 49/for 28 days. There after i made reporting through sms to 1991 for my phone no [protected] on 24th and to day. But no result yet to received. I am a 65 years old man and this phone is to be considered as a tool for communication to meet the crisies if occured. Email no. [protected]@rediffmail.com

                I had sent an email to cancel my jio fiber connection due to re-location where the connection is not available. I have confirmed the same calling customer care.

                No one from my family will stay at my present location so kindly cancel the connection.

                My jio fiber id is[protected]. It was purchased on 5 feb 2018. I received a message confirming that i have purchased jio fiber connection.

                This was sent to [protected]@jio.com and jio. [protected]@ril.com on 2nd april 2018.

                On 7 april 2018 the device was picked by the jio service engineer and i got a message from jio care with a confirmation that connection has been permanently disconnected.

                Since 7 april 2018 i have been waiting to get a refund of my security deposit. I have called/ sent email every week to customer care and everyone says this has been escalated on high priority but no cares to inform me why i am not getting the refund.

                Recently i got to know jio never received the money as my cheque bounced which is not true as 4500/- was debited from my icici account and i have submitted a proof of that as well. The same is attached.

                Before this i was told that my account is being validated, once done i will get the security deposit. But, it never happened.

                Even the supervisors in jio customer care do not honor their commitment as they never callback. No one has an answer on what is the eta, what is priority the ticket and what is sla to resolve it.

                I sent a message on twitter as well and there was a ticket - sr00000ksbus created on 14 may 2018 but this was closed without resolution on 18 may 2018.

                In my complain itself I have provided proof that they have received the security deposit and only after that they had installed the connection. If you are repeating the same thing then you guys are good for nothing.

                This request is clearly not resolved. If you want to forcefully close it then you are worse then JIO customer care.
                Reliance Jio Infocomm customer care has been pathetic with their response and have been extremely unhelpful. Sending these requests to them is a wastage of time.

                        I am using jio sim.in our area we are facing limited coverage issue.in this issue i have complained to company on 14th february2018. And this complaint transferred to appellate on13april. Given timeline for resolution 14th may 2018. Still there is no change in network. They didn't taken any action. I asked for refund but they said that they didn't have any refund option. Now they asking more time for resolution. Pleae take action on them.

                          We are a co-orporate body running a school in the name of j. S academy pallavpuram pocket d meerut uttarpradesh. We were using vodafone sims. Your excutive mr. Risham sood having mobile number [protected] approached us in the month of february of 2018 and requested us to port our all sims ([protected], 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57 etc...) to jio mobile. He inform us very high about jio phone. We purchased 17 mobile sets and made payment to mr. Risham sood. Our staff also purchased 3 mobile sets for their indivisual use. We delivered all the neccesary documents to mr. Risham sood demanded by him. Till then he is using us like a football. Neither our numbers are ported to jio and not the 3 mobile sets purchased by our staff are working in proper condition. All other 17 mobile sets are sealed as received by us. We are calling again and again to mr. Risham sood but he is not turned up. May we request you to take back all the mobile sets as these are useless for us.

                              Jio mobile is violationg trai base pack rule by not allowing outgoing call from the core balance by topup voucher, if some body not like there special plan voucher o[censored]nlimited call and add top up of Rs. 100, he will get the core balance of Rs. 100 in his jio a/c but not able to use the same for local outgoing call, all other mobile operator are allowing calls from topup as per standard tariff plan if customer is not registered under any special plan.

                              Is jio has different rules and guideline from all other operator, there is no base pack in jio.

                              I hearby request all the concerned telecom authorities to check the same and take strong action, so they can think twice before violating any rule in future.

                                I have recharged my number with a plan of Rs. 399 (Unlimited Voice + 1gb internet free) till 7th July 2018.

                                Pfa screenshot of successful recharge and validity is also mentioned in it.

                                But on 20/5/2018 my outgoing call is barred because of high no of calls and asking to recharge again.

                                This is cheating from Reliance because they have no where mentioned that its limited voice call (pfa screenshot), no where mentions terms and conditions applied.

                                Kindly take necessary action on this. Its not about the money, its about false statement.

                                  I had ported my vodafone postpaid mobile no. I. E. [protected] to jio in the month of march, 2018 after clearing the entire bill amount. Thereby the vodafone approved the porting request send by the jio company and finally my no. Was port in jio company. But after passing the 3 months approximately, the jio company suspended my services without giving any notice to me by saying that the vodafone company send us a request for the same as a bill amounting rs. 202.00 is pending at my end.

                                  It is a matter of record that without clearing the bill amount neither the company approved the porting request of consumer nor the other company port their no.in their company. But herein just after passing approx. Three months the jio company suspended my jio mobile services without giving me any information and notice which results i was suffered with so many problems as i was out of station and my services was suspended by jio company on the request of third party i. E. Vodafone.

                                  This is just harassment to the customer by both the companies. This act clearly teaches everyone that not to opt postpaid billing options in any mobile companies otherwise they will harass you till last and after last.

                                    I hold multiple prepaid connections of Reliance Jio. I do not require multiple connections now and have been following up for month's now with the customer care to suspend and terminate services. I have even escalated the same to the appellate authority but to no support. They are not terminating the services despite all my efforts.

                                    Please assist to get the numbers terminated to avoid any misuse.

                                        I am unexpectedly recharge 551 in jio please give back to my money back to main balance or recharge 399 plan please do it faver i called customer care they are not provide any solution

                                        Actually i don't know the plan of 551 i just recharge the 500 rs full talk time and i thought that it can convayable to 399 plan
                                        But it is changed to 551 plan please let me know any of this issue and provide the best solution for me from your side

                                        I have booked the Reliance Jio phone after seeing the phone I have decided no to go for it and during the booking in the form and receipts which I got it there is no place It's mention that If we are not buying the phone will not get the money back.

                                        Please help me to get the booking amount .

                                        Jio Phone calls are not working properly.I have to restart my mobile and wait for few mins before making any call from my JIO number.It's really very hectic to do so again and again.
                                        Network location is Lucknow.
