Dear team,
I am reliance jio user.in my area lots of jio users, but all are facing same problem: weak signal. Sometime signal is too weak that we didn't even receive call properly. I don't understand why signal is weak, lots o[censored]sers are hear. We think company should take action because we think we are wasting money on your data plans. We can't even call and internet is also not working properly.
Please look over our problem.

    I booked jio mobile for rs 1500/-through online tans id fv000005hm01 in 31.05.2018, when i go to jio center to collect the phone they says that your payment voucher cannot be redeem an refused me to deliver the phone, i called to customer care no they confirm that your payment has been received but for phone delivery we cannot do any thing

      Hello i have been using JioFi with Rs 498 pack of 2 gb per day. But daily after using just 400-450 MB the 50% usage done message arrives. When i check in MyJio app then i dont see anywhere that 1 GB is used. Then where the data is gone ??. Is RELAINCE JIO fooling peoples ?? by providing 2 GB per day for just name purpose but actually it is less than 1 GB.

      I am disappointed very much as today its happening almost for a week and many times more maybe but ignored by me.

        not receiving any otp,sms alert

        I am using jio no and not getting any sms alert, otp,, bank sms for 1 months. Previously i was getting when same number was with aircel. But after porting ti jio facing issues.. Now i could not receive the urgent sms messages like otp, bank transaction and other impotrant messages. So i could not use the net banking service and other online services. Please rectify this and send the sms messages without late and break....

        I am facing very low internet speed in my area even when i have not crossed my daily limit i get a maximum speed of 30kbps! My locality is lalmati, guwahati, assam (781029)! Landmark :gm english high school! I kindly request you to look into this matter and improve the network coverage and internet speed in my area asap! Low internet speed is unbearable!

          I'm receiving the slowest in internet speed ever..
          It has been a couple of weeks since i'm receiving this amount of speed and it's quite shattering.
          It's hardly even able to make upto 45kbs.
          Its a kind request to please look forward toward this issue and try to resolve it.
          If it continues few. More days, then it may seem to be no more useful to me and may prefer to go through some other network.

          Please make it to it as sooner as possible.

            My jio plan was expired, so i recharged it via internet banking for rs398,
            The amount deducted from my account but my jio mobile number didn't got recharged.
            I tried again and the same happened. I tried the 3rd time with debit card option and it was successful.
            But i lost 348 + 348 = 696 rs as i got 50 rs deducted each time due to voucher for 398rs plan. Pls help me refund my money.

            Security deposit of INR 4500 is taken in the month of January 2018 but JIO fiber team was unable to install the connection and told me that refund will be made of the security amount. I have been following up on email for last 2-3 month but no result.

              I tried to recharge my jio number through myjio app as usually i used to do by buying voucher of desired plan which in my case was 498 plan voucher then i used to apply rs50 free voucher which made my voucher plan to 448, then when i made payment through my debit card the payment was deducted and myjio app showed transaction failed. I also captured screen shot of transaction i'd. And it's very unfortunate that customer support are playing with our emotions. First they said wait for 2 hours you will receive voucher. But i didn't then i again called they said we forwarded your complaint it will take time. And i don't know how many months will i take. Its just disgusting response and services support from jio.

              My jio no is [protected] and i am facing network issue from last 7-8 days kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible because i didnt get any support from customer care also.
              I received ₹200/- discount voucher for Jio recharge, after redeeming while recharging, recharge got declined and voucher was deducted and showing as used. Please I request you to return back my ₹200/- voucher.

                Me and my family using reliance jio since 1 year. But jio promising for better network. Luckly there is a new tower installed in my village on 25.05.2018. After that service is ok for 2 days only, then after facing same issue.
                So many times contact to jio, but they are doing nothing. I want my recharge money back otherwise solve network issue immediate as there is new tower just 200 mtr far from my location.

                  I have taken a jio connection for my wife as me last year at nashik. This is dead slow or dead at home. Most of times it is dead at home. Approached service provider several times. Was asked to use jiofi. It did not work. Logged complaint at site multiple times. Last being sr00000lasoz. Person whom i spoke agreed that there is technical problem from jio side. He did not commit any time frame. Practically harassed as voice as internet does not work for my as well as wifes number. Please consider this as a consumer complaint for trais perusal.                       It is telephonic interview which was held on may 10th 2018, they said i was selected and training is going to start at 10-15 days.
                      I have a paid a security fee of rs 1630.
                      And till now i didnt get a call from them
                      Fraud name-priyanka (Hr). Number-[protected].
                      I was compelety cheated by them. So guys dont trust these type pay for job.

                        I am customer of jio. I recharge my phone with jio 399 plan.in my jio app i saw that it has unlimited call. But after some days i got a message from jio about abnormal outgoing call. Then when i call for a customer care executive he told me that jio maintain a limit of 300 min call. Then i recharge my phone again with 399 but some days over i got same message i limit my outgoing call but today i seen that my outgoing call totally stopped. My question is that if the plan have limit then why jio told in my jio the plan contain unlimited call? If the 300 mins over then stop outgoing call for the day why they stop the outgoing call totally. I think it's not right jio is good but they don't take right action. My 800 rs waste.                             Today when i checked this was not carried over. Contacted helpline where they gave answer that since it was redeemed when old plan was running the would expires along with expiry old plan. This is ridiculous. Unfair. Plz the remaining data should be carried over.

                              Today morning i got message that outgoing calls are banned for my no. But i call only my family nd family members and sometime friends, it is unlimited and again they are saying to recharge again, what is the meaning o[censored]nlimited then, this is fraud.. My existing plan will be of no use total waste of money.. Even talking to customer care is of no use.. They keep on saying you have to recharge blah blah.. This is not right, and their restriction algorithm is also bad.. I think if that is the case no one will use it after some time

                                Subject : removal or objection on installation of mobile tower in midst of residential area at roof of h. No l-15 mohan garden uttam nagar new delhi -110059 (Affected area block - l & k1)

                                Dear sir/ madam,

                                We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of block - l & k-1, mohan garden uttam nagar new delhi - 110059 and there by putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

                                Our complaint is specific that, one mr. Ashwani chopra resident of block l, h. No-15 mohan garden uttam nagar new delhi-110059 – had permitted his premises (Roof) to tele communication company for installation of mobile tower in midst area of block-l & block-k1
                                Mohan garden, uttam nagar.

                                When residents of block - l & k1 mohan garden uttam nagar came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to said mr. Ashwani chopra for termination of leave and contract agreement and stoppage of installation of mobile tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said mobile tower upon the human body.

                                In spite of this, the said mr. Ashwani chopra flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents block-l & block-k1 mohan garden, uttam nagar that 'do whatever you want, i will never terminate the contract agreement with mobile company.

                                As you know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installation in radius of 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said mobile tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various bulding societies & residential colonies are refusing to install the said mobile tower on their building. Hence the said mobile company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect.

                                As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drwaings, buliding owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbours and surrounding areas and the other documents has not been given and the neigbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

                                We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that that above tower is not install from the above house in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people

                                  मेरा नाम हिमांचल यादव है जब से jio network लगा है हम सबको jio नेटवर्क use करना पड़ रहा है पर नया नया तो मखन जैसा चला पर वो मखन भी फट गया है अब ठीक नही चल रहा है पर बिल तो वही का कही देना पड़ता है अगर 2 mbps चलता तो कोई problem नही होता अब तो 50 kbps भी लग भाग नही चल रहा है। यह हाल छत्तीसगढ़ के गरियाबंद जिला देवभोग क्षेत्र में है

                                    I was recharging my jio number by debit card on 02.02.2018, the amount deducted from my account but i didn't get any confirmation about that transaction. When i called jio customer service office they told me that there is no such recharge which is done on 02.02.2018 so please contact your bank. Then i lodged a complaint regarding this & due to need i had to recharge once again on 04.02.2018 & that was successful. After four month of complaint finally i got the resolve & they told me that they have the document on which jio infocom has acknowldged thet the recharge transaction has been successful. I don't understand that why your executive told me that there is no such successful transaction of recharge. Is this the way to service your customer. Please consider this case, i want my money back or another recharge.

                                      Three major complains among the community mass using jio service are
                                      1. Slow network issue for internet as the speed many a time is less than 2g speed even if having a 4g plan
                                      2. They have made a fake app named netvelocity in plays store that shows fake internet speed just to fool the customers. You can read the plenty of reviews of the app yourself
                                      3. Not responding for complaints made by me, at least they should reply well
                                      Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Also I have attached the photographs of the email of mine sending the details and also the photographs of the same email they sent me 3 times as if I am talking to a small infant who is speaking the same word not knowing what the other are speaking .They are being ignorant to my complaints.
                                      Also they should be punished for suggesting fake apps and using it in wrong means.
                                      Also they are not at at all at least talking about refunding .If they could not solve the problem they should at least refund.
                                      They also haven't mentioned anything in the terms and conditions that In some areas always there will be connectivity problem to such an extend that you won't be able to use internet at 2G speed too.Hence its theirs one mistake too.

                                      Please help me having my money back.
