My wife's jio sim (Isn't working from may 15, tuesday 8:30 pm.

I've tried to reach customer support team and they said it is an unplanned outage, it will get resolved by may 16, wednesday by 3:00 am. However it wasn't resolved.

I tried to call them again on the next day to get an update, they said the issue is being still in process and asked to wait for 24 hrs. But not resolved.

Again contacted them, they registered the complaint and informed the issue will be forwarded to network team and asked to wait for 48 hrs. Even after 48 hrs, issue not resolved.

I called again and asked to pass the call to the manager. The advisor said manager is not available and if i know any other language, he will check the available manager to speak. He put me on hold for 15 mins and disconnected the call. He did it deliberately. We still face the issue and on one resolves the issue.

I do have a jio sim and it works fine for me.

I've paid rs. 350 for this service. But i'm unable to use it. I want them to refund my money, so that i'll go for the alternate subscriber who provide better customer support.

    Internet speed is very slow.I have to restart my mobile each time to get internet speed.This is really very irritating.Sometimes urgent work gets stuck due to this issue.Even whatsapp messages are not getting delivered.Please look into this issue as soon as possible.

      And we pay for jio 4g network. Sir the speed which

      Sir their are 4 jio users in my
      Family and everyone is facing the same problem.
      The promised speed is 2mbps/s ie. 2048kbps/s but we are getting a dpeed of only 8-10kbps/s.
      Sir we have complained many a times to the company but nothing has happened till now. They say the network is not theor in our region so if network is not their the company should increase it or give back our recharges back to us.
      Please help sir.

        Hello sir/madam,
        I'm using jio network in 6 months, this network was very slow internet speed and cross voice talk. I'm complaint more time but this network was not action and not responsible. My money was weast. My study also spoil. So many amount is loss. My mind was distrub reason this jio network. Please take action this network. My amount weast.

            I have recharge my jio sim from rs 349 and validity upto 05 july 2018. All calls free and daily 1.5 gb data daily in this plan but from today i am not able to make any call. Later before i was intimated that am missuse this plan but i am only make a call on my family or family members. But in term and condition not any place this is not mention that i am not making unlimited call to our family and friends. So please help from this type of fraud promise given by company.

              Jio is by far the worst network i have used. I live in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, and i get speed of 0.2 to 0.1 mbps that is 10-20kbps. This is not called as 4g. This is not even 2g. Cheaters. I pay 500rs in which i get 4gb per day for 28days...but all the data is renewed at 12 o clock and gets wasted since the speed is worst than my nightmares. Attaching 2 pics for proof.                 17/05/2018, amount rs 49 deducted my a/c . but recharge was not done, after i recharged through near jio retailer rs 49 recharged, recharge done and sms also received.
                my previous recharge made through net banking transaction status is unknown condition, please rectify this transaction, wanting SMS from jio

                  My name is vishal bairwa and i am a prepaid customer of jio my issue is my location the internet speed is very low as 40kbps to max 50 kbps in every time average speed is 40 kbps to 50 kbps morning to evening but i am using 4g internet and this speed is not 4g this speed is like 2g and i am not satisfy with this low 2g speed because i pay the 4g service rate but they not provide 4g speed so please escalate my complaint and solve this net speed problem as soon as possible if you are not solve low speed net problem then the jio has not been survive at this place and the company image is represented as bad image that is a big problem by your business side... Many costomer are change jio to other telecom companies like idea 4g airtel 4g vodafone 4g and definitely next is me if the internet problem is not solved because other isp is provide very good speed at the same plan and why we are facing speed issue with your isp... Today i am go to my nearest jio office and the office is only 50 meter far away from my home and i said the problem to your office and he said the customer base is very huge in this area because we are not provide much speed and i am very sorry this is the wording of your company employer this is very bad attitude... This is the second time i complaint again but my issue is not solve.

                    I have been using relaince jio for one year now, but last month (April 2018) the data speed and voice calls suddenly got worse one day and continued thereafter. It's been more than 3 weeks now and nothing has been done to rectify this even after complaining to jio customer care 10 times. I am not even able to place/receive voice calls normally (The voice is so bad and unclear). Daily i get 1.50 gb data, however can't even use 0.50 gb data with their pathetic speed. The initial validity of my plan was till june 2018, however i still recharged it early this month (May 2018) thinking it may give me better data/voice speed results. But all in vain. It has seriously impacted my work and personal life (Not being able to call anyone because i can't hear anything properly). I have complained about this 10 times to jio customer care, however never got a satisfactory answer. Everytime they say we have noted down your complaint and will be working on it. And here i am with zero customer satisfaction. Telecom services are urgent services, but jio has failed to provide me with any actions taken in this regard. I am extremely dissapointed with jio and have thought to never recharge again and will buy a new number from other telecom service providers. I have been mentally harassed with their services and their inability to resolve this. I belong to ludhiana (Civil lines area). I want to be compensated.

                        My jio phone while dialing showing "call failed" and when calling this number says out of range or switched off. Several times took to your poovar outlet and there response was very poor and they couldn't rectify it. Then took to your neyyattinkara office, after doing something it worked there but failed again. They says may be sim error or net work problem. What to do now??

                            I am using jio from 2 years. The problem has started 3 months back when the internet speed became worst than 2g. The average speed i get is 30 kbps despite of not crossing the daily data limit. And with that speed it is not possible to use even half of the daily data limit. I reentered a complaint about this issue and they provided me a complaint number and said that it is due to technical glitch in my area and will be resolved soon. Since then, i am only hoping for it to get resolved but it never happened, it has gotten worse these days because sometimes i also face call drops and no signal. Literally jio is selling 2g data experience at the charge of 4g. Me myself has already recharged for two times of 399 rupees despite of getting that snail speed. 399 is to much for a 2g internet speed but jio doesn't even seems to care.

                              I recharged my jio number with 399 plan on 30th april 2018 and within a week while recharging my other jio number on 9th may 2018 by mistake i recharged the already recharged number and again by mistake second recharged plan got activated. Now on one number 2 plans are activated simultaneously and i am getting validity of one plan after paying for two plans. On contacting jio customer care i got a blunt reply that they don't have any option to revert it.

                              My question is why should there be a provision of activation of two same plans at the same time. My existing plan of rs. 399 already had a validity of 84 days which expires on 5th july 2018 and then how can another plan of same value and validity be activated over the existing active plan of rs. 399.

                              Since i didn't get any help from my so called "customer-friendly" jio network, so i look forward to trai to kindly safeguard the interests of the customers and save them from being cheated by the telecom companies.

                                We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of sarvodaya nagar, fci colony and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

                                Our complaint is specific that, owner of the house 2-249/2 – had licensed his premises to mobile company for installation of mobile tower in midst of residential area of sarvodaya nagar, near kps

                                When residents of sarvodaya nagar came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the said of house owner for termination of leave and license

                                Agreement and stoppage of installation of mobile tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said mobile tower upon the human body and also shown

                                Him report of deccan chronicle & various reports.

                                In spite of this, the said the house ownerdid not inform about the installation of tower to the neighbours, flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of

                                Sarvodaya nagar that ”do whatever you want, i will never terminate the said license

                                As you know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said mobile tower causes various

                                Effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body, and also the the house has the capcity to hold only one floor but he already constructed two floors. It will be the

                                Problem for the surrounding buildings incase of any damge to the tower because of poor foundation of the house. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said mobile

                                Tower on their building. Hence, the said mobile company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

                                As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other

                                Documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

                                We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above house in order to prevent further damage to the health of

                                Innocent people of the area.

                                  My whole 1.5 gb data gets consumed within few minutes of switching on jiofi at normal browsing without any download/update/video seeing. I have complained to the customer care but they say they can't help except telling few settings which i myself knew. I have tried all the settings. I think there is some problem in the way the data calculation is done by jio.

                                    In feb'18 i swapped from vodafone to jio keeping the number same, i am sure you will agree that that is possible only after clearing my dues to vodafone and receiving their consent from vodafone this is possible.
                                    Recently the connection of my phone is disconnected with any information. On inquiring online we were told that vodafone has sent a mail to jio requesting to stop my connection, which to me is atrocious and unacceptable. I do agree that at the time of swapping without vodafone's clearance jio cannot provide me service but once i am customer of jio no third party can dictate terms regarding your client.
                                    The reason for my swapping to jio is because vodafone is the most dishonest and unscrupulous service provider (Details i am not discussing). The reason for which i am really annoyed and request you to look into the matter is i am residing abroad and left my phone with my wife and that is the only means by which she can contact me. The out from where i got my connection is at kolkata - dum dum junction. My number is [protected]
