But i have not get any recharge
So plese refund my money

Without delaying and wasting ur valuable times, I ensure u that I am a jiofi user bearing mobile number [protected] with INR 399 user, i.e, 1.5gb/day usage...but from couple of days I have been facing a terrible problem, i.e, I can't access jiofi 4g service from 6pm to 9pm...during IPL match showtime. When contacted, jiofi customer care informed me, it happened due to server overload of IPL match viewers ...I feel frustrated,...

I got a confirmation through my mail and also through message that your land has been selected for tower installation.. They called me and said you have to deposit processing fee.. Which is showing online also.. If you check the status in jio tower website.. Number is.. Then they told me that after processing fee you have to submit 52, 500 agreement fee.. We paid that also.. Then they told me to submit 35, 200 as a land ownership deceleration...

I have recharge my JIO NO [protected] thru net banking of ICICI. But no message received form JIO. IN MY JIO NO BALANCE UPDATED . Showing old balance.

While complain this on help line, up to 45 minutes no officer has attended call and Just I heard only advertisement.

This is horrible. To day fast life no one has time to listen this type o[censored]p to 45 minutes. Why you not given message after recharge. Other competitors...

I've recharge my jio myfie no. [protected], i didn't get speed on this connecion. There is only 1-2 kbps speed. This issue was comes many times, we are unable to do work, jio myfie speed was very slow, there was some problem in this connection, connection speed low only for this this no. [protected]. You have to do needful steps for this connection. We are unable to do work. Request you to look in this matter. Do needful....

I had done my number portability on 26th march 2018 but after that, i am unable to use the internet.
Many calls have been done by me to customer care department but they told me that there was a network issue.
Actually, i have 2 jio sim.in one sim i can easily use jio net but in another, i am not able to use.

I have done recharge to my jiofi device (Rs. 98) and jio mobile (Rs. 98) together. I got my jiofi recharge successful, but jio mobile recharge there is no update. But amount (Rs. 196) for both has been deducted from my account. I got payment confirmation screen from jio website with reference id nsbi[protected] and my netbanking transaction id is br00010vsuus. Any update how can i get my lost money back.

Very poor network when complain thet tell check ur mobile where we have four different make of mobile phone all r having same very poor network this is particularly at our residence exactly opposite to thier H N Reliance Hospital this has started recently till now we had very less network problems but now its impossible to talk...

I had a jio number for just eight months and kept having problems with the connection regularly during this time. The connection used to just disappear for 12-24 hours. Initially jio customer care said that something was wrong with my phone and it wasn't compatible with jio. When i told them that the phone was bought from jio store, they made some other excuse.
