I recharged my jio number with 399 plan on 30th april 2018 and within a week while recharging my other jio number on 9th may 2018 by mistake i recharged the already recharged number and again by mistake second recharged plan got activated. Now on one number 2 plans are activated simultaneously and i am getting validity of one plan after paying for two plans. On contacting jio customer care i got a blunt reply that they don't have any option to revert it.

My question is why should there be a provision of activation of two same plans at the same time. My existing plan of rs. 399 already had a validity of 84 days which expires on 5th july 2018 and then how can another plan of same value and validity be activated over the existing active plan of rs. 399.

Since i didn't get any help from my so called "customer-friendly" jio network, so i look forward to trai to kindly safeguard the interests of the customers and save them from being cheated by the telecom companies.

    We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of sarvodaya nagar, fci colony and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

    Our complaint is specific that, owner of the house 2-249/2 – had licensed his premises to mobile company for installation of mobile tower in midst of residential area of sarvodaya nagar, near kps

    School

    When residents of sarvodaya nagar came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the said of house owner for termination of leave and license

    Agreement and stoppage of installation of mobile tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said mobile tower upon the human body and also shown

    Him report of deccan chronicle & various reports.

    In spite of this, the said the house ownerdid not inform about the installation of tower to the neighbours, flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of

    Sarvodaya nagar that ”do whatever you want, i will never terminate the said license

    As you know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said mobile tower causes various

    Effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body, and also the the house has the capcity to hold only one floor but he already constructed two floors. It will be the

    Problem for the surrounding buildings incase of any damge to the tower because of poor foundation of the house. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said mobile

    Tower on their building. Hence, the said mobile company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

    As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other

    Documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

    We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above house in order to prevent further damage to the health of

    Innocent people of the area.

      My whole 1.5 gb data gets consumed within few minutes of switching on jiofi at normal browsing without any download/update/video seeing. I have complained to the customer care but they say they can't help except telling few settings which i myself knew. I have tried all the settings. I think there is some problem in the way the data calculation is done by jio.

        In feb'18 i swapped from vodafone to jio keeping the number same, i am sure you will agree that that is possible only after clearing my dues to vodafone and receiving their consent from vodafone this is possible.
        Recently the connection of my phone is disconnected with any information. On inquiring online we were told that vodafone has sent a mail to jio requesting to stop my connection, which to me is atrocious and unacceptable. I do agree that at the time of swapping without vodafone's clearance jio cannot provide me service but once i am customer of jio no third party can dictate terms regarding your client.
        The reason for my swapping to jio is because vodafone is the most dishonest and unscrupulous service provider (Details i am not discussing). The reason for which i am really annoyed and request you to look into the matter is i am residing abroad and left my phone with my wife and that is the only means by which she can contact me. The out from where i got my connection is at kolkata - dum dum junction. My number is [protected]

          I've purchased jio phone online & issued me on 08 feb.2018, after the working of three months, its stopped working. On screen it is shows only "jio deigital life" again & again. I've contact the jio shop, where i pick up it, the officials refused to replace.
          Therefore it requested to ruefund the paid amount or to replace it into a new.

            I am using jio from last 1.5 years and i have already lodged complaint 2/3 times for regarding network and internet speed issue but they every time said that max, 3 month my problem will be solve but still same issue i am continue facing internet speed issue from last 1.5 years and still not solve my issue. Please check and close issue on urgent basis. My jio number is [protected]

              I use jio service since many months by porting my bsnl sim (No.[protected]) to jio. On the same day i was issued another jio sim no.[protected], which i have not activated till date and not using. When i leased a jio phone lateron, i was issued another jio sim (No.[protected]).
              Today when i logged into jio app to recharge my first jio sim (No.[protected]) the system asked me whether i wanted to recharge mob. Numbers 90*448 and and 88*361 which is last used in a motorola moto & play dual sim set and which are also linked to my aadhaar. I wish to state that the no. Ending with — 361 does not belong to me and it has been unauthorisedly linked to my aadhaar and being used by someone in his motorola set which is a very serious issue.
              I would also like to know the mob. Number of the 2nd sim referred above which was not activated at all by me.

                Dear all i would like to inform you now days so many fraud websites are available on google web page and they are simply cheating many peoples to 4g tower installation and offering huge amount. I had already cheated from them. So. I request you plz highlight this matter asap so that no other peoples cheated from them. I have all the evidence related with fraud company if required i shall provides all the documents. Plz do somthing immediately.

                  Hello,
                  I have been writing to jio since more than a year regarding very poor network coverage at my location.
                  The first time i raised a complaint i was given a time frame of 60 days, but obviously that complaint was never attended.
                  Then again i raised a complaint this time they said 90 days.
                  And then each time i write to them on facebook messenger, they copy paste their standard templates.
                  When i decided to port out they immediately called me up and they just didn't want me to leave their network. It's disappointing that a start up such as jio can't provide network, despite me writing to them for more than a year. I would appreciate if someone could bring this to the kind attention of the telecom minister!

They are saying that they dont have options to reverse my recharge the wrong number of jio is not even active after the free services are over by the admission of jio team themselves. But every other telcom provider will reverse except jio. Why isnt jio reversing the money?

                      postpaid security deposit not refunded

                      Hi,

                      My jio service request no is sr00000kjt9n. I was a postpaid customer and migrated to prepaid. While inquiring about security deposit refund during migration from postpaid to prepaid, it was stated that security deposit will be send as cheque to the communication address amd other time i inquire about the same then jio representative said it will be deposit to your given bank account which is given at time of post paid...

                          Today i wanted to recharge my jio number i got lots of calls and massages from jio regarding cashback and other offers so i inquired in customer care for same but that executive was reading same script everytime so i asked that will i get cashback through this link and i can use my pending vouchers he was reading same script and said yes you will get 100% cashback so i recharged through that link but neither my voucher was not redeemed nor i got cashback of 80rs so i asked customer care again and he said it's your mistake to select. When i was trying to recharge through that link it only asked me about my contact number data operator and state so how is this my mistake? So plz give me my cashback and redeem my voucher coz if i can't use it than what is the need of it.

                            manipulation in terms of data usage

                            I slept at around 11.30 and i started getting messages around 12.12am that i have consumed my 1.5 gb data. Since i was in sleep i ignored and when happen to check in the morning i had no data usage left. I spoke to customer service and told that it is impossible to use that much data as it's been almost a year now i have never consumed even my daily limit of data. So pls check and give me details where it is used... They had no details whatsoever....

                            I have a jio repaid number [protected]. I port this number from vodafone in march. Vodafone asked me to complete the last due which i paid in the amount of rs. 320.00 on 09/05/2018 and till today 11/05/2018 my outgoing and internet is not working. Whenever i call the customer service number they give all sort of stories and nothing is working. I am seeking guidance from consumer complaints forum

                              I am a reliance jio customer and using jio sim for months. I have recharged rs149 data plan. Which is the plan of 1.5 gb per day valid up to 28 days, before also i have recharge for 399 rupees and the plan is 1 gb per day. But the thing is that it is not provided 1.5 gb. It can only provide less than 100 mb as soon as we have started downloading something from the internet we got the message that my 1.5 gb data planned is exhausted.
                              I have doubts that's why one day i have downloaded a pdf file of 50 mb from my jio number as soon as i got activated 1.5 gb for 1 day. My download was not completed and i got the message that my data has been exhausted.

                              They are simply telling that we are providing 1 or 1.5 gb per day. But that is a falls assurance.

                                Hello we are from tirunelveli and our office is located in sivasailam and we need a new dongle device from jio network. So, we ordered dongle from jio distributor in ambasamudram and we are waiting for more than one week but there is no other response from them. By this am complaining you that there is very very bad service is done by them. They are not ready to fulfill the customers satisfaction. So please ask them to assist us and install the device very soon.

                                  I have been receiving very poor network signal at my work place. The signal strength is so poor that i am not even been able to make a call. Feels as if there is no network at all. Please fix this issue ASAP so that people around me and myself are not troubled of this problem.

                                  Even me also facing the same issue in same campus. Because of this poor signal strength most of the people are thinking to port out from jio to airtel/vodafone which have good connectivity in eco world campus. Please fix it as soon as possible
                                  Worst network (Jio) coverage in this Area (RMZ Eco World) Bangalore. no signal bars and no data connectivity. Jio Customers suffer this every day . please fix this as soon as possible.
