Reliance Jio Infocomm Complaints & Reviews

Hi team,

I am very frustrated of no network coverage issue since january with jio. Several complaints were logged but no action taken. Jio is absolutely reluctant on this.
* i stay at 6/91 jharera village, subroto park. New delhi 110010. Near lohia park.
* i logged complaints as area complaints about no internet and voice connection but signal tower is always full on mobile.
*no network coverage issue...

I have purchased IR through online in March, 2018 but never worked in any country. I NEED REFUND. I visited Europe four countries, but it never activated in Italy and Switzerland. In France and Spain it activated but never worked. I received one bloddy SMS from Jio saying to switch off Mobile data to save money. Except that no calls received or no calls gone. It was dead. I have been receiving a bill of Rs. 52on a jio number [protected] which was never used after the free offer ended over a year ago. I also havent selected any postpaid sevice for the number nor any plan. I used jio sims when they were offering 6 months of preliminary service and we were told by the executives that after that tenure we will have to select jio prepaid or postpaid services.But after the free offer got over, I received a message...

I am having jio SIM card having number [protected] but there is another person having same number.

Can you please let me know the details on this?
Also I would like to use this number for my WhatsApp but can not use because someone already using it.
Can you please check and confirm this?

My jio number [protected] has been discontinued without intimation me.
why this happened i was using this number last 15 months and last month i recharged 399 on 13 march 2018. i want to activate my number or give me my money refund. you done wrong things with me. i will go consumer forum and raise complaint against you. your jio care service center unable to solve my issue and customer care 198 not resolved my issue..

I have found that jio infocom is giving factually wrong and misleading information about its product through its website.

Its website (Copy enclosed) claims that jio will provide 20 % more data than competition always but factually it is wrong because its competitors are having better plans.
To give an example, let us take one case where jio gives 20gb per month 4g data at the rate of 409 + taxes without data rollover...

My area is vidhyanagar, t. Dasarahalli, bangalore 57, opposite to t. Dasarahalli stop green line.

I am facing network strength problem as well as speed problem, when i complain about dat to customer care they are answering it takes 60days to get resolved.. My question is till they rectify i should simply keep my connection which is of no use as well as waste of investing money for recharging which i cant get refund nd which...

I recently purchased a mobile hotspot numbe [protected]. I am not able to detect the wifi in my mobile unless i bring my phone near your instrument. Also mostly the download speed is less than 1 mbps and my upload speed is roughly 1 mbps. I feel that i have been cheated.

I have converted my two postpaid connections to prepaid on oct 2017.
At that time the marketing executive told that the security deposit i paid should be refunded with in 3 months. But till date i didn't get any information regarding the same.

Kindly do the needful.

It's been 3 months since the network of reliance jio has dripped at ribandar-chimbel area in goa.
The network was very good before but since the past 3 months, it's so bad that many people are considering to switch their network. I believe there had been an issue of a vidafone tower having caught fire in this area. Since then, not just vidafone but even reliance jio network is at it's worst! We actually have to travel 10kms away to...

The jio tower distance 700-800 meter from our village (Location)... But we all are facing...

I have tried to contact several times to check whether my policy is renewed or not but there is no resposne from jio shravak arogyam team instead they have removed all the numbers from their website and the only point of contact is mail id which is not providing proper response. I request you to solve the issue on priority or provide me refund / actual amount paid. Let me know what necessary steps have to be followed on your website for renewal...

The jio download speed and browsing speed is very slow in our area (Jalnagar) bijapur, karnataka.. It take 5mins to download 2mb file the it takes alot of time to buffer a video in the youtube. All o[censored]s are facing alot of problem with jio sim. We are facing this problem from past 6 to 8 months.. We could like you to improve the network in our area as soon as possible.. Sir, im complain about the speed of internet. My first complain i give you 21st december 2018. And custumer care said they are working on that problem therefore maximum in 60 days problem they will solved. But now after 3 months problem was not solved. And new problem is also create if i call anyone then my call cut automaticly at any time between 1min to 10 min....

Jio network speed is not available properly from 2/3 month, most of the time network is very poor.07k/s, 10k/s, i am using your network in ruler area at amravati district in maharashtra at our area your network is very poor so i have requesting you please improve your network at our area as early as possible. Without any prior message i received a message that 100% of my data pack is used but i haven't. Then i received a call from [protected] and was asked to tell my problem. This is shaikh allah baksh. I have complaints about jio phone, i buy 3 jio handset model number (F 81 e black) last six months back but now i'm face a lots of problems, the problem is while phone working it get automatically shutdown & not changing any more, i'm very disappointed.
