All the following complaints has been closed without resolution and without contacting customer nor taking any customer confirmation. The problem is as it was not solved. No engineer visit. Just fake closure every time. I am using jio sim in jio wi fi m2 router. Internet speed i got is around 300 kbps only both down load and upload. I am giving continuous complaint, but jio team everytime closed the complaints without resolution and even without contacting me. The following complaints are fake closure. Total hopeless service.

till date JIO has not solved this complaint . I have esclarated this issue to JIO appleate team under complaint no.SR00000KM160, but that also have been closed by jio team without resolution. They just replied in future we will solve the problem.
I cannot make my zio recharge done through my zio app using debit card, always there is a problem in payment gateway
I have switched my network from Airtel to jio.. because there is an issue after porting my no ..im facing the same problem in jio also..at least I have little bit services I got from Airtel ..but jio is worst it's just 10 days happen porting from the Airtel I'm not getting signal strength properly 0 bar I have raised complaint..This is an update on Service Request number SR00000VWX5G for Network connectivity. Regret to inform you that the location for which you had raised a concern may face intermittent issues. We have noted your concern and will be taking steps to improve coverage in that area as we expand our network in the future. At present we are unable to commit a date, we appreciate your patience. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, please call us on 198 or write to [protected]@jio.com. You may also raise an appeal with Appellate. thanks...what is use of coming to jio..if minimum services i[censored] can't provide to customers..I really regret that switching from Airtel make my choice wrong ..I have shared my concern above i[censored] plz can u help me to get resolution asap..kindly revert me back...Im waiting for ur response..bad services team...not expected..

    I had purchased a jiophone handset on 06 of april 2018. And now the problem being faced is like its hanged. It is really impossible to deal with this handset when it is hanged the applications don't function well, the internet speed is also not as per the regular requirement.
    I don't find it of any use anymore.

    I now i really want to return this handset

      Money got deducted from my bank account, for the reason i was trying to recharge my jio number unfortunately i was registered for jio auto pay services, a sum of amount 99999 is being issued to my bank, but while registering i choosen 498 plan. According to jio autopay services terms and condition the customer has a right to de register this service at any time and the service of autopay activation is of free of charge but when i called customer exicutive to deregister it, they dont have an option to cancel. For which my bank account has been charged 100 rs as a mandate charge and 18 % gst. I raised this issue on april 2nd 2018, but till now it was not solved by jio team...

        I was pay 4g data pack and i recieve speed 2g in jio 4g
        I have a problem last 4 month
        Jio care not resolve my issue
        Kindly help me . I always try to use net but i can not because speed is poor and 4g net price is high 449 rs charges.
        I complain to jio but jio care tell me we are working on it . But he does not work he always give me suggested to stay your problem i cant help

            I had my jio broadband payment registered for auto debit from the credit card for monthly bill payment.
            The bill due was 28th april 2018.

            I sent a mail to the jio asking when the auto debit will be done.

            Jio replied there is no auto debit instruction on your account

            Fearing late payment charges i paid 589 rs due on[protected], and jio deducted another 589 rs on[protected].

            Based on jio reply i paid my outstanding, also jio debited on auto debit

            How to get the refund of 589 rs

              My jio mobile number is [protected]. I did recharge of rs.399 valid for 84 days, on april 17, 2018 and i got a message saying 'your recharge for rs. 399 is successful'. On april 29, 2018 i got a message that 'your plan mrp 399 for jio number [protected] has expired on 29-apr-18 11:41 hrs'. And now from today, 30-apr-18, my phone calls made from this number are charged from main balance. This means, my recharge of rs.399 is not known to your system or my money is gone. I request you to please look in to it. This recharge was done using online system of jio.

                Its already 10:10 no employee has come yet. 9:30 is timing for work to be start. No one present here. This is my 2nd visit here. My issue was not resolved earlier they said that it will resolve in 2-3 hour my keypad problem.
                As i m working person i have lost half of my pay. Who is responsible for this mistake ?
                Jio jio is it worth to spend this much time on phone and then also we dont get our problem resolved

                  My mobile no. [protected] is not working since last evening.I was getting msg sim card not detected. I called customer care and he is telling that " NETWORK KI MATRA KAM HAI" thats why my sim is not detecting. What A FOOL. Then I called in the morning he told i need to get the sim changed.I did and got the mail I can insert sim and start using. I inserted sim in my mobile but still its not activated then again i called customer care he told me i have to wait for an hour. I wait but still my number has not working still I am getting "NO SERVICE". Again I called Customer care he is telling at my area there is some network problem that why sim is not working while another Jio no. [protected] is working fine. Jio care really think as customer we are fool? I have ported this number from Vodafone to JIo in this March I think i have done a BLUNDER MISTAKE. If they are not able to give service to the customer then CLOSE NETWORK AND STOP CHEATING PEOPLE. I HAVE ALSO MARKED MAIL TO TRAI AND REQUESTED THEM TO PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON THIS TYPE OF ACTIVITIES AS THEY CHARGED US IN ADVANCE BUT IN THE NAME OF SERVICE WE ARE GETTING FOOLISH RESOLUTION. I WANT MY NUMBER TO BE ACTIVATED BY ASAP BECAUSE THIS NUMBER IS VERYYYY IMPORATNT FOR ME AND FOR MY WORK AND IF THERE ANY LOSS IT HAS TO BE BEAR BY JIO.

                    Sir rechage my jio no [protected] on 16 apr at 0900 h. Rechage done through my jio app and payment made through paytm wallet. For the same attachment is attached with this mail. Issue discussed with jio and paytm customer care. Paytm care told money transfer from wallet and his part is compled. Contact jio care. Jio care told rechage not successful. Contact paytm care. Request forward mail to paytm care that above mentioned rechage not successful. So that paytm care can refund amount to my wallet.

                    Jio care replied - "i understand your concern with regards to recharge confirmation.

                    I regret to inform you, that we have not received the recharge request on this number. Request you to check the payment history of your bank account / app as the money would have been credited back to your account."

                    I replied "money not credited to my wallet till date. Request same be forwarded to paytm care as he requested so that refund can credit to my wallet."

                    Jio care replied "dear pavan, i understand your concern with regards to recharge. As per system check, i can see that recharge of rs. 98 has been done on another number hence you did not receive the benefits for the same."

                    I replied "sir but i m no doubt i m rechage my jio no i e [protected]. If rechage was done on other no i e not my problem.in my jio app there is option switch to account where i m already save this jio no. During rechage i m by using this switch option rechage this no. That's why i have no doubt i m rechage the above mentioned jio no only. Therefore, i request refund my deducted amount."

                    Jio care replied "request you to ignore the previous email. As informed earlier, we have not received the recharge request on this number. Request you to check the payment history of your app as the money would have been credited back to your account.

                    I replied" sorry money not credited to my paytm wallet." till now issue not resolved. All above discussion on record in my mail bearing complaint no #16938290. Paytm care clearly said amount transfer from wallet. For the same attachment is attached.

                    The issue from jio care. He repeatedly changing his statements and neither forwarding confirmation mail to paytm care that the above mentioned rechage not successful as demanded by paytm care so he can refund. Sir my mo no is [protected]
                    Sir pls help me out and resolved this issue.

                      My jiofi is not working and i tried contacting customer care but unfortunately they didn't respond. Your customer care services are extremely poor.
                      . Four different people responded with their names. They disconnect the call as soon as they introduce their names. If i didn't get a response for this too then i will reveal their names. Please respond to this issue at the earliest

                        Dear jio team im from mumbai and im facing too much of network problem for my number [protected] in local train and also in office there is not a single point shown in office and in train im also facing same problem im not even able to use the 4 g service. If this is 4 g then 2 g was more better then this why this problem is there and at home im getting good network but some time faces same problem. Kindly resolve this problem as sson as possible.

                            I rechaged with rs 299 3gb /day scheme on 25.4.2018 through netbanking.
                            Amount was debited
                            But still it is saying you have no balance while calling
                            So i think recharge is not successful
                            So please rectify this problem as early as possible

                              This is to inform you that I have received fraud mail (HP JTOWER and MDJTOWER) regarding JIO tower installation, and I also received fraud calls from [protected]/ [protected].

                              So pls take strict action against them to maintain JIO market value/ to control unethical practices.

                                I bought a phone lyf water 7s, from a reliance digital xpress mini (6906) store in behala, bakultala, kolkata, on 19th april, 2018..
                                Store code is 6906...
                                However, i don't have any complaint against the phone, but against the staffs... They were totally rude, misguided us about the device, unruly, totally not reliable, doesn't have any idea about the device... They're neither friendly nor helpful...
                                We just asked them only one question, that whether it has a dedicated sim slot or not. And all the staffs agreed that it had a dedicated sim slot, when i received the product i saw that it had a hybrid sim slot... We're shocked to see it... When we went to the shop to ask about it... All the staffs at once disagreed that we didn't ask anything about the sim slot.,,...
                                We also asked for the black colour of the phone but we received the golden colour... They told that the black colour was only for display... After a quarrel they promised us and told that they told us they will give us a black back cover and a screen guard... But only gave a screen guard that to smaller than the size of the screen... And didnot gave the back cover...
                                Also i haven't yet received a the bill of my product just the 'material out gate pass'...

                                  My jiofi internet device purchased around november 2016 has stopped working yesterday i. E. 27th apr'18. It is not switching on despite of charging it.
                                  The display shows it is charging but it is not switching on and it says 'no charge' even after charging.

                                  Kindly provide a solution for the same or direct me to the right place to get it fixed. Its awful that the device stopped working suddenly.

                                    Respected sir/madam today i recharged my jio no.: [protected] registered on the name of harishchand yadav at 12:45 am midnight with rs 399 for which i received a message stating that your rasaction forrs 399 was successful but my plan or the product which i purchased isn't active still. So sir/madam please kindly help me with this issue and i will be very thankful to you for resolving this issue.

                                      I have been using the number ([protected]) for 4 months and suddenly i got a message today saying that your number has violated dnd norms so it is being disconnected, even though i only use this for personal use and have never made any call for telemarketing. I contacted jio customer support and they are saying we dont know what to do, we cant help you as we dont have any information. I sincerely request my number be activated again as im using for only personal use and have not tried to contact anyone for telemarketing.

                                      My sim is now not working at all, it says emergency calls only

                                        I am 2nd time experiencing this.
                                        10 am in morning itself, got sms that 100% off 1.5 gb / day is used! I have hardly checked email and 5-6 tweets.

                                        This msg is immediately after 10 min of sms that notified 50% off data used. Insensible! Cheating!

                                        I haven't seen a single video! And before starting my work day, got this bluff. I am paying 399 rs, it's no more free internet. And jio is asking for extra money to speed up.

                                        I want this thing to stop, restore my speed.

                                        When called customer care, they say it's not a complaint. We can't register complaint. It shows data use. When i said, it's showing incorrect usage and i haven't used it.. They say, it's not a complaint.
