This is shaikh allah baksh. I have complaints about jio phone, i buy 3 jio handset model number (F 81 e black) last six months back but now i'm face a lots of problems, the problem is while phone working it get automatically shutdown & not changing any more, i'm very disappointed.

i m facing indoor network problem above 8 month. geting network bars in outdoor 0-1 some place. i m doing many complaint about this regarding but your network team not solve that issue yet.very worst & cheap your network team....

These mother ### company doesn't gives high speed network in my place I had complained more than 3times, costumer care executives behaves rude with me.These people doesn't giving proper information to me.i activated my jio Sim approximately 3 months before from that till I didn't get proper net speed.

Till time problem is not solved. Each and every time his provied me to resolutions in 90 day.. But go 1.6 year after problem is continue not solved.. And no action for jio side team..

In shine.com, a person name as Mr, Piyush Modi ([protected]) is hiring in the name of Jio. He called me to his office and asked to submit Rs 1000 through paytm as required by Jio for dispatching my visiting cards. Then asked again Rs 1000 for the training purposes being provided by AIM Enterprises, Mohali (Punjab). Reliance jio cheets all the peoples they are telling that 4g net but it is coming less than 2g speed, signal showing full but it is not working voice calls also worst quality automatically calls dros and call connecting issues. They mainly focus on cheeting the people. With out internet speed how can trai cobnfirms indias speedest net. May be they are also cheeting the people or they are not using smartphones for internet speed checking....

Sir in my area (Awas vikas colony katra basti, uttar pradesh) the jio internet speed is worse than 2g while jio are claiming to give 4g speed.. Mostly in day time the speed of jio is 0kbps...in mid night the speed is something that it can download the pics on whatsapp...
I am just irritate with the problem... On jio customer care i had complained of it before twice and they gave me positive result but the problem remain as it is......
