This is to inform you that I have received fraud mail (HP JTOWER and MDJTOWER) regarding JIO tower installation, and I also received fraud calls from [protected]/ [protected].

So pls take strict action against them to maintain JIO market value/ to control unethical practices.

    I bought a phone lyf water 7s, from a reliance digital xpress mini (6906) store in behala, bakultala, kolkata, on 19th april, 2018..
    Store code is 6906...
    However, i don't have any complaint against the phone, but against the staffs... They were totally rude, misguided us about the device, unruly, totally not reliable, doesn't have any idea about the device... They're neither friendly nor helpful...
    We just asked them only one question, that whether it has a dedicated sim slot or not. And all the staffs agreed that it had a dedicated sim slot, when i received the product i saw that it had a hybrid sim slot... We're shocked to see it... When we went to the shop to ask about it... All the staffs at once disagreed that we didn't ask anything about the sim slot.,,...
    We also asked for the black colour of the phone but we received the golden colour... They told that the black colour was only for display... After a quarrel they promised us and told that they told us they will give us a black back cover and a screen guard... But only gave a screen guard that to smaller than the size of the screen... And didnot gave the back cover...
    Also i haven't yet received a the bill of my product just the 'material out gate pass'...

      My jiofi internet device purchased around november 2016 has stopped working yesterday i. E. 27th apr'18. It is not switching on despite of charging it.
      The display shows it is charging but it is not switching on and it says 'no charge' even after charging.

      Kindly provide a solution for the same or direct me to the right place to get it fixed. Its awful that the device stopped working suddenly.

      device..
      And I have ordered online and they say no option to return online. I have to go to customer service and get it repaired... How sick the service is???
      Order online... Get it repaired offline????
      My JIOFI JMR815 routers buttons stopped working suddenly. As of now my jiofi s still on because the button won't work so I can't switch it off.

        Respected sir/madam today i recharged my jio no.: [protected] registered on the name of harishchand yadav at 12:45 am midnight with rs 399 for which i received a message stating that your rasaction forrs 399 was successful but my plan or the product which i purchased isn't active still. So sir/madam please kindly help me with this issue and i will be very thankful to you for resolving this issue.

        Sir my jio no. Is [protected], when I dialled a no. Same is fed as round icon and sticks to my mobile screen. When I try to dial new no., old no. Is appeared in message and not removed. My gone is ASUS ZenFone.

          I have been using the number ([protected]) for 4 months and suddenly i got a message today saying that your number has violated dnd norms so it is being disconnected, even though i only use this for personal use and have never made any call for telemarketing. I contacted jio customer support and they are saying we dont know what to do, we cant help you as we dont have any information. I sincerely request my number be activated again as im using for only personal use and have not tried to contact anyone for telemarketing.

          My sim is now not working at all, it says emergency calls only

            Hi
            I am 2nd time experiencing this.
            10 am in morning itself, got sms that 100% off 1.5 gb / day is used! I have hardly checked email and 5-6 tweets.

            This msg is immediately after 10 min of sms that notified 50% off data used. Insensible! Cheating!

            I haven't seen a single video! And before starting my work day, got this bluff. I am paying 399 rs, it's no more free internet. And jio is asking for extra money to speed up.

            I want this thing to stop, restore my speed.

            When called customer care, they say it's not a complaint. We can't register complaint. It shows data use. When i said, it's showing incorrect usage and i haven't used it.. They say, it's not a complaint.
            Pathetic

                I strongly suspect that Jio is not providing internet services to the customers after the daily limit. As per their promise, they should provide Internet service at free of cost to their customers who has plan with them at the speed upto 64 kbps. but they are not providing it now.

                Also, I want to give complaint on your employees who are working in customer care centres. Because they don't even care about customer issue. They blindly following what they supervisor are saying.

                I request management to give freedom to your employees to think from customer perspective also.

                  I m a user of reliance jio 4g and i m facing a lot of slow speed internet issue even a simple search in google is not responding.
                  I m far away from my family i need to video call them everytime when i feel alone.
                  I have raised my complains almost three times in bhavnagar, gujarat and two times in kota, rajasthan.
                  I am really fed up of these people.
                  I just want to port my number to vodafone.
                  And i m a student of class eleven studying in kota a far away from my family which is in bhavnagar, gujarat.
                  I m not satisfied with jio since i have started it.
                  So i humbly request you all to plz give me the permission or plz let me port y number to the desired operator.
                  A humble request from a student.

                      I have a Jio postpaid connection for last one and a half year, but I don't need it any further so I want this connection to be closed. So I called on the customer care two times a month ago and they verified my details and told that the number will be closed in 2-4 days.
                      But till this day the number has not been closed so I called on customer care number again and every time a new guy pics up the phone and ask to verify my details and then transfers the calls to higher authorities which don't pick up the call and keep it on waiting. I have called 4-5 times for this petty issue and everytime they keep me waiting and I am not getting any response. I have other works to do too and not just this. I am literally fed up. My current plan is expiring on 26.04.2018 and I want my connection to be closed prior to this.
                      Please look into the matter

                        Hello,

                        I have recharged a wrong number [protected] instead of the right number [protected] via my jio from paytm wallet, reference number is [protected].

                        I have recharged the ₹399 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right number.
                        Alternatively, if you could just transfer the benefits of recharge to my number as well, i will be highly obliged.

                          I recharged using my jio app on April 18, 2018 . The transaction was successful and the money was withdrawn but there was no recharge message and i had to do transaction again because my validity expired.
                          Please refund the amount asap.

                            I have contacted jio on 19th december 2017 that my internet speed of 4g is very low i. E around 15-30kbps. They said that issue will be resolved by 19th feb. I contacted them number of times but till date the reply from jio is they will resolve the issue at the earliest. They said that they will install new tower to get proper coverage but no response til now. Hope my issue will be resolved at least now.

                              I have recharged my jio number and got the 5gb addon, and that time notification didn't came, i purchased a new phone after that and now when i redeemed it they are saying that i can use it only in my old device that add on data,
                              Then what's the point of purchasing new phone,
                              Such a rediculous answer by jio,
                              And the validity is remained of 4 days if they are using such terms so why they are giving the data.

                              From last 1-2 months the internet speed provided by your network is very slow and half of the time it gives speed as a 2g net does, kindly fix this problem as soon as possible.

                                  I had purchased a jio phone(F30C) and a week before it suddenly not getting charged, and I took it to jio care center as my warranty time was left, and by going their I've made to submit application and I filled it and then the technician said that he will give me replacement on that product by paying 470 rs and I agreed but soon after when he contacted his colleague then he suddenly changed his mind and said me that this phone condition not comes under warranty because of scratches, but those scratches was only one in number about half a centimeter and suggested me to buy new jio phone and when I asked him about the problem with phone he has no answer he just said he cannot open it until jio seniors approval so he said me to contact jio customer care and when I contacted customer care the person on other side said me to contact jio center for technical problem with phone, but somehow both the person technician and customer care officer were running out from situation by pointing on each other without solving my phone's complaint;

                                    Without delaying and wasting ur valuable times, I ensure u that I am a jiofi user bearing mobile number [protected] with INR 399 user, i.e, 1.5gb/day usage...but from couple of days I have been facing a terrible problem, i.e, I can't access jiofi 4g service from 6pm to 9pm...during IPL match showtime. When contacted, jiofi customer care informed me, it happened due to server overload of IPL match viewers ...I feel frustrated, cause I never viewed such videos of IPL match online as I can't access internet at that time...
                                    Plse help fast, sir, to get me out of this jio-mess !...thank u in adv.

                                    At p.b.road harihara ur jio is not working properly since from 4 days, if this continue in future we will threw ur jio number with phone.

                                      I got a confirmation through my mail and also through message that your land has been selected for tower installation.. They called me and said you have to deposit processing fee.. Which is showing online also.. If you check the status in jio tower website.. Number is.. Then they told me that after processing fee you have to submit 52, 500 agreement fee.. We paid that also.. Then they told me to submit 35, 200 as a land ownership deceleration form.. All the above fees are refundable.. We have paid 1, 08, 000 and now he is asking for government tax of 55, 500 after that you will get rent advance of 15, 00, 000.. Over and above he only told me that 18, 312 and 52, 500 is the only fee that needs to be paid.. But we still give me 35, 200 as he was saying that this is the only fee and after 15 minutes you will receive rent advance in your bank account.. Now its become 3 days, he is avoiding our call.. He is saying you will get in 15 minutes, 1 hour.. But still we haven't received it.. And when we asked to refund our money.. He is just giving excuses.. We have took a loan of 1, 00, 000 for this thing and if our money will not give back to us.. I will commite suicide and the responsibility will be on reliance jio infocomm limited and that fraud person.. His name is suchit kumar thats what he told me and his number is and he said i am accountant..

                                        I have recharge my JIO NO [protected] thru net banking of ICICI. But no message received form JIO. IN MY JIO NO BALANCE UPDATED . Showing old balance.

                                        While complain this on help line, up to 45 minutes no officer has attended call and Just I heard only advertisement.

                                        This is horrible. To day fast life no one has time to listen this type o[censored]p to 45 minutes. Why you not given message after recharge. Other competitors Airtel, Vodafone, BSNL IDEA giving immediate message that your balance credited.
                                        I think JIO is not attending their small customer and avoiding.

                                        Hi, jio had recently disabled my jio number and give that number to other user.
                                        I have on prime membership also but they disable my jio number in only 34 days but every company has limit of 90 days to disable number and i have activated prime membership also .
                                        I want to case on it.
