I – Tarjan Shah - the user of pre-paid Jio fiber plan with number [protected] was facing a problem in Jio Fiber connectivity with frequent discontinuation and raise a complain on[protected] vide service request number SR00001DU6LA. This complain was supposed to addressed by Jio Service Engineer on[protected], which was actually addressed on[protected] at 2:30PM. The Jio Service Engineer did his best, reset and upgrade the router and left with the successful completion of work by advising to replace the router if the problem still continues. The router started working properly for a day and again faced frequent discontinuation from[protected].
I raised a request again on[protected] to replace a router vide service request number SR00001DXI2D. This complain was supposed to addressed by Jio Service Engineer on[protected] at 11AM. The representative visited the site to resolve a complain without a prior call on[protected] at 7PM when the user was not at home.
In the absence o[censored]ser, the representative tried to solve the query and replace the router but seems could not be succeed. He generated another service request number SR00001DYHCD on[protected] which was supposed to addressed on[protected] at 1PM and left the site with disconnected internet services (red light blinking in router).
The new service request SR00001DYHCD had not been addressed as per schedule and no update was shared on[protected] full day. Basis on a call received on[protected] morning at 10AM for Jio Mumbai centralized customer care representative (+[protected], this service request was rescheduled to be attended on[protected] at 11AM.
I once again receive a call asking to depute a service engineer from Jio Mumbai centralized customer care (+[protected] on[protected] at 12:16PM and on asking actual time of service engineer visit, the call was disconnected bluntly after putting on hold.
The service engineer as not visited yet, Jio customer care number ([protected]) are not responding 9 times out of 10. Once able to connect and talk to Vrushali, but she said their system is not responding and she is unable to see my problem in their system and not able to help.
The service engineer visited on 17/09/2022 is not responding my calls. This is really pathetic and mental harassment.

    For the last few weeks occasionally the data is getting exhausted in les than 3 hours o[censored]sage.

    But what happened today is unbelievable, in just 25 minutes o[censored]sage my 2 GB data got exhausted.

    Yesterday also the data got exhausted in just 1 hour o[censored]sage.

    Note: There was no updates or downloads that has been taking place; as all auto updates has been stopped.

      Hi Team,

      Please find the below services I received from Jio Fiber in detail:

      1) I paid JioFiber on August 4th, 2022 for 6 months pack and the installation should be done on same day but it was done on August 11th.
      2) I waited 7 days for installation even after making multiple calls to service agents near me.
      3) I gave the cancellation request on August 30th and pick up must be done within 3 days of cancellation as per the cancellation message I received. I have also mentioned that I going to shift to another location on September 11th.
      4) Pick up not done for 2 weeks then I shifted to another location
      5) No one call me, then I reached to nearest JioFiber show room and deliver the device on my own.
      6) After submitting the device on my own, the person in the showroom mentioned the refund will take minimum 30 days but as per the message I received it will be processed within 14 working days
      7) Due to your lack of service, I have to return my device on my own and refund process is delayed
      8) I enquired about the refund since I have utilized the service for 20 days, the showroom head says the service will cancel only after 5 days of cancellation. Then who is liable to pay for that 5 days service me or JioFiber
      9) On top of that, I tried to complaint about the pick up delay to showroom head and he said we can't do anything about that.
      10) They given the certain time frame to complete the process but it was not done by them as they mentioned, then customer itself has to do the device return and wait for the refund for a long time.

      I have the proof of everything email drafted to Jio team and phone call recordings. Kindly let me know how this going to be done.

        Jio Services Don't Provide Any Service Proper In My Area Network Is Show Full But In My Area People Don't Call To Each Other No Outcoming Calls And No Incoming No Internet Service All Are Shutdown Service in a month a week they totally shutdown the services all people recharge is going waste but jio services got benefit beacause all services are shut in my area only shut the service but other area they provide proper service this problem from last 6 month area people have facing but jio don't take any action all people in area complainting to jio customer service but they don't resolve the problem how rude they . Totally doing fraud with people.
        Please start the services properly because in this area more are student there have online classes missing for shutdown of jio service also bachelor IT Professionals here Jio Network are affecting on There Job
        Please Provide Good service to area people..

              We took JIO Fiber connection in Jan 2022 with 6months plan and due to bad service made a request for disconnection on June 30, 2022. Ideally, I was expecting a refund for 850/- . They mentioned that their engineer will visit and collect the modem device and initiate the refund. We raised almost 5 to 6 service request and it is more than 2.5 months. None of their engineer visit for modem collection and refund is not done.
              Every time we are reaching customer care, they opened a service request which they promise to address next day but no one respond. It is happening for long.

              We do not receive any updates from JIO. Such a pathetic service. Not sure how they are leading in this industry. We don't know what else we can do about this. Consumers are only exploited.

                I am from Chennai, and in the past 10 days I am trying to get Jio Fiber internet connection for my new house in Chetpet . After so many tries one guy called Jeyaprakash ( [protected]) came few days back for pre booking and charged for the same saying you will get call back from installation team. When I didn't receive any calls and then i tried reaching him no response . And then I reached out to this guy Mani ( [protected]) who is responsible for our area and he said he will check and come back but then again no response in the past 5 days, Same with Kavitha ([protected]) no response from her as well . The guy who gave Manis number ([protected]) also is not responding . Since i am working from home i need the service ASAP and i cant keep on calling these people 40 times a day in my busy schedule . I can understand if there is any issue with installation team but getting no response from any single employee shows about the company itself . I regret the decision to choose Jio Fiber and i don't want or recommend this company to anyone ever . Pathetic Company Pathetic Service

                  The service men just visited the house and said that there is a technical fault which would be repaired by some other engineer within the same day itself, but it has been 2 days and no one has arrived yet. Please solve our issue as soon as possible.

                    Have the jio fiber connection for home and had made the payment through their jio app. Now after receiving the payment had been denying that payment is not received and had suspended the service. The payment had been confirmed by the bank but still the only response from jio is still working on it and will provide soon with an update. Now even the month is going to end for which that payment was made. Already had been scamming from day 1 of activation with the referral voucher where now it’s going to be 4 months now. Its still not added and everytime when issue is raised service ticket will be opened and closed exactly on due date blindly. So far could see only fraud activities and scams being done towards the customer

                        I Installed A Jio Fibre Connection In My House In Whitefield, Bangalore. My connection number is[protected]. I Paid For a Year Subscription But Due To Poor Service, I Had To Cancel The Connection On 25 July, 2022. The Device Was Supposed To Be Picked Up Within Ten Days But Even After One Month It Has Not Been Picked Up And Refund Has Not Been Processed. I Have Even Raised Three Complaints For The Same.                           We have raised many complaints for jio fiber not working over a week. But there is no resolution taken by them to solve the issue. This is second time in past two months that the jio fiber was not working for over a week. Please solve the issue as soon as possbile. They just register our complaint but no service men come here to solve our issue

                            Hi,

                            My Jio fiber connection got installed on 24th March 22 end and soon after testing it for 7-8 days I requested for the uninstallation in the free trial period as I was facing some serious issues with VPN connectivity and the speed was too slow. Their executive also acknowledged the issue with VPN connectivity and showed his helplessness.

                            After seeing Jio's executive response I thought to go for disconnection, so I called JIO customer care number and followed all the processes as explained by the customer care executive, they promised that soon the device and blank cancelled cheque will be picked up from my location and the refund process would start.

                            Since then it has been more than 5-6 months that I am getting SMS and mails from JIO on regular basis such as "UNINSTALLATION visit scheduled for JioFiber connection ..." for the uninstallation but no one turns up from JIO to pick the device and refund of my amount.

                            Worst network and after sale services. They are making false promises about the refund and trial period.

                            Please do the needful.

                              Few months back I applied for online data entry job and received a call from a girl named Saumya stating that she's calling form JIO office and in order to start the job i need to pay 1000 INR which they refunded me after few hours after that she sent me a contract and told me to pay some more amounts which is also refundable so that's how they scammed me total amount leading to INR 19, 4000. I've also filed a complaint in Cyber Cell and filing a complaint here now hoping it might help somebody in FUTURE. I've attached the screenshots and hoping to get any resolution regarding this SCAM.

                                Relocation request pending from 11 days

                                I placed a request for relocation of my jio fibre connection on 30/08/2022 and got a slot for 04/08/2022, nobody turned up and the relocatiom request is continuing to reschedule even of now. Nobody at the customer care is taking the matter seriously and im payinv for services im not even using. I want refund of the charges amd.relocation. kindly lool.into the matter.

                                मुझे Jio द्वारा कहा गया था की आपका 4G Jio मासिक पैकेज 28 दिन का है लेकिन 25/26दिन होते ही Jio द्वारा speed reduce कर 2G से भी कम speed दी जा रही है.पुरा पैसा लेने के बावजूद Jio मेरे साथ धोकाधड़ी कर रहा है.jio बेच ने के समय बताया गया था की Download speed 27.2होगी लेकिन वास्तव में download speed 15.04 और upload speed 1.90 Mbps दे रहा है Jio.
                                यह speed TRAI के app के द्वारा दर्ज कि गइ है

                                  I've purchased a data addon on Sept 9, 7.09pm. And the same data showing exhausted on 7.04pm in the usage history of my jio app. I haven't used much data. This is totally unfair. Totally disappointed with these unfair practices.
                                  Stealing is better than this, very pathetic jio.

                                    I am Jio fiber user having # [protected]. I have done recharge of Rs999 on 8th Sept-22, thinking I could use OTT platforms on my mobile device. After recharging when I tried logging into one of the OTT application it showed me error and I did not get OTP on my registered mobile number. Then I contacted customer care where they confirmed me that, it can be accessible only If I have jio set-top box. I feel like cheated because while recharging there is no message or notification that OTT platforms are accessible only if I have Jio set-top box. It is like fraud only. When I told customer care agent to refund my money they said it is not possible. So I request to refund of my whole recharge amount.
