I am an active jio fiber customer( [protected]). My internet is not working since 06-Nov-22, and i did have raise the query with jio team on the same date. But even after having more than 20 calls with jio customer care, the technical team is reluctant to provide the service and keep on rescheduling the visit and wasting my time when there is an active plan is going on. During first visit technical engineer suggested to terminate the jio connection and go for airtel as he will not fix the issue and provide the service and off course there will be no refund of active prepaid plan.

This is a mental harassment for me, also my IT job is entirely dependent on the internet, so creating job insecurity for me. I am tired of getting treated like a table tennis ball between jio care and technical team. Please help.

    Address: JIO fiber service provider near sunaro ki dharmshala brahmpuri meerut

    In my area (near sunaro ki dharmshala brahmpuri) jio service provider offers me to give the plan in 4000/- for 6month with 30mbps speed and set top box and as reward he commited to provide one year amazon prime membership.
    I have paid him 4250/- online as he says that he will give 250/- cashback. after the fiber installation he is not responding to my calls. as a proof I have whatsapp chat screenshot in which he says he will login the prime on monday on another day and making false promises like this.

      Jio Disney + hotstar subscription not visible

      I had recharge my mobile no. for annual of Rs. 2599/- before expire of my existing plan. That annual plan includes Jio services as well as Disney + Hotstar subscription. now my exiting plan expired and recharged plan activated but that not showing Disney + Hotstar membership.
      I already complaint registered to jio team but they said that
      "It is sad to know that you are unable to view your Disney+ Hotstar subscription. We regret...

      I am a 78 years old retired person and not in good health. In February 2022, I have taken a Jio Fiber connection of a fiber opti router plus a set top box paying 8000 plus odd rupees. I August 2022 their representetive came and offered a new and advanced router and I accepted this and paid 4200 rupees covering subscription for next six months. ie Till February, 11, 2023, I need not pay any money to them. Now a days every day I get an SMS asking for 706 rupees towards subscription. It is immpossible to contact them telephonically and no email address is provided. On their web site there is a direct e-mail facility and I used this and wrote my complaint. No response and I continue to receive bills for payment of 706 rupees. This creates lots of tension for me. Please Help.

          I am complaining fourth time about bad net connectivity of jio in my locality, their is tower near my jio which has good connectivity but my mobile catches far from my home(tajganj), no hearing in jio i seem that it was a bad discussion to recharge in jio.. i think their is no choice account of to leave this company.

            I want to port my Jio number 9694163*** to other telecom companies but I am unable to generate my UPC port request number.
            Whenever I try to generate UPC by sending port 9694163*** to 1900 at first they reply "Your request for UPC has been delayed.Please wait while your request is being processed." and after few minutes they'll reply "Request for UPC for your mobile no. 9694163*** could not be processed.Please retry after some time.

            What should I do?

              On 26.10.2022, I request for porting my idea number [protected] into Jio service from my house address at K-Block, Sector -41, South City -1, Gurugram, Haryana and on same day one person namely Mahesh, Sim delivery executive come at my address and verified my documents and take the details and capture my aadhar card and my photo and handover the sealed new sim of jio and asking charges of Rupees 300 thereupon I said that recently i port my another number into Jio Sim and they take only charges of first recharge amount. Thereafter, the aforesaid person agreed to take only first recharge amount of Rs.239 and same i paid online. That he assured within 2-3 days, my new sim will be activate but two days later aforesaid person contact and informed me that my sim activation process not completed and he have to do again thereupon I give him the day of sunday to come and complete the process of sim activation as I and working in delhi and not available on working days but on sunday, aforesaid person not come and thereafter on 01.11.2022, i.e. tuesday, when i called the aforesaid person, he intentionally avoided me and didn't pick my call on repeated times.
              However, i call on customer care, but the executive did not give me satisfactory answer rather they asked me to give alternative number though at the time of process of verification, the aforesaid person Mahesh saved my number, which is to be port same as alternative number. That time, i asked him to save another number as alternative but he says he saved the same and no problem will come. That due to non existing of any alternative number, customer care executive refused to help me and insist to visit jio store and repeat the process and submit the documents again. I told that my documents already taken digitally by your sim delivery executive Mahesh and neither he complete the process nor he activate my sim after payment of first recharge of sim, but customer executive adamantly pressurize me to do all process again and failed to give answer what about the safety of those documents which were captured by sim delivery executive Mahesh. Customer executive refused to take contact number of sim delivery executive from me and further refused to take any action against the sim delivery executive Mahesh and failed to give answer of security of documents, my photo captured by sim delivery executive.
              That both, sim delivery executive Mahesh and Customer care executive rather to help me harassing me on the name of porting the service into Jio, sim delivery executive asked me additional amount to pay on the sim, which is to be delivered free. That my documents already captured by sim delivery executive and i have apprehension that same may not be misused as now customer executive told me to do all process again. Please kindly take action against the aforesaid persons.

                On 27/oct/2022 08.37pm recharge my jio number Rs. 239 using Gpay. Amount debited from my account but recharge not done. Lot of mail sent to gpay and Equitas bank and jio customer care. No proper response and still now problem not resolved.

                Hello
                I have taken a connection of Jio fiber for trial in March for a month for which I paid Rs. 1500. After cancellation within 30 days I had to get this security money back. I cancelled the trial within 30 days and after that I received 500 rupees, when I called customer care, all they are saying is remaining 1000 rupees refund is getting initiated. I have already made complaint 10-12 times but getting same response and no refund. Please help me with the issue. I posted the same complaint here earlier also but no response was received. Please resolve the issue.

                  I regret to inform you that I am using Airtel before 1.5 years but today 30/10/22 I want to Port From Airtel to Jio due to worst service of Airtel So i got call from Unknown no [protected] and tell me I am calling from Jio if you want to Port jio then you have to Firstly Cancle Airtel Delhi No So Send CANCEL your No to 1900 for Porting process and Send me Sms CANCEL &my No to 1900 i think all fraud going on by Airtel
                  So I request to consern person take action and order regarding this issue.

                    I have done recharge from my google pay for 179 plan twice. First time the transaction failed. Amount deducted 179. Then again after 1 day I repeated the recharge. This time the transaction was successful from google pay with transaction i'd but no recharge confirmation received from jio. Again 179 amount was deducted. Attaching screenshot for your reference. Please help me on this.

                      I asked for a new jio connection and got it. But the representative gave false information saying it's prepaid but then making my connection postpaid, even though I informed i needed prepaid.

                      I cancelled on the same day 24th of Oct, 2022, but not jio has taken 2 days and not yet completed the cancellation even after they said it'll be cancelled in 24hrs and I will get my money, and no postpaid money will be deducted. But I am being false charged with that amount everyday and jio is not taking action.

                        Hi Team,

                        I am not getting Jio network for almost 5 days, which is causing too many issues, Unable to connect with anyone through calls or messages. Also, not able to receive OPT for online transactions as this is my primary and official contact number. unfortunately, I have taken 1-year Jio plan worth 2999/- Which is why unable to port to another service provider because i will lose this amount, I stay in a complete residential locality of Bangalore and never faced such issue on my location (My home) but it's been 5 days i am facing this issue. in spite of contacting customer care of Jio there is no resolution of the issue. Please help it's really frustrating for us. If they cannot rectify the issue i would expect the refund of my one-year recharge.                             This is to inform that i got my connection disconnected on 10-09-22, after many follow up and calls, they took the device pickup on 30-09-22, since then i have been calling and dropping multiple emails to them for the security deposit and installation cost( both of them are refundable) but everytime i call them they keep on postponing, there is no proper reply they say they are escalating, but still no proper response. They said i will get the refund with in 14 days. but now its more than 25 days since the pickup has been done.. I have attached all the proof. Neither i m able to login into their app for any status.                                 We had good jio connection at my place [Siddeshwari, Chowk, Varanasi - 221001]. Most of my family had one jio sim, which was also the primary sim since the services were good here. But towards end of September, we started having network issues. We were not able to use internet and calling also got really bad. Call drops started to happen, and not one call went without disturbance. There are only some areas where the network works a little bit but we can't sit there all day, right? Mind you we have paid 666 for 3-month plan so we are bound to use this disastrous service and can't port since the money would go waste (not that we are being able to use even 10% of it currently). On calling them, we only get prewritten responses, and no progress has been made yet. I demand refunds or allowance to let us use the data and call hours that we were deprived of on other networks (or if they fix it by the weekend, then they provide that as extension). You can't just take our money and let us be at your mercy as if you are the one paying my bills. Telecom sector administration needs to put some laws to protect interests of common citizens for the money they are paying. Now, as we are in an era where we rely on internet to connect, carry out business, entertain, study, shop how careless it is to leave the issue unattended for around month, and the fact that they already know it but don't give you an alternative meanwhile they are "fixing" it is annoying. The locality is actually a crowded one, imagine how many JIO users here who don't have wifi or an alternative must have been troubled by this issue.
                                Now, in order to make things work we had to get additional plans on other sims (also only devices with 2 separate 4g sim slots had this privilege) which is extra cost paid by us.
                                I need Jio to arrange refunds /repeat plans to cover the time period with their network issue after fixing it within a week.
                                Guess reli-ance name is not justified for the ambani owned company?

                                  I have placed a termination request and the connection has been terminated more than 17 days ago. Since then have been following up daily with Jio customer care to have somebody come and collect Jio modem and issue refund of deposit amount but no body is helping.

                                  Looks like it's a scam by Jio to avoid payment of deposit amount.
