Data leak

My phone number is [protected] jio. The data of this phone is altered by my anonymous enemy, they block many important sites at important time to make me loss. I am a trader and blocking of specific website at important time for 10-15 minute at intervals of 5 to 10 minutes is extremely hurtful. The internet speed is okay and there is no problem in concerned website also. These websites works nonstop in my friend phone/PC. I request jio higher...

On 5th August 2022 I recharged my Jio number with the Rs 249 plan - 23 days validity and 2 GB data per day. Recharge was done via googlepay

I even got message from Jio confirming that my recharge was successful.

However it has been more than 8 hours and I still don't have internet . The Rs 249 plan hasn't been activated on my phone.

Not activated SIM after recharge

I have recharge my jio number on 3 aug 2022 but my SIM is not activated yet by on my jio aap is showing that recharge is successfully done and I haven't received any message on recharge

Mobile network issue

I have paid full of amount and . I have 2 connection of jio. But network problem in my area Sector-02 balco. Pl rectify and resolve the issue related to network, here internet is very slow pl give proper signal and network in my area other wise. I have to chage it Airtel.

OTT service not provided against the plan

I have purchased jio fibernet 999 plan that comes with 14 OTT apps subscription however I have not been able to watch discover plus content against my plan. I have raised multiple service request for 3 months. They never tried to solve the issue and always resolved the tickets without even trying to rectify the problem. I have never experienced such a worst customer service so far....

Connection relocation not done

Dear sir, I am Chahat Kumar bearing service id[protected] of jio fiber. I have made relocation request on 23/07/2022 but till now they have not reinstalled my connection and my plan is in waste this month.

Jio fiber cancellation

Jio fiber is trying to cheat customer by not cancelling the jio fiber service. I had cancelled my jio fiber on 1st July. Cancellation procedure was supposed to be completed within 24 days
It's already 31st July and no one is giving reply to complaints. Service requests are getting closed without any communication....

Data Scam

My data usage stats are showing only 623 mb were used meanwhile I got message from jio care about 90% usage of data. This is happening from last 2-3 day. I tried to contact the JIO care advisor to resolve this issue, but they didn't help me. This is totally scam. Appropriate action must be taken against them....

Grievance for app not opening its just stopped from some days

Suddenly app isnt opening... Showing something went wrong.
I have done all things required to reinstall etc but same issue.
2 days i can't recharge my customars for your negligence.
Very very Pathetic experience without informing your doing this.

After saying so much, no one is fixing the problem till today. My account has a balance of 400 rs. And this is the situation.

Just saying now go...

Jio Fiber Disconnection

My Jio Fiber connection got disconnected. Rs 1500 was charged for the new connection. After a month o[censored]sage I got the message that to resume your connection kindly mail, which i did on the same day, 27.7.22. Even after the mail, i got the message on 30.7.22, that your connection is terminated. Now the customer care is suggesting to take a new connection and my Rs1500 went into vain.

These are just the cheap tactics to extract...

Jio Fiber relocation fraud on refund the amount

Request ID : SR00001BSH8G, raised on 25th June 2022. As per company norms the expected resolution time is 10 Jul, 2022 . After that continuously I had called to your Jio fiber service call center and informed that escalated this issue and will resolved asap (with in 24 hours my device will get picked due to engineers are busy and not refunded amount yet). No one coming to pick up the jio fibre router

The agents of Jio refuse to pickup the router that i had requested on 7th July, 2022.

The problem is that I have relocated within Delhi this July first week ( Uttam Nagar West) .
I was residing earlier in Malviya Nagar New Delhi.

I wanted to shift my jio fibre connection from Malviya Nagar to Uttam Nagar West but the jio fibre connection is not available in Uttam Nagar.

So i had to cancel...

Internet data cheating by Jio

I had recharged my number yesterday at 8:23pm with the data pack of 30GB of Rs 181 and the moment the recharge was confirmed 10 GB got deducted at 8:23pm only. I want compensation for it this cheating how can you deduct data without any usage and any background apps running....

Delayed installation

I have raised an installation for Jio Fiber broadband connection on 24th July and was told that the broadband connection will be installed within 24hrs, it’s been 4 days now and the installation is not yet done, since I am working from home I am extremely affected by this delay, I’ve called the customer support 6 times and they have disconnected all my calls while asking reason for delay, the technician doesn’t pick my calls, the person...
