Kindly take reference of my service requests number sr00000ijvfl, sr00000idd99 and sr00000hqjby raised to jio care. I am facing very very poor internet speed at my locations. These my service requests have been closed again and again without my consult and resolution. At last service request i have clearly told the customer care executive to not to close my service request till the problem not get resolved. Beyond this my service request has been closed. I am feeling very frustrated now. I am unable to access the internet and very disappointing by this behavior of customer care executive.
Kindly arrange to resolve my problem.

        My name is harinder singh. My mobile no is [protected] which is a reliance jio number and also have reliance jiofi with number [protected]. My concern is that i have been complaining for atleast 6 months for poor signal strengths and too low internet speed. Everytime i raised complaint through my jio aap they have been closing those complaints without solving the issues. I am really frustrated from these slow internet speeds that i make up my mind to port these no to other operator which have rather better signal strengths than that of reliance jio 4g. I also have other two jio sims working in my home. They too aren’t working as per standards. This is my last and final complaint. I will port those 4 jio sims as soon as i can. Such poor coustomer support.

          I did recharge of jio number [protected] on 07 march 2018 at 4:59 pm . Amount was deducted from my account. I recharged through jio app and payment has made through using upi (phone pe). I did not receive any recharge status or message from my number. I don't able to call to the friends. I need recharge quickly. So please react quickly. Please assure the transaction

            I made a recharge of rs 399/- on 22 feb 18 at 20:09 hrs for [protected] jio no, the transaction was successful and my amount also has been deducted from the account and not credited into my jio no. I raised issue on 23 feb with request no sr00000i2k5 and got not result till now.

            I made recharge of another no ([protected]) on 23 feb which saw successful transaction.

            I made again recharge on [protected] for rs 399/- successful transaction and this time it got credited in my jio account. Now i want that i my amount which was deducted on 22 feb be refunded back into my bank. I suffered a lot by calling on jio customer care no but all in vain. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible. I call many times to customer care, just useless to call and got irritation for me your services are worst as customer care concerned as i experienced. It’s my humble request please help me out and please revert the said amount into my bank account as soon as possible.

              I have purchased the jio sim 10 month before. I am a prime member and purchasing continuously the daily 1 gb internet plan.
              All i haVe done was believing that jio provides 4G speed . But in reality from past 10 month, i am getting only 2G speed of 20-30 kbps even in full network coverage in my area of residence.
              I have complained many times regarding this to JIO customer service at 198. But they are each time saying that, the local jio tower in my area is overloaded and they are establishing new tower. 3 month before they haVe given me time till 15th frebruary of 2018. But its alredy 25 days passed, but no solutions yet. WHen again i called them after 15th, they are saying that the same old problem and they can't give any time for resolving it.
              Fact is of jio knows where there network is overloaded then why its selling new sims there? And why false promise of high speed 4G?

              I am feeling as being cheated on name of 4G..

                I recently picked up a JIO prepaid connection and refilled my number with 399 plan (valid for 84 days). It has been a month almost and I've had to complaint daily as the network at my home and work is very very poor. I am unable to place calls nor use 4G data.

                I have complained to their customer care asking them for a refund as they have admitted to network issues in both areas (Tardeo and Andheri East). They refuse to give any refund and only keep asking me to wait until their problem is sorted (without giving any deadline)

                  I was trying to recharge my jio number using jio online portal. Payment was deducted but corresponding plan is still not activated.

                  I tried to pay using upi option in jio's billdesk payment gateway and i approved payment request from [protected]@icici using bhim app but nothing happened in jio's billdesk payment gateway!! It was idle for more than 10 minutes and i just closed it and called jio customer care to activate my recharge but they suggested me to initiate recharge once again without giving any solution to the money which was already paid to jio's upi "[protected]@icici" remark: collect-pay-request.

                  Pleas refund my money as soon as possible or active my recharge plan.

                    I contacted jio customer care so many time regarding the recharge issue..but customer care dening to help me and when m asking the executive to yransfer the call to your manager they denning to help..it was a big mistake to join jio for the day 1 m facing so many issues i request a port number i dont want to carryforward with the jio network i know its only a mont h its a bad ecperience for me to join jio..i did a recharge of indusind app for rs149 on 1st of march 2018 but till now i didnt recived the recharge i enquired with bank they provided me ref id nos[protected] which says the recharge is successful..till now i didnt recive the recharge amount today i got a call from bank once again and they confirmed the same i do have recording of the bank customer care manager..when i tried contacting jio regarding same there executive keeping the call on hold instead of transferring the call to there manager..they keeping the call on hold i do have the recording..if required ill share

                      A particular number is sending me sms which a regard full of hatred and this number talking abusive things about my mother. I know whose number is this but i still want this number to be barred from sending me sms and making calls to my mothers number. The sms are full of hatred and threatful too. And i found them stresfull too. Please look in this matter

                      For last one month there is a problem of very poor internet speed the whole day. It takes 1-2 minutes even to open a webpage. Very poor service from jio.
                      They are charging for 4G speed but providing only 2G speed internet.And there are other issues regarding call drop poor call quality etc.

                        Hi jio care

                        On feb 5th i have raised the concern about the wrong email id assign to [protected] and no action has been taken and when i call to [protected] they say they cont and asked me to call to the other number [protected] and when i call to ([protected]) they ask me to cal the owner of the number and i have to request the owner to change the email id then why do jio have a customer care and do jio had verified the user email id when they give connection or not? If you don't remove my email for the ([protected]) i have to go legally against jio as it is disturbing my privacy for which i have already sent you a request to remove my mail id from your database.


                        How long do you take to deactivate the email id which is been linked with [protected].

                        My ADD ON BENEFITS 10GB data is lost . I download movie for 400mb but my 4.5GB lost. This problem I faced three time. After that problem Jio doesn't give any offers to me so give offers

                          Jio is offering unlimited calls and 1GB data for 28 days @49 rupees for jio non-prime customers, where as for prime customers the price is 149 for 28 days. so then what is the use for jio prime customers. I want you to offer both plans for jio prime customers.

                            I got a message from reliance jio asking me to reduce my outgoing calling time. Else my services will be discontinued.
                            I have purchased a full unlimited plan for my number. And i was never told about any such condition when i recharged my number. I dialled customer care and ask the same he told me i[censored] dont reduce the same u service's will be stopped. I asked for i have bought full unlimited plan and how much time can i call then he had no idea. Just ignored my question and told me not to make more call.
                            I have no idea and dont understand what is the fun of displaying unlimited calling plans if they really arent so. They are cheating people. How can i sort this out please explain. Thankyou

                                Sir we are paying proper plan pice but you are not doing your job. If you are saying the coustemer that you are giving unlimited call, unlimited net we are not setisfide your unlimited calling plan becous if we are going to call any single number at a 3-4 time at day then you give us warning that you stop our outgoing call. Sir, if are not able to fullfill this complaint then i have to port my number any other network.

                                    On 3rd march i had done recharge with 51 where it gives 3g. Without using that i got a message 100% have been consumed from add on pack 51 that too very instant after recharge successful. I checked data usage in my jio app ther i couldn't find any details of that pack as usually it could be ther in my plan details was rest already been ther. So i thought it dididn't added to my account as i got message from you then i approached your customer care (3 times to 3 different people) asked about details when did i used that data they told me that it will take time to update as of now its not been updated.. I took time and and checked the data usage once more then it shows in 3gb data used at a single shot. I shocked to know that because i kept silent after recharge around 3 hours when i took to see my mobile it showing that.. I used it. Here pertaing queries are why i'm not able to see that add on pack in my paln details where it supposed to be infact previous add on plans are there. Second how can it possible to use the data of lump sum 3gb with in 10 minutes duration of my recharge. I checked statement also there also it showing i used 3gb at a time (Because one of your mate told me that to check statement there you can get details when i approached to him through chat). Here im challenging you on that you need to compensate otherwise you would be given a valid reason for that. If you want i'm ready to attach that screen shot also. Dont balme on me all the time (Previously you mates made me in this regard by saying you used data that's why it showing like that (Hd qualities, hotstar etc etc.. But i'm sure i'm not. They repeatedly saying that number of times). Here matter is very simple whether you solve it with solid proof otherwise compensate but don't try to pose questions like never would be come real at instant. Hope you hit back with solution that keep me continue jio as my network in future

                                      You advertise unlimited calls everywhere and discontinue outgoing call by your choice. No information to user about limit how can you advertise unlimited calls say it's limited liars. It's so bad that you people are white liars. If you are limiting for purpose that it's not used for telecommunication purpose than contact to user. And for telecommunication purpose user will have high no. Of outgoing calls to any random numbers not some specific numbers what about that why not include that in your criteria and what is your criteria user should know. As well everyone should know that it's not unlimited it's limited up to your will. I am going to spread this msg everywhere around.

                                        I have recharged a jio number of [protected] of rs448 through upi id on 2nd march 2018 on 3:33pm. Trasaction successful but recharge was not successful. I have paid the amount to merchant-reliance jio having upi reference no.[protected]. I contact to jio customer service they told that in upi transaction the recharge is done by the third party and the third party have not yet send the respective amount to jio for the recharge. So i need the refund from the third party
