Having the same problem as mr. Rohit except with the differance that i used to shut off my mobile in the night and get the message of of 1/ 2 gb, 1 gb data consumption within 30/60 minutes of opening the mobile in the morning without doing any data work. It is happening since yesterday though i am using jio since august 2016. Customer care of no help.
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is all about Slow Speed Internet Connectivity of Jio.
I have compliant about 6 times in the Jio but every time they give me a time domain that they will solve my problem within 45 days, 60 days and now they are asking for 90 days...
And also asking them about the guarantee, they say that their is no confirmation...
I want the justice...

    Problem 1: my internet speed is almost dead from 8 am to 3 pm and 6 pm to 1 am, with my speed mysteriously limited at 50 kbps. There are occasional spurs of 1-2 mbps speed for a few seconds then the 50 kbps is back again, which leads me to suspect that the company is internally restricting the internet speed in my area to cheat consumers of their data. My other sim, airtel 4g, runs at a constant speed of 1 mbps+ all day long, so my device is not the issue. I've tried changing sim slots and other tweaks but nothing works for jio. The internet is almost unusable, discouraging me from further putting my money in jio in the future.

    Problem 2: i tried to raise a service request for the same on their website, but for some reason the website always logs me out whenever i'm typing the problem details or even the submit button disappears (See the attached picture). It works fine everywhere else even if i'm on the site for an hour, but ruthlessly logs me out by automatically refreshing the page as soon as i try to raise a service request.
    And the few times i somehow managed to submit a service request, the records say that 'no service request has been raised in the past 15 days'.

    Chatting with a jio customer care in my jio app is impossible because of the 1g internet speed and the website is completely useless other than for sight seeing, so that leaves me here as the only place to actually try to get something done about it.

    Still no response from the company. Let me see how long they take to respond, for this compliant and Jio's non-responsive stance will be my proof for bigger actions against the company.

      Issue with the network, unable to make a single call, nether able to receive any call due to network issues. Not able to surf the internet as well.
      Can this issue be resolved or my amount be transferred to another jio number?

      Recharged today with 498 amount and really unable to use it anyways, neither with making calls, nor with the internet.

      Kindly help me getting my amount back so that i can select another service provider which has the better network or this network has to be rectified to be used.

      It's time to port your number... There will not be any solution I had also filed complaint with JIO but no resolution.

        I am trying to port out of jio because of very bad network, but jio has blocked sms sent to 1900 in the correct format. My number is [protected] and i have been a jio customer for more than 90 days. I called jiocare twice and they are unable/unwilling to help. I am able to send texts to every other number but 1900 is blocked. I guess i'm not the only one facing this issue. Please help

          Next day they called me and interview was there...
          I answeres all questions and they offered me 2.6 l. And told u have to pay 1400 rs. As a protection money...
          After few days hr aarushi called me wo had taken my interview and told me to submit laptop fees which would be refundable after training... Then i paid 5900 to her...
          Then i got training letter and told to me that contact the trainer...
          And when i talk to him he is demanding 10000 rs for opening bank account...

            I recharged my jio no. [protected] with rs. 449/ on 11.03.2018 at 9.00 am.
            But it is not credited in my a/c. Said amount is deducted from my bank a/c.
            Out going call is not going. Message comes that your balance is low. I tried so many times to your cc but only music runs. I could not contact to your representative.
            So please help in this regards.

              I was trying to call for two days... But no member is receiving... I have a network issue on my ground floor... I m unable to access net.. Its speed is only 01kb per second. It's very unsatisfactory service from you.. Also i'm unable to access google.com, whatsapp voice and video call, facebook, youtube, jio tv... Resolve this issue as soon as possible..

              My mobile was switched off till morning. And when I switched on it watched 3 videos which is not an HD. I played totally 15 minutes ..not even 400 MB but it's saying that I have consumed 100% data ..

                I on dated 5.2.18 recharged my mob no [protected] by jio app and payment by self account number [protected] atm card and amount of rs 399 deducted from my account. Same amount did not received by jio mob company as result by mob did not recharged and same amount did not return to my account till date. I went to jio customer care but they says that there company did not receive such ammount. It's othpg 128722. Please find out mistake.

                  I have recharged my jio sim with 149 from upi,
                  India ideas requested amount : rs.149.
                  I paid through upi no : [protected]@upi
                  Amount deducted from my bank account.

                  Time : 10:25:05

                  Amount is debited but recharge not done,
                  I called to jio customar care, they said recharge process failed,
                  If amount deducted the amount will be returned to you.

                  So, please study the transaction details & please return my money back.

                    I purchased a jio phone for rs.1500/- it worked only for one week. After that it came as generic error. And the display is not working properly. Eventhough i went to the service centre and having warranty they are not repairing or replacing the phone. They are still asking rs.500 for replacing the phone.
                    When a phone is coming under warranty they have to repair or replace. This is not correct. I am very much annoyed on this. Kindly look into the matter

                      For delayed payment for even a day jio charges penalty of rs. 100. However if the payment is not done in a week the serice is disconnected. If the service is going to be disconnected then why jio charges 100/-. They should not charge any penalty and simply disconnect services and connect as when payment is made. They have their own policies and if enquired a standard reply comes that it is the companies policy. No other service provider does...

                      This is to inform you that why outgoing call has been stop in my no [protected] as my plan validity is on 27th april 2018.
                      This is nothing but cheating with the customer because if you have any problem then you should speak with me before stop the service. Secondly your customer service representative informed that i have been using this no fraudly or may be misused. So how you confirm yourself that i am misusing this no.
                      Please do the necessary otherwise i will go to consume forum.

                      Jio network is so weak. It's 4g network but currently speed is slower than a 2g network. And also problem with connecting call.
                      I m from jammu and kashmir keri sector i m facing problem of network i visit to your jio care centre also bt they didnt give me good response and also nt solve my problem please arrange network booster in our area

                        I am using jio phone since february 2018 in laxmi nagar, east delhi. I have to say the network is horrible and the media take too much time to load. Other apps on the phone like jiomusic, jiotv and likewise others also take time to stream. Let alone videos, even the music stops streaming in between and ruins the experience. Please do something to improve the reception.

I'm extremely sorry to inform you that till this date I've not received neither the mobile set nor any information regarding this.                             I tried to recharge on my jiofi number [protected] through myjio app and payment was made via bhim app, two times without any success.in both case money was debited from my bank account and bhim app reported the transaction was successful. Transaction details are furnished below

                            First try: date - 06 mar 2018
                            Transaction id[protected]
                            Payed to - [protected]@icici
                            Amount - ₹349/-

                            Second try: date - 11 mar 2018
                            Transaction id[protected]
                            Payed to - [protected]@icici
                            Amount - ₹349

                            Please take necessary action to refund my money for the above two transactions (₹349 + ₹349 = ₹698/-)

                            Nb: for technical team - the two failed attempts were made from iphone4s (Myjio v 4.0.06). After these fail attempts i tried from another iphonese (Myjio v 4.0.03) and recharge was successfully done.

                              My self pankaj jain and writing this complain against reliance jio infocomm because i taken the jio mobile sim in month of oct 2017 and after that requested for porting from jio to idea many times as i was facing the problem to get jio network at home, office or in local trains.

                              I requested for porting many times after that also tried to log the complain at jio center but they denied taken complain hence i wrote my complain to jio appellate authority but they are also not resolving my porting issue. Even as per there request, i reapplied for porting and shared generated upc number and caf number with them but as per there replied they are could not find my porting request.

                              Looks they are not indent to process my porting request.

                              The complete communication details with appellate authority is attached below for your reference, which also having generated upc numbers and caf number.

                              I would like to request you to help me out for successfully porting my mobile number.

                                I had a corporate jio sim of which i paid rs 500 for recharge at jio store (New plot - jammu) on 04.12.2017 - transection id: co000010dxgh

                                But received a recharge failed message instead but jio store employee ensure that i will get my recharge in couple of minutes so i left but never received any recharge. Next day i revisited the store and this time he ensured that i will and he had forwarded my case to his superiors to which i replied that if recharge failed then refund my money back... To which store employee said that he had already forwarded my case so please have some patience... And he kept on doing this for a month and half making excuses and asking some more time, and ultimately got transferred. So i inquired about it and asked for my refund to which the other store employees handed over me his contact number saying they can not help me more as he got transferred and he was handling my case...

                                So i called him and he again began to make excuses and snapped my phone.

                                So kindly look into the matter. Thank you.

                                  I have been using jio sim card from beginning and i had always suspected that the figure they give for data usage are incorrect. Today, i got a confirmation.

                                  The daily 1 gb limit starts at 2 am. I woke up in morning and had just started seeing my messages and got a message at 5.47 am that 90% of my high speed data was used. I was shocked to see that and before the shock subsided, within one minute, i got another message at 5.48 that 100% data was used.

                                  When i have tried to put forward my grievance on no 198, the answer is "our instrument shows data usage'.in spite of trying to explain the situation, the stereo type answer is the same that the data have been used as per their record.

                                  This is a pure case of cheating and nothing else. Previously, i was using 2 gb data of airtel in my another number and it used to work for almost the entire month.

                                  This was not at all expected from dhirubhai's family.

                                    Hi team... I am staying in ejipura bangalore...20c cross. Earlier network was quite good but from last month jio network has not working properly.. Seems like wastage of sim as speed become lower than 2g even though using 4g network.

                                    I have checked with other users too they also faced same issue. There is no feel of 4g network.. Not able to watch any video also

                                      The network speed of jio 4g is the worst than all other services providers, i try 3 times to contact on customer care on 198, 199 but no one even pick the ph, i waited for several minutes but no one talk to me, my ph was on hold. Is this called 4g network, no it is even worse than 1g, shame on you jio service providers
