This complain is regarding the leaking of my call details by your jio employe. One of my friend told me that he has all information about my calls with whom and about my time duration, i was shocked at that time that company like jio dont have any control over their employes and our data is also not safe. I recharged friends jio prepaid number [protected] with rs1001 for international roaming while he is in uae.
But he not able to receive any roaming services. When i visited jio office they say that roaming not available in dubai. Since that is not possible i requested them to refund my money. They said they e mail the issue to jio infocom and will refund soon. But even after 5 months i didnt receive any reply.

To day on 10th feb18 i got my daily 1 gb internet then at 8 am my internet mb deducted from 1gb to 0mb without my usage of it. After that i complained on jio helpline number and had a harsh experience the jio employee on the call spoke rudely to me without answering me properly i just asked him resaon for the deduction of my internet and he always answered me the timing of the internet used this is not the current solution...

I recharged my jio number on Jan 27, 2018by upi in jio app through [protected]@icici. Amount of rupees 448 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge has not been done yet neither the amount was refunded.

I booked jio 4g mobile worth rs 1500 on my jio mobile no [protected] from my jio app. I made payment of 1500 to [protected]@icici through Bhim UPI . Amount deducted but mobile not booked.
