Dear ram,
I am sorry that you are experiencing network issues.
I tried calling on your alternate number [protected] but the call was busy.
Please try the troubleshooting steps mentioned below to try and fix the issue:
1. Ensure that jio sim is in sim slot 1
2. Ensure that the network mode is lte/gsm/wcdma
3. Airplane/flight mode is off
4. Data routing is done through jio sim
5. Voice service is routed through jio sim
6. Data roaming is switched on
Also ensure that your handset is updated with the latest software version.
Once these settings are intact, you will be able see jio network on your handset and you will be able to make calls seamlessly.
If the issue persists, please help me with the details mentioned below:
1. Numbers you tried calling (Mention 2)
2. Issue date (Not older than 3 days)
3. Issue time (Hh:mm - am/pm)
4. Which handset are you using?
5. Exact address where you are facing this issue (With landmark and pin code)
6. Alternate number to contact you
7. Error message you see on your home screen

I have 02 requirement regarding jio:-
I am use of jio sim and i have atleast 04 jio sim and my residential address is d-80, gali no.4, stya enclave, kirari suleman nagar, delhi-110086 (Near jagriti public school).
1.in this area there are very poor jio network in-house. So it is requested please resolve network issue as soon as possible.
2. I have prebooked jio phone on 24/8/2017, but still date i have not purchased it. Now i want to redeem my jio prebooked amount by purchasing jio phone. My booking no. Is [protected].
