Many times cal jio costemer care but all time disconect my cal. lady exicutive wrong speacking
i am already compaint ishue but still 1 year.not solving problom.

    The bank has debited the amount of recharge which was made through Paytm [UPI ref. No.:[protected]] but my number did not get recharged. If the transaction is successful by jio mobility's side and if I have recharged an unknown wrong number then please let me know that phone number so that I can contact them.

      While taking Jio fiber connections, the sales team promises customers many things like free one month, stb box free etc. But they say it will be applicable only if you take for min 3 to 6 months and will get it at the end of the scheme. After the scheme ends the sales guys disappear and the jio customer care team says no such policy and apologize . In the end cus is squeezed. Good game plan by Jio management. All beware !

        Hi, my name is Ritwi Rai Dutta. I took my Reliance Jio postpaid connection in the month of April 2022 and I surrendered the phone number in the month of September 2022. During the purchase of the sim card Jio associates told me I need to submit Rs. 500 as security deposit and it will be refunded back post disconnection but despite being disconnected they are not refunding my amount which was deposited. And also I have cleared all the dues so I am eligible for the full refund of Rs. 500. My the then phone number was [protected]. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

          MY money has been debited but recharge was not done by jio
          and after that there is no refund done by the both of of the company

            Jio fiber device return, refund issue and delay on response

            Since one month, no one has come to pickup my jio fiber device and still am not getting refund rs. 2300 approx. from jio. If I call jio customer care, they asked me to avilable in home, if I am available in home also no has to come and pickup the device.
            Sale personal, without informing me he has it installed the postpaid connection, that is the first problem. After that he is not picking my call.
            Customer care also escalated...

                I applied for Jio fiber on September 23, 2022, and the business team visited the site the next day and provided all necessary documents/information to them, and payment was successfully completed on the same time. After two fiber installation teams visited the site but did not install the fiber, I tried to call the managers and business team members several times, but they did not pick up the phone, and I tried to message them using WhatsApp, but they did not respond.
                I'm not sure how to contact them, and I'm stuck; I'm not sure who I need to contact to move forward; I tried a complaint through the Jio portal as well but received no response.
                I did not expect this behavior from Jio team members, and while I have several BB options in my area

                    While making purchase of jio set top box. The payment failed twice (1000 +1000)rs. I complained several times to jio customer care but they wantedly close the complaint every time without refunding my money even after sharing my transaction details with them. I emailed them 5 times and they give irrelevant responses. Kindly help me get the refund of 2000rs.

                      In Had raised a request to shifting jio fibre modem in same flat. Engineer promised me that he will come on next day and closed my complaint . Another day again my time was rescheduled . Engineer call me before scheduled time while I was not at my room. Again they hold the complaint. Its the fifth day after complaining and till my complaints are not solved . I am using other communication service provider but I had never faced such a worst experience from they . All the jio engineers are fake with ‘0’ professionalism.

                        I took a join Fiber connection Banglore on 29th of Aug. I faced issue related to speed and complained and no one turned up. On 3rd the complaint number SR00001DMQ9V was raised and closed without any resolution.

                        On 4th again I raised request to terminate the connection which was quoted as "Wrong Sales Committment" and this also got closed on 7th Sep. Request Number for same is SR0000DNHJI.

                        Now, its been more than 15 days since I'm chasing them to provide the advance amount which is close to 7500Rs and not getting
                        any proper response..

                        I had to go through the mental trauma of internet not working as I'm in IT and this is mandatory for us while working from home. Also, I ended up taking another connection because of there incompetence to provide any help.

                        I need the refund as soon as possible.

                          I have requested jio care for shifting of jio setup to different home in the same society or building. I have called them multiple times and also called the local technician who helped me in replacing the jio router. He promised to come and help me fixing the issue. But he never turn up and now he is not picking the call.

                          Issue is 1. Customer care are pathetic and they don’t understand the issue what customer is facing. They disconnect the call at their will.

                          2. No one cares from the backend team to help the customer. No accountability or ownership

                            Got the jio fiber connection few days back . the connection was installed within one day where i requested the personal that if i dont get proper signals in the total area of my house than kindly put more routers for which i will pay . as i am not getting signals throuhout my house hence i am calling the office tollfree numbers any their personal numbers continuously for the last one week but not getting any responce. if this is the type of service is given by such company which is boosting of lot of international investments than it should be accomodating in solving the problems.

                              Last month I have brought a mobile from reliance jio, since one week back suddenly mobile got switched off and not opening again, went to mobile where I brought it (exclusive reliance outlet) they are now saying that it's having mobile problem it will not resolvable and they are refusing to replace the same.

                                I took a jio fiber connection at my home in Ujjain at Rs. 2500/- out of which Rs. 1500/- is refundable once we disconnect the connection and devices are picked up back from home.
                                My account disconnection happened immediately after I logged a service request with them but for device pickup, no one is contacting me and I keep on receiving messages that tried contacting you for device pickup but not able to connect.
                                I contacted support person as well about this issue but unfortunately no resolution provided and closed my request.

                                I don't care if they pick up their devices or not but I want my money back.

                                Please help me to get this done.

                                  My Jio fibre connection was disconnected on 28th August and the device pickup was suppose to happen after 3 days. Nothing happened, complaint 5 times only service request number is given and nothing happens. I have received 5 service request numbers and each time it tracker says that the service is resolved but nothing happens. The technicians calls and says if you take our new connection we will come and take the previous router or else no. What type of spurious service is this? Can this issue be solved?

                                    I – Tarjan Shah - the user of pre-paid Jio fiber plan with number [protected] was facing a problem in Jio Fiber connectivity with frequent discontinuation and raise a complain on[protected] vide service request number SR00001DU6LA. This complain was supposed to addressed by Jio Service Engineer on[protected], which was actually addressed on[protected] at 2:30PM. The Jio Service Engineer did his best, reset and upgrade the router and left with the successful completion of work by advising to replace the router if the problem still continues. The router started working properly for a day and again faced frequent discontinuation from[protected].
                                    I raised a request again on[protected] to replace a router vide service request number SR00001DXI2D. This complain was supposed to addressed by Jio Service Engineer on[protected] at 11AM. The representative visited the site to resolve a complain without a prior call on[protected] at 7PM when the user was not at home.
                                    In the absence o[censored]ser, the representative tried to solve the query and replace the router but seems could not be succeed. He generated another service request number SR00001DYHCD on[protected] which was supposed to addressed on[protected] at 1PM and left the site with disconnected internet services (red light blinking in router).
                                    The new service request SR00001DYHCD had not been addressed as per schedule and no update was shared on[protected] full day. Basis on a call received on[protected] morning at 10AM for Jio Mumbai centralized customer care representative (+[protected], this service request was rescheduled to be attended on[protected] at 11AM.
                                    I once again receive a call asking to depute a service engineer from Jio Mumbai centralized customer care (+[protected] on[protected] at 12:16PM and on asking actual time of service engineer visit, the call was disconnected bluntly after putting on hold.
                                    The service engineer as not visited yet, Jio customer care number ([protected]) are not responding 9 times out of 10. Once able to connect and talk to Vrushali, but she said their system is not responding and she is unable to see my problem in their system and not able to help.
                                    The service engineer visited on 17/09/2022 is not responding my calls. This is really pathetic and mental harassment.

                                      For the last few weeks occasionally the data is getting exhausted in les than 3 hours o[censored]sage.

                                      But what happened today is unbelievable, in just 25 minutes o[censored]sage my 2 GB data got exhausted.

                                      Yesterday also the data got exhausted in just 1 hour o[censored]sage.

                                      Note: There was no updates or downloads that has been taking place; as all auto updates has been stopped.
