I am a jio mobile subscriber ([protected]) in the plan 499. The plan says 1 gb per day and unlimited calls and 100 sms per day.
Since 22/23 january onward, my daily data of 1gb are being consumed without my knowledge. Infact, there was a consumption of 600mb/700mb, in the early morning 5:40 when i was sleeping and was not using my phone or hotspot.
I have called the customer care, all they say is i am using. When i asked let me know which sites i vsisitd that consumed so much data. They say they have no record.
I have all updates in system disables. Changed my hotspot password to safeguard data theft. There is no relief.
Instead of helping me sort out the issue, the jio customer care (198) simply refused to take complaint.
They are not simply interested to listening to issue. Let alone solve.
In fact i mailed my screenshot of history of browsing, phone, recorded voice of customer care person not accepting complaint.
They are not even responding. All they are saying is its technical issue from my end.
This is nothing but a clear cheating and the compay not even ready to listen customer issues.
In the name of 1gb, they are offering 100-200 mb per day.

I fact, right now i received a sms that i used 1gb data, time 1:22pm 3rd feb.
I have used my hotspot for 20 minutes to check my mail.
My sincere request is to look into the issue and help consumers.
