I have installed a jio fiber with JioFiber Order number NO0000M228FJ and JioFiber Voice Number [protected] on 30.06.2022.at the time of installation the executive promises for 150 gb speed and live tv channal etc, he also promise that if the give not the services or i unsatisfied with them than i have uninstall the service with in one month and they will refund me my installation charge 2500/- after that they not given me the speed and live channal and other services so i has raised a request for uninstalla1tion the service on 26.07.2022, the customer care registered the req1uest and ask me that they will be pick up the router and refund the amount till 05.08.2022. on 05.08.2022 i have called to cus1tomer care they again register my complain and ask for refund till next seven days, again i have call to customer care for non refund my money on 13.08.2022 but they not given me satisfied answer.please take the matter and take necessary action. and ask them for refund my money.
