I have taken a connection of Jio fiber for trial in March for a month for which I paid Rs. 1500. After cancellation within 30 days I had to get this security money back. I cancelled the trial within 30 days and after that I received 500 rupees, when I called customer care, all they are saying is remaining 1000 rupees refund is getting initiated. I have already made complaint 4-5 times but getting same response and no refund....

With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that my internet connection is disturbed from last 3 days. I am facing trouble as my most of the work is done online and for that, I need a proper internet connection.
I have already made a complaint but no one took any action upon it. I request you again to send someone from your office to check my connection. I expect a quick response as satisfying your customers should be...

Reliance Jio is digging up the roads in the layout, which is already dug up by the bescom authorities for underground cabling and not tarring it. Trenching work is going on with ditch witch for the past 2 days (12/7/22 and 13/7/22 without considering the sewage connection from houses to the common pipeline. Dear TRAI,
Jio is not providing data Speed like 4G even I rechaged data addition plan. Very worst network in now a months. Please rectify the issues.
I rechaged RS 61 for 6 GB data addition on 5th July 2022. But my plan is expired without using data.

I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 666rs plan
on 6th of july 2022, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but net banking showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.666 is [protected].I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

I connected with Jio to provide internet service in my house, they took 6 months of payment in advance for the internet connection, but were incompetent to give any internet wifi connection. I'm trying very hard to cancel my order with them and for refund. but since 3 days i got more than 30 messages for re-installment / re -appointment for installment.
I have never asked for re appointment and they itself accept that they cant provide...

In my location recent times every day evening jio have network issue i dont know why please solve the issue or otherwise i can change my network...

Recharge successful but not activated. i am Recharged my fiber connection 01.07.22 but they are but not activated my connection....

[protected] this is my registration mobile number on jio fiber connection. Today is 58 days gone of my security fees credited to my account but my installation charge didn't credited. Jiofiber customer care always says same thing your installation charge is Intiated you will wait 7 working days....

I am not able to use jio fiber since 20 days...
