    I Leave in bangalore and im facing horrible network issues with my JIO sim network as the signal goes lost sometimes and not able to make calls properly. This issues are being faced by many JIO customers across india. So, please take my note on high priority and let this reach to JIO company to rectify this network issue asap.

      What the heck is happening I always end up with zero data despite the fact I don't even use that much you guys are just messing up with the customers. Within 10-15 mints all my data just drained super fast as at that time I wasn't even using my phone I just got messages of 100%usage of the data why there is always a wrong data usage information. Why you guys are doing this always giving wrong data usage information

          I recharge my jio no with 666 plan, I got a message your recharge is not successful & amount will be credited in your A/c in 2-3 days. It have been more than 12-13 days passed still it not credited my A/c.I called on their customer care no. they daily give me different answers every days.
          In my bank A/c also reliance jio Citi Bank A/c is credited with respective Amount. I give them all information bank refrence no. related to transaction still problem is not resolved.They didn't care about their customer. very bad customer service.

              Hello Jio Team,

              I had Requested for your broadband service in Bhestan, Surat Gujarat Area, I have communicated with Jio Service provider of Bhestan and the authorise person visited my place (where I want to install Jio Fiber) and person stated the charges to me & I Agree to it and ask to start work and provide me connection.

              On 12th August person came to visit & leave without doing anything. From that day till today 23rd August I did not get my connection & also on complaining to department/office No
              Person reporting or doing anything, If I try to contact them directly they just say will look tommorrow and delaying dates.
              I have business to Run & without internet it difficult. Please do share my complaint to direct authorities or else i have to
              bond up with other providers

                Today 23/08/2022 at 12:26 PM I got a call from [protected] (Farakka Jio Office) West Bengal. and the person Continuously threatening me 7 Misbehave that if Im not Recharge my Jio Number then they will Discontinue all my Jio Number .

                Please look into the matter

                  I had a DnD issue in my jio phone# 78**5***79, I called customer service through 198, I have a recording of 1:08 hours, where I held for a customer service agent to answer the call, but no one did, this happened on Aug 22 22.

                  The agent I spoke with earlier did not fix the issue and wasn't ready to transfer the call to supervisor. This is not the first time a Jio agent said he/she has tech issue to transfer, I have called jio complaints about 10-15 times, and none of those instances gave me an opportunity to talk to a supervisor.

                  The agent I spoke with claims he can be rude to a jio user and jio will do nothing about it. I have the recording if you need. He said his name is 'Rahul Raja' His accent felt like he learnt english in Kerala.

                    We recharged for international roaming for our old aged parents to travel to Europe. Even after mentioning the correct requirement of the subscription required as per their travel we were misguided and asked to pay for the subscription . We paid Rs 1200 and recharged and still did not get any service while they were travelling . They had to suffer a lot in an unknown country due to Jio negligence and misguidance.
                    When we tried to contact the customer care, there was no response. The number is chargeable and still the customer care executives do not talk properly. They keep ignoring the conversations and disconnect the call rudely. Even after calling them several times, there is no good response.
                    Posted a complaint on the JIO app also but still nobody cares to even give a call back . Highly frustrated with all this situation happening with old aged parents.

                    Desired resolution : A full refund of the paid amount (Rs 1200) and a call back to the client number ([protected])

                      This in regards to my postpaid number of jio. I have been with jio for almost. 3yrs now. However, I'm facing a problem with network connection since the time I moved to this new place.

                      Inspite of raising the concern since 3 months. i was told it would be rectified and resolved in 15 days. Still the issue remains same
                      1. Even though the signal is 4. Not able to make calls or receive

                        I have installed a jio fiber with JioFiber Order number NO0000M228FJ and JioFiber Voice Number [protected] on 30.06.2022.at the time of installation the executive promises for 150 gb speed and live tv channal etc, he also promise that if the give not the services or i unsatisfied with them than i have uninstall the service with in one month and they will refund me my installation charge 2500/- after that they not given me the speed and live channal and other services so i has raised a request for uninstalla1tion the service on 26.07.2022, the customer care registered the req1uest and ask me that they will be pick up the router and refund the amount till 05.08.2022. on 05.08.2022 i have called to cus1tomer care they again register my complain and ask for refund till next seven days, again i have call to customer care for non refund my money on 13.08.2022 but they not given me satisfied answer.please take the matter and take necessary action. and ask them for refund my money.

                          I had opted for a trial connection of jio fibre on 26/04/2022 and paid a deposit of Rs.1500/- for Jio fibre no.[protected] on 25/05/2022 i called your person to make the trail connection permanent, i was made to understand that the trial and permanent connections are different that the deposit amount for trail connection will be refunded and i made a payment of Rs.1970.82 for making it permanent, later i was surprised that i paid for a totally new connection. I on the same day called your customer care and asked for this connection to be disconnected (SR00001B6SSK) and to restore the old connection. This was done. As the process was done i called and asked about the refund status i was told they will make a refund of 500/- which is security deposit, The recharge amount of Rs.470.82 and installation charges of Rs.1000.00 cannot be refunded.

                          I request you to refund the total amount of Rs.1470.82 as it is not my fault for being misguided by jio salesperson and I have not used the same .

                              I have recharged a 4G data voucher with 181 rupees but the internet facility Is not activated. I tried to contact customer care and they were such irresponsible with my call and disconnected in between. and later tried to contact 19914 to activate the upcoming plan they are saying I don't have any plans in the queue. in MY jio app, I can see the plan in the upcoming but do not have any option to activate it. kindly help me to do this it an office time and I am wasting it due to such irresponsible activity by this network provider.

                                18 aug, i was updating my Albion online game, which is 2gb update, i had initially 900 mb daily plus 900mb from 2 g add-ons plus one more addon 2gb data plus 1gb addon, they literally charged everything but my update is not even 70% finished, do you think we are fools, i want my data refund, stop scamming our money

                                  We have recharged JIO Fiber router on 13/08/2022 but router is not working till date . We have call on customer care number of JIO services they always said, we are sending service engineer for router maintenance but till now no engineer has come and they are rescheduled appointment again and again on next day without any prior request or confimation. JIO will expire our recharge on next 13/09/2022 so in that condition from recharge date we have not used JIO fiber services so how we compensate those days when JIO service is not working.

                                      Hi Sir/Madam,

                                      I have taken Jio Fiber net connection on 22nd July 2022.
                                      As promised I am supposed to amazon Prime member ship, but Jio Sales Person has acivated in his number(as confirmed by Amazon). This sales person has given false promises also and has cheated me with JIO subscription.

                                      Further I have raised this concern with Jio Customer care 22 days back and even after 22 day I have not got any resolution, even I have raised this with Jio Appellate via mail and following up from 15 days still I dont have any resolution.

                                      I have call recording and mail proof on above mentioned points.

                                      I am harassed both financially and mentally by Jio by giving false promises and cheating
