Whenever my 1 gb data exhausts it stops at 6.14kb remaining, now i have a 5gb additional data through a voucher that never activates due to those 6.14 kb, i called costomer care and they say use the remaining 0.01mb left and the 5gb pack will activate, but i switch to low speed at 6.14kb remaining and am not able to use that 5gb pack. Costomer care is not helping any more....

Yesterday my 4g dat got exhausted hence i recharged my phone with plan of 153. I received mail saying my recharge is successful and data is renewed and i have 0.5gb per day till 2nd jan 2018. So as i was travelling this morning, i had made recharge yesterday and after confirmation messages of recharge i stopped using data. My jio no. [protected] aur is number par 2 data add on pack activated hai. Ek 5gb jiski val. 2 feb 2018 and 10 gb jiski validity 16 dec 2017 hai. Issue ye hai ki daily limit puri ho jane ke baad 5 gb add-on me se data use hone lagta hai jiski validity jyada hai lekin ye customer ke hit me nhi hai.. I was a post paid reliance jio prime customer. I have paid rs 399 for availing services for 70 days /also paid for summer offer scheme however they have additionally charging 309 per month in their billing, hence i feel all scheme by jio in substance to cheat post paid customer.
How can they charges for two different services where as i am availing only one service.

The balance in data plan gets exhausted immediately on renewal every 24 hours of my newly activated sim even though i don't use it. I have informed over phone as well as in the form form of written complaint to [protected]@jio.com. However, the problem is not yet solved. I have also sent the screen shot over mail but to no avail. The matter may be looked into....

Have recharge my jio no. [protected] on 02 sep 2017 but the jio company not activate my number, i was unable to call message and use internet. I register a complain (No. Sr00000ctzwy) on jio call center and they told me your complain will resolve within 48 hours but it was not resolved at all even after 6 to 7 days.

I am a retailar. I was recharge of 399 rs but by mistake i done 999 rs.
Maine apne jio office me baat karke wrong recharge msg customer k phone se kar diya within 45 minuts. Meri complaint register ho gai lekin reply msg aaya ki aapne 120 minuts me ye process nahi kiya isliye recharge reverse nahi hoga. Sir mere pass msg hai rechage karne k time ka or wrong recharge ko vapas lene ka.

Jio is good, or should i say was. Har bar price bad rhe h recharge k or din km ho rhe hai loot lo puri tarah customer ko salo me ab recharge ni karunga or dosto se b bolunga ke jio band karo use karna tab wapas okaat me aayegi (309 me 90 din the 84 kar diye fir 399 me 84 din kar die ab 459 me 84 din kar die had hoti h bakchodi ki) i'm going to port my jio no. I have purchased jiofi 4g voice device and i have subscribed for a prepaid plan of rs. 399. As per the terms of this plan, i am supposed to get 1 gb data per day at high speed. As i purchased new jio mobile and its not charged due to software problem and also charger problrm. I approch to castomer care from satara for replacement of charger. They stand me for 2days to replace a charger. And still not feedback clearly. I want to go further by taking this complain as i officially forwording this content. I requested to you refund my rs 499 against port of my idea postpaid to jio postpaid no but did not port my no because time period within 90 days. Idea rejected the clearance. Therefore as per policy did not portability possible within period.

I recharged my jio prepaid number with international roaming while in usa. But i am not able to receive any roaming services. When i called jio customer support they say that i need to be in jio network while doing recharge. Since that is not possible i requested them to refund my money because the recharge pack would expire in another 22 days and i would lose money.
However they say that money cannot be refunded. This is cheating...
