    All my incoming and outgoing calls are having a problem of one way communication.

    When i call or i receive a call, i can hear the other person voice but they cannot hear my voice.

    I have raised this issues many times but no resolution.

    Also everything is correct from my end. I have correct setting in my phone and my phone is updated to latest software and work perfect with other network provider.

    I have been missing many calls and it's a shame and embarrassing when some one important person like the call from company or business calls comes and i was not able to communicate. It's creating a loss and bad reputation because of poor quality network of jio.

    I requested jio to allow me to port out to my previous network provider but jio is not allowing me to port out by saying i have to forcing me to saty for 90 days.

    I ported to jio 40 day back. I have been facing problem since day one.

    I cannot stay for 90 days, i am missing all my important calls.

    Jio is not solving my issues and they are forcing me to saty on jio network. It's a torture and humiliation to me. So please help me in porting out from jio.

In message additional information is give to mi that recharge of rs199 is only applicable for redmi 5a device but my device is of Lenovo..

        Dear sir/madam

        As your jio network has assured to give triple cashback to the recharge of 399 or above, i had recharged 399 recharge voucher to my jio number [protected] on 24 december 2017. But cash back is not shown in voucher and coupon of my jio application. Now my complaint is why the cashback is not returned. Is the advertisement befooling jio customers?

          I am complaining this issue so that connection of reliance jio will be resolved in our area. Even after complaining several time i am not able to get solution they say we need 90 days and at the end of 90 days again they are doing the same we are not able to get resolution this problem is reported since janaury 2017.
          No acton seems to have taken sofar in area pin 821307, katar, dehri on sone, rohatas, bihar

            I had recharged the amount 459/- transaction reference number lsbi[protected]igacpdgny3 in my mobile number [protected] yesterday (24/12/2017) at near about 10:35 pm through my jio app. Amount 459/- had been deducted from my sbi bank account, but it was shown that the recharge is not successful.
            In this circumstances kindly recharge the amount on my number otherwise credit the said amount in my bank account.

              I have done the recharge of 459 rupees from my jio app in which rs. 50 i got voucher and remaining rs. 409 paid with the help of paytm upi and money gets deducted from my account for the same. But recharge for jio number is not getting reflected. So kindly refund the same amount as it has been declined by the myjio app. It is linked with icici bank thats why asking help from icici bank

                I had pre booked for jio phone by paying rs.500.00. But due to the jio number (Non usage and inactive) cancelled by jio in the meantime, i am unable to get the phone and company is not refunding my rs.500.00. I have mailed to jio care several time and got same general reply everytime. Pl help to resolve the issue by arranging me the refund of rs.500.00. I am enclosing here with below the chain of mails exchanged between jio care.

                Please do not take customer for granted with this level of very poor customer service. I am asking my very own money back for which you have failed to provide any service.

                  I am already recharge 84 days pack in jio sim.in which all 45 days left. My outgoing call was barred. Customer care was told you create a call volains. They said that on a number you have made a lots of call due to your call has been stopped. And they said that if you volains the call, that's why your outgoing call are barred. So you guys explain to me that i called my
                  Personal number. How to miss use.
                  I did not use it for any business purpose. If i recharge unlimited plan for 84 days so why i am recharge within validation. So kindly check my account or call details or please unbarred my outgoing call. Already 44 days left my validity. I am always call my personal number so guys how to create call volains. Please do needful help.

                    This is clearly a case of product service theft and violation of cellular consumption norms wherein i'm one of the most unfortunate customer of jio who was simply denied for service by your supervisor ravi kumar on 12:40 pm today in the name of work flow. Prior to that, i was promised a call back by your floor manager saumya no later than 2:00 pm last day and got the call back from zaiba, the floor supervisor at 3:00 pm that did not provide me any resolution.
                    It's been more than 2 days and i have spoken multiple supervisors and managers and yet i've not got any resolution neither any response. My data got exhausted without using it. I complained about it for 19th and 20th and it has been taken so lightly that they say that as per app it is correct and don't even try to pay attention what customer has to say. I have not been given any ticket number and not sure if anyone has escalated this issue or not. They don't call back and they don't come on phone either when i ask your representatives to transfer the call to supervisor.
                    This is the worst customer service i have seen. I am going to share this email to social media and also i am going to tell everyone how pathetic your customer service and your system is.

                        We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of biharipur village and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

                        Our complaint is specific that, one mr. Dabbu s/o late samae ram resident of biharipur village – had licensed his premises to mobile company for installation of mobile tower in midst of residential area of biharipur village.

                        When villager, came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the said mr. Dabbu for termination of leave and license agreement and stoppage of installation of mobile tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said mobile tower upon the human body and also shown him report of deccan chronicle & various reports.

                        As you know that, mobile tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said mobile tower on their building. Hence, the said mobile company (Realiance jio) choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

                        As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

                        We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above house in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

                          1st this number was converted to post paid without my consent.
                          2nd now its inactive due to bill not payment.

                          Even though i have made recharges as below :

                          Now jio app is showing unbilled 0.29.

                          I called customer care they told to visit jio store.

                          I went to jio store they told me to visit jio center.

                          I went to jio center they told me there is no refund process in jio and you go to jio store and bill pay which your plan, they no solution sowing JIO wallet amount 309 and 21, how to use it .

                          So please look into this matter.

                            My internet all of a sudden disconnected as because of validity period is over. So i was trying to make recharge but they said i have 21 rs overdue so have to make that payment first. I made payment. Then recharge 509 rs through jio portal after login. Then they said you have.29 rs pending. I made made payment of rs 1. So far i have made payment of rs 1, 20, 509, but even after 4 days my net is not connecting. I made complain through online portal. After 2 days i get a call from customer service. They instruct me to go to reliance store. I went there they said they can't help this problem.
                            I want my money back.

                              I am using postpaid card of jio having number [protected]. I started plan of rs 399 in the month of september which was for 3 months pack. I also credited deposit of rs. 400 for this postpaid plan. But after end of 3 months jio has raised bill of rs. 813 for last 3 months usage. What the hell company is doing? Totally cheating with customers. When i already started plan of rs. 399 for 3 months then for what this bill is raised? I have started this plan from jio care office only. I want full refund of my deposit money as well as rs. 813 asked in bill.

                                I m jio customer in my area there is network problem because of that i can’t able to call anybody and not able to use the internet also if some one call the call drop will happen every time. When ever i complain to jio customer service they just give me only one solution that you need to wait 90 days as we installing new site.
                                Now you imagine as a customer without phone network how would you able to servive 90 days. I already done my recharge and that is now none o[censored]se and my work is also on stake.

                                  It to submit that I performed the transaction through BHIM App vide Transaction ID[protected] dated 17.12.2017 to recharge Rs 459 on No. [protected] the amount is debited from my account but recharge not done till date. I had raised the issue with Central Bank of India but they told that since the transaction is successful and ask to merchant (Rel Jio)
                                  for reversal. In this connection please do needful & return money immediately.

                                    Hi. I am an avid customer of jio with it's 5 numbers being used in my household. For the past 4 weeks, the internet connection has been extremely poor with speeds not exceeding 25 kbps on average. I have even tested the connection for 2 of my numbers through netvelocity app and it has confirmed that the net connection is extremely poor. I have the screenshots with me and will like to share the same with you for your ready reference. Kindly solve this issue because it feels like i have been cheated by jio for being loyal to it since it's advent in the indian market. I did not expect this especially when i have recharged for 84 to 90 days on my numbers. The numbers are [protected] & [protected].

                                      I have been experiencing incorrect data balance in regular intervals now and i have already tried contacting costumer care through their customer care option available in the jio application, but they did not provide me with enough details. All they did was copy pasting some regular answers to me which were not useful to address my complaints. I have been noticing this problem for a long time now because data usage in my phone shows very much less than what they are showing in the myjio application. Please do the needful
