I I had opted for a trial connection of jio fibre on 26/04/2022 and paid a deposit of Rs.1500/- for Jio fibre no.[protected] on 25/05/2022 i called your person to make the trail connection permanent, i was made to understand that the trial and permanent connections are different that the deposit amount for trail connection will be refunded and i made a payment of Rs.1970.82 for making it permanent, later i was surprised that i paid for a totally new connection. I on the same day called your customer care and asked for this connection to be disconnected (SR00001B6SSK) and to restore the old connection. This was done. As the process was done i called and asked about the refund status i was told they will make a refund of 1500/- which is deposit and installation charges, The recharge amount of Rs.470.82 cannot be refunded.

I request you to refund the total amount of Rs.1970.82 as it is not my fault for being misguided by your person and I have not used the same to verify it in your system.

    I have recharged a 4G data voucher with 181 rupees but the internet facility Is not activated. I tried to contact customer care and they were such irresponsible with my call and disconnected in between. and later tried to contact 19914 to activate the upcoming plan they are saying I don't have any plans in the queue. in MY jio app, I can see the plan in the upcoming but do not have any option to activate it. kindly help me to do this it an office time and I am wasting it due to such irresponsible activity by this network provider.

      18 aug, i was updating my Albion online game, which is 2gb update, i had initially 900 mb daily plus 900mb from 2 g add-ons plus one more addon 2gb data plus 1gb addon, they literally charged everything but my update is not even 70% finished, do you think we are fools, i want my data refund, stop scamming our money

        We have recharged JIO Fiber router on 13/08/2022 but router is not working till date . We have call on customer care number of JIO services they always said, we are sending service engineer for router maintenance but till now no engineer has come and they are rescheduled appointment again and again on next day without any prior request or confimation. JIO will expire our recharge on next 13/09/2022 so in that condition from recharge date we have not used JIO fiber services so how we compensate those days when JIO service is not working.

            Hi Sir/Madam,

            I have taken Jio Fiber net connection on 22nd July 2022.
            As promised I am supposed to amazon Prime member ship, but Jio Sales Person has acivated in his number(as confirmed by Amazon). This sales person has given false promises also and has cheated me with JIO subscription.

            Further I have raised this concern with Jio Customer care 22 days back and even after 22 day I have not got any resolution, even I have raised this with Jio Appellate via mail and following up from 15 days still I dont have any resolution.

            I have call recording and mail proof on above mentioned points.

            I am harassed both financially and mentally by Jio by giving false promises and cheating

              CESC was working in our area due to which there has been issue with both my jio fibre connections since 11.08.2022. one was resolved after continuously persuing them for two days on 20.08.2022, the other one still being in the same condition for 5 days now. The service guy came and told me previously it was done in "long wiring", which they cannot fix and they fixed "one of the connection" in the same way. They are extremely rude and continuously arguing when I am asking for resolution and denying to fix the connection. My plan is active and I am being charged monthly for the same.

                Hi Team,

                there is a jio pole installed near our house which is disturbing us to get our vehicles in our garrage, its installed in middle of the lane, hence requesitng team to shift it little bit far, just 2 meters far from the same location.

                  It has been around a month now since I have cancelled my jio Fiber connection and initially i was getting messages from jio that a jio engineer will com and collect the router but no one came. Then i tried calling them several times and they kept booking the dates for collection but it never happened. This has been going on for a long time now and because of this i can not even get my refund.

                        I am having a Jio Fiber connection since 2020 September.
                        I recharged with my normal plan on 6th August, but the router was not able to connect to the internet, and red light was blinking, even after trying all the possible ways from my side.

                        After this I raised a complaint in the MyJio and it was told that an Engineer will visit the next day, but nobody showed up, and these guys made the request as resolved by themselves.

                        I again raised the request and talked to consumer care, but again I'm not getting a confirmation from anyone or being contacted by anyone.

                          After I have been failing to recharge [protected] mobile no since 90 days . The no is given to an unknown person and not used by me anymore. I am not responsible any kind of activity associated by using the mobile no. Jio is the full responsible for leaking sensitive information to an unknown person.
                          I draw kind attention of privacy policy makers to take measures against JIO.

                            We have on 18 th June 2022 on line through SBI Yonolite made payment of Rs.2399 towards recharge plan of Jio.Our account is debited on the same date n Oxigen services account credited . However jio did not activated the plan.They said we have not received the amount . They told contact banker . After taking with the banker they have resolved issue saying Id successfully processed to your merchant.Under circumstances we have taken up with jio services through email.We are vigorously following up with SBI, Jio care, Oxigen services but invain.
                            We therefore once again request you to refund Rs.2399 immediately to avoid further action.

                              Hello,
                              I would like to escalate about my jio fiber connection and I am forced to cancel the jio fiber because of pathetic service and sales persons. Below are the reason

                              - yesterday my jio connection got disconnected and i have raised with a complaint # SR00001CGIYI and a service person came and said "this cannot be rectified as it is because of cable disconnected issue.and he said there are no technical staff to resolve this issue" this shows jio has technical incompatibility.

                              -he looped his manager and he asked to cancell the jio connection as they cannot resolve this issue. This shows managers incompatibility.

                              I would like to take an serious action against this incompatibility team.

                              Also i have recharged my jio fiber connection till next month 25th as i believe that i would continue this connection but i have been forced to cancel the connection. I am sending continues complaint with jio but no action taken on my cancellation & refund

                                My phone number is [protected] jio. The data of this phone is altered by my anonymous enemy, they block many important sites at important time to make me loss. I am a trader and blocking of specific website at important time for 10-15 minute at intervals of 5 to 10 minutes is extremely hurtful. The internet speed is okay and there is no problem in concerned website also. These websites works nonstop in my friend phone/PC. I request jio higher officials to probe into this find whether loophole and correct it. Also if possible then make me find out that who is doing that so i can file a FIR against them. I also suspect that this phone has been cloned. So i request jio team to take a probe into .

                                  On 5th August 2022 I recharged my Jio number with the Rs 249 plan - 23 days validity and 2 GB data per day. Recharge was done via googlepay

                                  I even got message from Jio confirming that my recharge was successful.

                                  However it has been more than 8 hours and I still don't have internet . The Rs 249 plan hasn't been activated on my phone.

                                      Jio executives have installed Jio equipments in my garden without my permission. They continuously harrass us by coming inside premises. I have submitted complaint (SR00001CMWPQ) regarding this to Appellate authority and Jio Fiber Care but the service request was closed without providing any information and without resolving issue. I have visited Jio Fiber office at Cosmos Mall, Ujjain but the executive there misbehaved with me and asked me to take legal action. Such unprofessional behaviour of Jio employees. My complaint is not resolved yet.
