Imran, the delivery guy from : reliance dx mini, wheeler road, cox town
Contacted me on 31st october, tuesday at 2 p. M. And asked me for otp on call. I hadn't received any details about the person delivering the order on mail or on phone and it was clearly written on the otp message, not to share in on phone, i got suspicious.

He said that he wanted the otp to generate the bill. And he won't come for the delivery until the otp is provided on phone.

I spoke to anil, from the customer care department and gave him the entire details (Including phone number) of the delivery guy. He advised me not to share the otp, as according to him it was a fraud call.

In the evening on the same day, i got a call from imran, who said that he was coming or the delivery in an hour. He came and handed me the device but he didn't have the bill. On the jio app, he entered one 3 digit and one 2 digit number, and said that otp has expired and cancelled.

When i called up anil, from customer care, he asked me to collect the device and assured me that the soft copy and the hard copy will be sent to me as soon as possible. He talked to the delivery guy imran, and he refused to handover the device without the otp as the iphone won't show on their inventory this way. This entire discussion went on for more than an hour and the final conclusion was that the order will be resent to me within two days along with the bill.

The next morning (1st november) i received a message from jio, saying that the delivery will be completed by 2nd november.

I called up later in the morning to know that the order has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded in 3-10 days. The amount hasn't been refunded yet.

I need an explanation for the following :
1) why did the delivery guy ask the otp on phone?
2) why didn't i have the details of the delivery guy and a tracking id sent on my mail before he contacted me.
3) why did the customer representative not have the details of the delivery guy and delivery store, when he classified him as fraud?

Compensation should be provided for the following :
1) interest i could have earned for the time the money was in the bank till the time it is refunded, as it is not me who has cancelled the order.
2) trauma caused by fake intimation of identity theft, when they classified the delivery guy as fraud.
3) 10 hours wasted on call/with the delivery guy without the product being delivered.

    I'm not going to buy your future phone bcz u all cheating d common people's. U all not telling about all rules & regulations before booking. Take my 2 vouchers 1000.00 rs & enjoy..     I have already gave complaint. Still voice message and sms sent as if my phone is ready, whereas your store repeatedly stating that scanning not functioning.

      Hello sir,

      I am facing problem for network in my area from last 4 months. I complain jio customer care for resolve my problem on 31-july-2017, and after two days, they reply me that i have to wait for 90 days because there is tower construction in your area. Yesterday 90 days are completed. But still i am getting that same problem.

      When i again complain for this problem they again say that you have to wait again 90 days.

      I pay 399 rs for internet data and i got 30 kb/s speed of internet. So sir please help me for my problem.

        Hi,

        I will make sure me, my family and my closest will not go for jio service after this experience.

        My name is prabhakar. I have booked my jio phone and the number from i booked jio phone using 70344596.

        10 days back itself, i have also the msg to pick up the jio phone. And i have also visited the shop for more than 10 times after receiving the msg. But there is no response. I have not yet got my phone. Travelling to shop cost more than phone price. I am exhausted and frustrated.

        Please return my money.
        And i will make sure me, my family and my closest will not go for jio service.

        Jio is fake. It's website is not working. I have tried to submit my feedback on jio site but it is not working.

        I have recharge of 399/- on 31.10.2017 through mobikwik wallet, but recharge successfull on wrong Jio Number. The mobile is switched off. what can I do?

          On pre-booking of jio mobile due to system crash when booking is on from
          My accounts three times rs 500 was deducted but actual was for one mobile
          And several time checking with reliance digital nobody is having idea to cancelled and today when i have called up customer care they informed me that cancellation is not possible so have already taken one mobile of jio and

            I have recharged my friend's jio number with rupees 399 and the same amount was deducted from my bank account... But i received the message that the transaction failed and the money which have been deducted will be refunded within 7 9 working days... It has been more than 15 days now but my amount of rupees 399 has not refunded and the jio customer care number isn't reachable

            I have recharged jio number via phonepe and rupees 399 were deducted from my account. My 399 rupees isn't refunded yet according to the message which i received that it will be refunded within 7 9 working days...it has been more than 15 days

              I have purchased a new jio phone under scheme rs.1500/- on 31.10.2017 from a jio distributor (New janapriya stores, 119, a. P. C. Road, kolkata - 700 009, mr. Gopal, m:[protected] / [protected], dnbasak. [protected]@gmail.com) & paid rs.153/- for recharge.

              I have asked for purchase invoice but distributors is not ready to provide any invoice for such purchase and he said there is no any provision provided by jio itself.

              In this circumstances, if i go service center for any kind of repairing or return the phone with in 36 months with following criteria s of jio (With in 12 months, 12 months to 24 months & 24 months to 36 months), i shall be unable to produce the invoice.

              Moreover i have talked to jio customer care from joi number [protected] on 01.11.17 and they advice me to take phone box to service center and with a new solution that jio will automatically get the information "when my new sim was activated". My question is that is there is any connection between sim activation and purchase of phone.

              Is it justified that purchasing a phone without any invoice and how should i prove when i purchased the same?

              You are requested to please into the matter and try to provide me an invoice.

                I was playing kbc on my jeo number [protected]. Suddenly blocked the jio chat app from my phone. I have recharge of 309 and 399 within three days but cant play the game now. I have tried many times but not success again. I cant see my score also on my phone. I went to jeo counters also many times they also unable to start my jio app. When i was playing the game there was a note that my score is maintaining by jeo. But nothing there now. Please solve my problem or any satisfaction. I have blind faith in jeo service but i think i was wrong. This is a type of lost of faith on jeo. Kindly manage.

                      Hey, i saw ad of 999/- with unlimited data with unlimited validity, but now it says its for just 90 days which i can get at 399/-. I need a refund i dont want your services. Jio has very poor servicing low customer care they dont care about their customers evn spoke with customer care they dont even care and dont know what they are responding to customers.                         I reacharged on 15th october 2017 of 399 since then when i call sound comes your record is temperarily blocked please recharged imidiatel and call is not complete on 27 october i complaned in consumer care they took time of 48 hours to correct it. but it not happens again i did complain on 29th october.then then took time on 24 hours.but coudnt solved then consumer care told me to complane higher authority.

                          I booked jio phone, on received massage from your site, i contacted near by service centre at jodhpur, he asked to me for visit tomorrow, then i reached next day, he talked me, stock is finished, visit tomorrow, them again i reached following day, again he asked wait for two hours, naw this time stand at service centre, but i think today shall go back without phone.                             I had booked a jio phone on 24th august with rs. 500 as booking amount. During booking it was not said anywhere that i cannot cancel the order. It's more than 2 months and i have already purchased other phone. But they are not cancelling my order and are not even refunding my booking amount rs. 500. When mailed they reply same copy paste sentences.

                              I have two mobile numbers of jio 1) [protected] and 2) [protected].
                              In both cases i have similar problem.
                              The problem is regarding the benefit not received for the recharge done of rs149/- through successful payment through paytm.

                              The transaction references are as follows:
                              For [protected]:
                              Jmjiopay message dated 18 march 2017 having successful recharge and have transaction id: [protected].
                              The paytm transaction id : [protected] and order id is [protected] dated 18 march 2017 and operator reference number given by paytm is [protected]
                              Jio service request provided by appealate officer is sr00000dsmyu

                              For [protected]:
                              Jmjiopay message dated 21 march 2017 having successful recharge and have transaction id: [protected].
                              The paytm transaction id : [protected] and order id is [protected] dated 21 march 2017 and operator reference number given by paytm is [protected].
                              Jio service request provided by appellate officer is sr00000dsm6j.

                              Both jio and paytm are rigid on their statement, they are not communicating with each other to resolve matter of recharge.

                              Jio says they don't have record of recharge through paytm.
                              Paytm and my self have record of successful recharge.
                              Every time when i request them to communicate with each other to resolve matter they only give thier old statements.

                              Due to this i am suffering.
                              I request you to please intervene to bring them at same platform to bring solution. If they can't cooperate with each other then why they are doing business with each other and making customers their victim.

                              My experience with Reliance is very poor as their Customer Support Service, treatment to customer, resolution of issues and repayment or refund due to their mistake is very poor.

                                In kalpakkam township we are around 30, 000 people are working for atomic energy to give power to all needy indians. I have purchased a jio sim for regular use. Luckely it is not working properly in kalpakkam area, due poor /weak signal facility provided in the that region.

                                  I have placed order of 1 jio phone during aug, 2017 and at last i got information to receive the phone on 28.10.2017. On contacting the nearest store at door no.[protected], tiruchy road, ramanathapuram, coimbatore, tamilnadu, i have been asked to stand for 75 min in the store only for the reason that scanning of store phone box is not working, even after two otp obtained for my order. Later i attended the store on consecutive 3 days, the same reply was given. They asked me not to visit the store daily and obtained my contact number in a register. But still i am receiving voice recorded call stating that my phone is ready for delivery. Either advise your store to deliver the goods or stop sending phone calls stating that phone is ready.

                                    From the date 25/10/2017 internet connection is big problem. Can you resolve it. Mostly data connection are nil and web page expired.

                                        I have gone to the Jio store in C5 block Yamuna vihar for sim replacement about 4-5 times and they are not replacing the sim and misbehaving. Please someone help me to replace my sim. My contact number is [protected].
