I am on a prepaid plan whereby i am entitled to 2 gigabytes of high speed internet everyday. But lately i have only been able to tap into lower speeds throughout the day. I use the sim card with a jio dongle. The problem has persisted for over 10 days now despite recently recharging my plan too. It is a great inconvenience. Please fix it....

Reiance jio is showing fake data usage. I've a connection with daily 1gb data limit. It starts with good speed in the morning but after about 1 hour of browsing or so, it says 1gb limit is over. My internet service was cut off for about 3 months due to which i have to incur not only the loss of money (Recharge amount) but also suffered at work front. A communication gap was created. Internet service which is one of the most powerful things we the common people have was taken away from us without any prior notification. I booked a jio lyf smart phone number [protected], emei number [protected] and got today from digital express, shop number 5, ground floor, matto shri complex, maharaja chowk, mukta nagar, durg 491001 c. G.. After few hours it is automatically hanged and got paused. The welcome screen jio only showing on its screen and not working anything. I am attaching 2 photos of mobile.
