I want to inform that on yesterday, i have tried to book jio phone, rs 500 has been deducted from my pnb account. And the phone booking order failed. So, it is request from jio team to refund my money as soon as possible.

Below are detail of my complain:

Dear sir/mam
I am abhishek singh, i booked jio phone and pay 500 balance through paytm.
Paytm shows balance has been succesfully deducted but jio phone payment site (www.billdesk.com) shows transaction has been failed.

I also do not get help from paytm 24x7 service. Paytm customer help employee is so busy that they are not able to resolve their customer problem.

My money has been gone ' i don't...

I have booked jio free phone from number [protected] but no sms or voucher number received on booking and no proper answere received...

I have ported my no.[protected] to jio from idea.
After activation it has never worked properly amd calls are not going thro.
The lyf mobile i bought from reliance is also a utter waste. I am waiting for the 3 months period to end so that i will switch over to airtel.
There is a proverb in tamil "sontha kaasila soonium vachikarathu" is the right one for joining jio.
I have never experienced a worst service in...

I had booked the jio phone and made the payment through paytm. Amount was successfully deducted of rs.500 from my paytm wallet.
But there was a notification from jio that the transaction failed... I didn't get any order status and not any confirmation msg.. Than why my money deducted.

Provide me order id or refund my money......

I have booked jio phone and paid 500 Rs from bank of maharastra debit card but transaction failed. So, I thought it's a server error. But after some time I get the mail of deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But I haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from Jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.

Yesterday i booked a jiophone and made payment by debit card. The payment was a success and 500rs. Was debited. My transaction id is - fv0000019rsg and txn# ju[protected]. No confirmation message was recieved on my phone and also there is no jio phone voucher shown on page. Iregistered with mobile no. [protected]. I have tried to book the jio phone and made the payment through paytm. Money was successfully deducted of rs.500 from my paytm balance.
There was a notification from jio that the transaction failed... I didn't get any order status and not any confirmation msg.. Than why my money deducted.

I paid 500 ruppes for jio phone booking via paytm (Sbi), 500 ruppes deducted from my sbi account, and sms come like this you're 500 ruppes paid to billdeskuti, but still not showing any sms of you're jio phone booking successfully, you're payment successfully for jio phone, also still not getting any sms from jio team

I have booked jio phone through http://www.jio.com/ and paid 500 rs through sbi debit card but transaction failed. So, i thought it's a server error. Yesterday i've booked jio phone through my jio app and for payment i chose paytm. Rs 500 deducted from my paytm wallet but in jio app its showing transaction terminated. Didn't get any confirmation about the status. I am not sure whether the booking is confirmed or not. If it's not then refund my money asap so that i can place the order again.
