Without using data jio mobile network is getting drained
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My data also exhausted with out using 2GB.The customer care people advice to watch video in youtube how to manage your data and they are claiming we don't have facilities to see how your data is consumed ( since your stolen the data). This is way they promoting additional data vouchers purchasing.

    I hav disconnected my jiofiber connection on April 26, 2022. The device has been picked on May 4, 2022. When I first made a call to customer care for the refund they told me to wait until month end, later they said the payment cancelled due to incorrect bank details. It took me 20 days to get cheque book and I sent the details to them.
    Now they say that 500 credited, but payment of Rs.1000 cancelled from their end and told me to wait for 14 more days.
    Even after this 14 days, I still didn't receive my remaining amount.
    Please solve this.

      Today morning I have made recharge of 1499+gst instead of 399+gst and immediately contacted to jio fiber customer care and explain the matter. After listening the matter they took my call on hold and then replied recharge can't be cancelled hence no refund will be issued. I have again request them so many time to consider this and cancel this recharge immediately but they have given me simple answer that we can't and advice me to take care in future while doing recharge.
      I just want my money back so kindly help to to get refund urgently. My jio fiber number is [protected].

          I recharged for 2 GB which was exhausted without using . this was not first time it happens 4 to 5 times i am facing this issues .please look it and rectify this problem.

            Hi, I opted for JioFiber free 30 days trial and the plan validity was from 22-May-2022 to 22-June-2022. The plan requires me to pay Rs.1500 as security deposit and within the 30 days, I need to raise the disconnection request post which the device will be picked up and the refund of Rs.1500 will be processed.

            Below is the sequence of incidents.
            1. I raised disconnection request on 19-June-2022 (SR00001BO8TQ) which was resolved.
            2. I raised the first Service Request (SR00001BULWS) for device pickup on 28-June-2022 but the ticket was closed without my knowledge on 29-June-2022.
            3. I have the second Service Request (SR00001BVSNF) for device pickup on 29-June-2022 but the ticket was closed on 30-June-2022 stating I was not responding (I neither did get a call nor the so-called engineer visited my apartment).
            4. I raised the third Service Request (SR00001C3UTX) for device pickup on 9-July-2022 which is still open and SLA is 24-July-2022. The catch here is the device needs to be submitted by 20-July-2022 and no engineer has called me or visited my apartment till now.
            5. I have raised forth Service Request (SR00001C9XFQ) for escalation which is still open and the SLA is 20-July-2022.

            JioFiber says Free Trail offer and get Rs.1500 as security deposit and then when the customer raises the disconnection request, no one will come and pickup the device. No update calls from the engineers. No refund without device pickup which they wont and will not do. Customer support will ask me to go and give in the nearby JioStore, and they do not want to do their job.

            They loot and cheat the customer in the name of free offer. I STRONGLYDO NOT RECOMMEND JIOFIBER to anyone because of THIER PATHETIC, NON-EMPATHETIC, NON-RESPONSIVE, ARROGANT behavior.

                I have taken a connection of Jio fiber for trial in March for a month for which I paid Rs. 1500. After cancellation within 30 days I had to get this security money back. I cancelled the trial within 30 days and after that I received 500 rupees, when I called customer care, all they are saying is remaining 1000 rupees refund is getting initiated. I have already made complaint 4-5 times but getting same response and no refund. Please help me with the issue.

                  With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that my internet connection is disturbed from last 3 days. I am facing trouble as my most of the work is done online and for that, I need a proper internet connection.
                  I have already made a complaint but no one took any action upon it. I request you again to send someone from your office to check my connection. I expect a quick response as satisfying your customers should be your first priority.

                    Reliance Jio is digging up the roads in the layout, which is already dug up by the bescom authorities for underground cabling and not tarring it. Trenching work is going on with ditch witch for the past 2 days (12/7/22 and 13/7/22 without considering the sewage connection from houses to the common pipeline. This has been notified to the contractor but digging is continuing. Attaching the photos taken from the site that gives the pathetic situation.

                      I bought the jio fibre plan and got the postpaid jio fibre number [protected]. I have cancelled the plan and asked for refund of Rs.2394. It's been 2 months since I returned but refund is not credited.please resolve it for me.

                          Sir I am SHYAM KUMAR DAS, since last two years I am using jio sim, sir I have recharged one year plan of jio of Rs- 2399, sir I want to tell you that jio's network is two months It has become so slow that it runs a little during the day but after 6 pm it becomes so slow that nothing works like data slow, no call, call disconnected due to network, after 6 pm After that I am unable to study from home due to slow data, I also talked to the customer care of jio but I did not get any response from jio, sir I want to request to you that the network team of jio is my address. - AJGAHA, MAHISHAL, KATIHAR, BIHAR, 854317, come to me after 6 pm to do network testing and provide me a solution, sir you guys help me to solve, I hope you guys will definitely help me.

                            Hi I had requested for a Jio fiber relocation for the number [protected] on 22nd May 2022. As it kept pending I had to take a new connection and requested to disconnect the fiber connection (prepaid) against the number [protected]. Till now as on date no body has come to pick up the router yet. I have given several complaints and now these people are saying that I need to go to Jio store and submit the router there. What kind of service is this? it's almost 2 months since I have raised numerous complaints and each time they convince it will be resolved within 24 - 48 hours. I need my refund back. Please help.

                                  I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 666rs plan
                                  on 6th of july 2022, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but net banking showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.666 is [protected].I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

                                    I connected with Jio to provide internet service in my house, they took 6 months of payment in advance for the internet connection, but were incompetent to give any internet wifi connection. I'm trying very hard to cancel my order with them and for refund. but since 3 days i got more than 30 messages for re-installment / re -appointment for installment.
                                    I have never asked for re appointment and they itself accept that they cant provide me internet services, but till now i haven't received any email/mail for cancellation.

                                    calling their customer support, but till now they have not cancelled my order, now this is the 4th day and I'm unable to do work from home neither they are refunding the money nor cancelling the order.

                                    they give me 15 minutes to pay for the whole 6 months in Advance and there is no contact or mail or messages for cancellation and refund.
