Dear Sir / Madam
This is subhramanyam from kakinada ap.
I have received unknown messages from JM-JIONET daily 20 to more than 40 messages.
Already I have raised 3 complaints to [protected]@jio.com and 198 customer care service but no response no feedback no solutions.
Didn't solve my complaint.
I have attached screen shots from receiving messages JM-JIONET.
Please solve my problem as soon as possible....

I have done wrong recharge done through jio.com. Transaction referance no is :igabvjhux7 rs 509 on 15th august 2017 17:13 to [protected] (Wrong num). I have contacted jio care to reverse it to my correct number [protected]. They are saying that they dont have options to reverse my recharge. But every other telcom provider will reverse expet jio. Last time i had same problem with bsnl they have reversed the amount. Why isnt jio reversing the money?

    Date of incident: 15/08/2017
    time: around 6 pm
    recharge done by mistake on a wrong number
    I wanted to reacharge my number i.e., [protected] (JIO) registered on name of Arun Kumar Singh with Rs. 399, but mistakenly [protected] (JIO) was recharged which is registered on name of Ankit Mishra.
    I request you to please reverse this recharge.

      I have an nri and i arrived to india a week ago. I got the new jio 399 scheme which is for 3 months. Yesterday my net went crazy and it just stopped working. The same thing happened today between 12:00 am to 01:27 am. According to the texts i received from jio, i had consumed 1 gb at 4g speed. However, i am down with food poisoning and i was on bedrest. I haven't used my phone at all. Today morning at 11:44 am i called customer service and spoke to someone named roshni, she assured me that the problem will be solved as there was a technical problem and the system was not updated. She said my net would be restored in 2 hours. I then called again at 1 02:00 pm and spoke to yogita who simply put me on mute and hung up on me. Then my number was blocked for a couple of mins. Later i called again at around 02:05 pm and spoke to bosco who again wasn't clear about the problem and when i asked him to transfer me to the legal department, he kept me on hold for a while and later simply stated that there is no one available to talk to which as a customer is highly unacceptable. Then i was asked to email them, which i did on the spot and now its been over 4 hours and employees named mahesh khithani, dimple lalwani and altamash shaikh have all been taking me for a round by sending me the same emails over and over again. I have respectfully replied to all their emails and now its plain disrespectful. Being an nri this has disrupted my university work and i have missed deadlines as the emails failed to load and i didn't realise as i trusted jio lte to work. When contacted i will share all the emails and messages received so far.

        Dda park located near sarvoday enclave begampur vijay mondal area... Construction of mobile tower started... Despite of so much of opposition by people staying near.
        Park has ground where young children play... Garden where all age groups spend their quality time with nature... And all age groups spend 1-2 hrs each day morning evening for their health... And i believe it is nation's health too... By allowing mobile tower we all are going to get affected... Kindly think again stop it from being placed there...

          I have made recharge worth Rs 399 through my Jio app with upi on[protected], jio asked for upi address. I entered my upi address the give instructions to make payment through upi login. Bhim app also shows payment request notification of address [protected]@icici and I made payment and shows successful. Money has been debited from my account but no recharge done. Please either credit money to my account or do recharge

            Hi,

            This is to bring to all user and competitor of Jio about how smartly Jio is playing their game.

            1) Most of the user complains their 1 GB data is used up in no time. (1/2 hour you tube video with low resolution settings or most of the time without any use we get msg your 90% limit is used.
            2) Based on today's discussion with Jio customer care, there is no mechanism where they can provide where this data is used.
            3) They wont share any network traffic.
            4) They will not register your complain with statement "Since our system is showing you have used data so we cannot take complaint on this."
            5) It is like they have become God, they will always tell truth and no one should challenge them.

            This message is to all Jio and Non Jio users, and to the Jio competitor. Reliance as famous on ripping customers pockets, and Jio is one of new state of art model. They are publicizing, they are the cheapest, they are fastest and they are having most of the customers, but what they are not telling is their false statement of giving 1 GB or 2 GB data for which customers have paid.

            How come when I download a You tube video it take only 200+ mb but when same video with same resolution on same device I watch online takes 600+ mb ? Why there is no tracking mechanism provided to check ip address of sites where the data is downloading/uploading.

            Some nonsense intellectuals will come, since you connect multiple devices, so there possibly software updates, cloud backup and other nonsense is going on.

            This may be fact in few scenario but now every one is smart enough and most o[censored]s disable auto update software still how does this applies when same video shows difference usage when download and watch live with same resolution. The difference is not few mb but its double or triple.

            It looks like Jio has played smartly, claim 1 GB is given everyday, but inside it is given only 400 MB or less. Since there is no way to track so best is blame on cloud and updates.

            Smart play Jio but this not going to work in long way when 65% of our population is young, smart and tech savvy.

            Initially I thought Jio is great start but looks like if Jio will expand and become only telecom company in Industry, he will start ripping same like old story of 2001 (Mobile free in 501 ) then after 2 yrs pay thousand to settle the account.

              Dear sir/mam, I have recharged my number with 399 & by mistake it's recharged by same 399 plan again because transaction from bank not cleared during on line payment, and I have received the msg from jio that in both the case 28+28+28 day 1 GB per day, that means 168 days 1 GB per day, but now your customer care said that it's only for 112 days, this is not fair...& Just cheating, if there no scheme than return back my 399 for that I have requested or give me the advantage of 168 days, because I m paying here 798 & in this amount I can get other better scheme from jio, so consider for 168 days 1GB per day otherwise return back my 399, it is right of the customer because it is by mistake done & still he have not utilise your scheme of above payments, you also confirmed me through your jio msg two times that I m eligible for 84 & 84 days, why not u send me the msg in second time that you are entitled for 28 days only, it's my mistake or yours, kindly clarify the matter, it is the right of the customer that he ask for return back his money in prescribed time period from that he is not satisfied, & this matter is of just few minutes before... Thanks

                My incoming & Internet services were disconnected on 4th Aug without any information. I immediately called the jio call centre & made a payment of rs399 thru credit card but my services were not restored even after series of complaints.
                I request u to raise this issue with jio & get it resolved.

                    My jio no. is [protected], i had recharged on 27.07.2017 Rs.399/- Using Jio Money application. payment is made by state Bank Credit card, my Transaction ID - BV00000075S3.I have also received confirmation sms.
                    My recharge also showm in My Jio app.
                    But even after recharge my service is disconnected on 14.08.2017

                    Please look Into the matter, and arrange to restore the service.

Also the dealing staff is only good for selling they don't solve the issue. Customer care number is automated machines or computers. One cAnt talk to anyone to resolve.

                        After jio prime recharge 50 rupees bonus adjustment for next recharge was messaged to me, but this time as next recharge time, the 50 bonus bucks not displaying for adjusting as committed by the service provider. This is like fake commitment or improper service towards customer. Therefore i expect my money back or to be adjusted as per rules set by service provider and for their morale of business.

                          I recharged 149 rs in my jio no 13 times after that i also done recharged with 399 i call in customer care 2 times to activate my 399 plan but they activated my 149 plan twice. I loss 298 rs.in jio now how can refund my 298 rs. I facing the worst experiance in jio before that i think jio is best from other operator but jio prove. Actually i recharge with 149 rs recharged 13 times before 31st march if i know that you give 399 plan for 3 months i never recharged with 149 13 times you cheated with me jio i never recharged on my jio no ever after that worst experiance...

                            I and my colleague have purchase (total 20 to 30 pcs.) Water 11 from reliance sales person Mr. Vinay Thiwari (+91 [protected]) Gandhidham- Kutch branch, and not even a year has completed our mobile were not working properly, for the same we have complaint to Mr. Thiwari and there was no response from him even though we went to service center but we didn't get positive response, the answer we got was keep your mobile and get lost, we never expected such a vulgar reply of staff of such reputed organization. hope so some action will be taken against such vulgarity, or else due to such illiterate people name of reliance will be spoiled.

                              This is clear cheating by Reliance. Will not refer this connecction to someone. Complete Chori of data speed.

                                I found that company deducts the Internet data even if it is not used by Me.
                                They cut the Internet data even if the person is sleeping and Internet is turned off.
                                I have checked my usage and found at morning 5:30 data has been reduced. Even if the person is sleeping andinferner dara is off.
                                Cuz o[censored] I hav recharged twice.. AZ I hav seen many complaints Iike mine on April 15 ..jio said we provide better plan.. Airtel is also giving 3months in 399 so I'm porting... Thanx jio for ur fraudness

                                      Jio team,

                                      My concern is about the network availability in my society in sector 137. There's no signal & internet with the society premises. It always shows "emergency calls only". Although it's working fine across the road.
                                      I've raise this issue and tried to register a complaint, but the executive told me that network is fine in my area. I've two numbers and both are not working when we are at home.
                                      Few of my friends in the society are also facing same problem.

                                      Hope reliance team will take it seriously and do the checks. Because, why it doesn't work in society.
