Dear Concern,

I and my colleague have purchase (total 20 to 30 pcs.) Water 11 from reliance sales person Mr. Vinay Thiwari (+91 [protected]) Gandhidham- Kutch branch, and not even a year has completed our mobile were not working properly, for the same we have complaint to Mr. Thiwari and there was no response from him even though we went to service center but we didn't get positive response, the answer we got was keep your mobile and get lost, we never expected such a vulgar reply of staff of such reputed organization. hope so some action will be taken against such vulgarity, or else due to such illiterate people name of reliance will be spoiled.

    I have bought jio fi device last month and getting 1 gb high speed data every 24 hours as per the 399 plan. But i am observing that there is theft of my high speed data the high speed data has been exhausted too early.

    This is clear cheating by Reliance. Will not refer this connecction to someone. Complete Chori of data speed.
    Kindly look into this.

      I have bought jio fi device last year and getting 1 gb high speed data every 24 hours as per the 399 plan. When i raise this issue with customer care first they have tried to give some lame excuses then denied to lodge my complaint.

      I found that company deducts the Internet data even if it is not used by Me.
      They cut the Internet data even if the person is sleeping and Internet is turned off.
      I have checked my usage and found at morning 5:30 data has been reduced. Even if the person is sleeping andinferner dara is off.
      Cuz o[censored] I hav recharged twice.. AZ I hav seen many complaints Iike mine on April 15 ..jio said we provide better plan.. Airtel is also giving 3months in 399 so I'm porting... Thanx jio for ur fraudness
      Dear sir / Mam I already raise the complaint to jio call center but not solve till date. So please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

        i talked with customer care executive many time but issue did not solved
        there is so much problem at my location at the time period of 8 to 10 pm there is internet speed very slow its like 2G speed its so irritating when am paying for 4G net But am Geeting 2 G speed there is a lot of problem to all customer at my location plz slove the issue My jio no is [protected] and my location is Dulla pur keri, sri ganganagar, Rajasthan

            Jio team,

            My concern is about the network availability in my society in sector 137. There's no signal & internet with the society premises. It always shows "emergency calls only". Although it's working fine across the road.
            I've raise this issue and tried to register a complaint, but the executive told me that network is fine in my area. I've two numbers and both are not working when we are at home.
            Few of my friends in the society are also facing same problem.

            Hope reliance team will take it seriously and do the checks. Because, why it doesn't work in society.

                  Sir after the wrong recharge I contacted jio however they replied to contact the number where wrong recharge is done pls do something I have done a recharge of rs 608.reference number [protected](paytm).pls force them to do so.i have contacted jio but they said they are unable to do so.only request pls help me with this

                    Reliance jio is trying so much to capture market by giving great deals to customers and is spending so much on advertisement. But has not given training to the store operators and managers. When stuck end user has to deal with them only. Trying to port to jio from last 15 days but the service is so pathetic and very non co-operative staff. They waste time in taking selfies with customers but do not help them #reliancejio #storemanager #pimplesaudagar...

                    My jio cell numbers [protected] should expire by september 13th 2017. But on my jio app it shows aug. 17th 2017. I am loosing on one month of service s. Jio customer service is not resolving after several attempts. I have recharged on april 27th 2017 valid for 84 days should end in july 19th. And another recharge validity of 56 days. So should end by sept. 23th 2017... Alternate cell [protected].

                      I am visited to jio life centre, naka hindola lucknow for tacking jio postpaid connection (Port from aircel to jio) but..
                      Jio employee service is too poor, totally misguided to coming customers for not tacking jio connection. They are telling 'jio ka network bahot khrab hai, aur koi connection lijiye... Jio se pareshan rahenge'

                          The reliance jio music application is not working properly i called to jio customer care they answered very irresponsible and not providing updates of latest songs in jio music application and not able to download jio tunes and set as caller tunes.
                          Everytime they are answering very irresponsible and misguiding customer about jio music application and internet connection is very slow not able to browse the internet properly in mobile phone.
                          Even having 800 mb of data balance in my jio app. They were providing very worst service.

                          The jio music app is not work properly because I see the many times, the song which is selected by me for caller tune but they not available in jio music mostly 1 option is show in every song "Not Jio Tune Available" what is this? I suffer this problem is near about 1year 5month. The images is example So please solve this problem as early as possible I want solution within 2 days please provide me.
                          Jio music app need to update their playlists..even now newly relaesed songs aren't added to respective language playlists..and also few english songs have only the feature to set as jio tune..plz take this suggestion under consideration

                              I have JIO number [protected]. After working few days. Now the service has been stopped completely.
                              My voice and data services have been completely stopped.
                              Please help me to fix the issue ASAP.

                              I have tried all the option all the option however the network status is saying NO service. No network access point is there.
                              I have tried to call your toll free number 10 times however its disgusting to talk to customer as calls are getting disconnecting automatically.

                                    Maineney apne mail mey aisa keha lika hai ki aap mera recharge amount kisi another number per shift ker dijiye? To kya apne apne anuman se reply bana diya... Kya aaisi customer service hai jio ki...?

                                    Kya jio support team sab kuch samjh ker samjhna nahi cahti hai ya mera aur na jane mere jaise kitene customers ka rs 309 pacha jane ka vichar rakhti hai.

                                    Support team mere in sawalo ka javab de, aur agar executive level per na ho pave to senior & uper senior level se iska jawab main chahta hoo.

                                    1- kya recharge kervane ke baad recharge amount customer ke account mei add nahi hona chahiye? Haa ya naa.
                                    2 - agar haa to mere number (Reference number :br000052ze0z jio number :[protected]) per jo recharge 15/04/2017, 18:47:39 transaction id ihmp[protected] ko online jio website dwara hdfc bank credit card ke through kiya gaya wo abhi tak kyo nahi add hua?
                                    3 - april 2017 mei customer care sei meri telephonic confirmation ke anusar bataya gaya tha ki... Apka rs 309 recharge, summer surprises offer ki validity end hone se pahle update ker di jayegi... But wo bhi confirmation fail hota dikh raha hai... Aaisa kyo?
                                    4 - kya jio mera recharge mere account mei add kerega ya mujhe court ka rasta dekhna hoga?
