I received a message from jio that my number [protected] is being misused to make abnormally high number of outgoing calls. And this is a violation under terms and conditions. Why i got this message!!!
And what does it mean??
And also written please taken immediate action otherwise my jio service will be discontinued.

As i have done recharge of rs 149 on my jio no [protected]. And that data get exhaust bt my plan still have validity upto 15 august. I have 2 another plans in my account but still not able to use internet because of that 149 plan validity. I make request to cancel that 149 plan but your customer care is unable to do that.
So i request you to cancel my rs.149 plan so that i can get benefit of my other plans....

I wanted to port my postpaid mobile number from airtel to jio. By default this number should have ported to jio as postpaid. However, this was ported as prepaid. I have made renewal payment of rs 399/- for my jio number [protected] through my debit card and subsiquently confirmed immideate after for the same. Later my bank notified that jio has collected rs 798/- on that transaction. Please return the excess money collected as early as possible to my bank otherwise i shall have to take it up with consumer protection forum.

I recharged online the connection dated 24/07/2017 as per your advice on phone to be in line with jio, but not making call at all and all time failure. Look in the matter seriously for mutual interest.

To [protected] (Wrong num). I have contacted jio care to reverse it to my correct number [protected]. They are saying that they dont have options to reverse my recharge. But every other telecom provider will reverse except jio. Last time i had same problem with bsnl they have reversed the amount. Why isn't jio reversing the money?...

I am palak moryani from indore. I was take a new sim of reliance jio on 30th may 2017. I was applied online for new jio prepaid sim connection. On 30th may mr. Purushottam malviya (Premium relationship manager) from reliance jio was came to my home and they take 408 rupees from my debit card. My bank account was debited but recharge was not done. After this he say, due to some errors your recharge not done and he take cash payments 408 again...

I recharged this number date 23rd july 2017 509 rs 2gb per day calling unlimited,
I wanna tell you, one single call is not going without network problem call drops, internet issues is very big not able to connect 4g network speed is like 2g,
Reliance jio is totally fraud company, biggest scam ever, ban kar dena chahiye jio ke upar please help me....

My 1gb is not getting renewed everyday.
And the customer service executive are so incompetent that they dont even understand my problem.. And even if some understand, they dont know how to solve it..

I have very poor internet connection, my no: [protected], even though its show in 4g but it seems like connecting in 2g, jio signal show full but always internet is very very very slow.

Sometime voice call drop is also happening, normally it happens calling other service provider.

Please resolve these issues asap.

I have recharged twice 309 on 20th march 2017, now on 20th july my o/g calls and msg & data has been stopped as the validity of one recharge is over and i called customer care 198 on 20 july and told them about the double recharge and they said it will be activated and they raised a complaint and said it will be solved within 48 hrs, but it did not activated so i called them and asked about the complaint they said it will solved...
