I am facing a similar problem. My data got exhausted around 19 July and recharged with 399 but unable to use net, neither have I received an invoice for the payment to on my jio account

Your case are still going somewhere, but I'm stuck because they are not receiving my call for a long time.

My number recharged Rs.149 plan twice at the same day, second recharge money is waste ah?

That recharge gives you plan for 84 days allowing you to use 1 GB/day 4G LTE data with unlimited Local/STD calls and SMS'. I don't think you are supposed to get any balance of Rs. 498/- in your account. But if you're talking about 'services', then its just a different case and there is really no point in discussing that here. As you know, no one in here can actually help you to get your issue resolved. Please contact Reliance Jio for any queries. I'm pretty sure, they'll do their best to help you regarding your issue. You are not proving net speed as you earlier committed. i was not able to open browser yesterday . i want to change service. is i can use sim in this device.
