Pankaj tyagi of modinagar jio office says me that i am not doing more activations of jio so from head office they got a mail to take back the e-kyc machine. And now he is not returning machine. Please take strict actions against mr. Pankaj tyagi from modinagar jio office.

        Sir/madam,
        I have recharge my jio no[protected] but i havent got any benefits yet. My internet is very slow. I am getting speed at 10 to 20 kpbs only.
        I have recharge my no with rs 509 benifit of 28+28 days.
        Please help me with my issue as jio always delivers. Please attend to the customer queries and public satisfaction.
        I have contacted customer service but there arent any responses from it. Please help me resolve my issue at earliest.

          I have Subscribed to Jio 399 Plan which provides unlimited data via State Bank of India net banking. Twenty hours have passed since my payment has been made, however, the plan is yet to be activated for my mobile number.

          The same problem had occurred before in the month of April-2017, when i tired to subscribe to the Jio Dhana Dhan Summer offer from the same bank account. However, the benefit was provided to my mobile number and even after complaining to Jio helpline and continuous follow up for numerous weeks, neither was the benefit given nor the money was refunded.

          I hope the same does not happen again and request the issue at hand to be resolved at earliest. I would sincerely hope the benefit of Rs. 399 gets provided to my mobile number at the earliest

          We understand that you are unable to view the recharge on MyJio app.
          If you have an existing plan active on your account, then any recharge done is queued. The queued recharge will get activated only after the current plan expires. In this case, the queued recharge can be checked on your account statement under ‘Upcoming plan’ section. Account statement can be downloaded from MyJio app.
          If the recharge is not visible under MyJio home screen as well as in the account statement, we request you to check your bank account / eWallet for refund status as refund is initiated for most of the failed recharge cases. You may also contact your bank/eWallet for checking the refund status. In case the money isn’t refunded, please reply to this email with the following details:

                I added money in jio money 1000 but after few days when i saw account, it was found empty without any transition.. I mailed many time for getting proper reason but they just made a auto generated mail every time, and gone 6 months still wait for a valid reason for it. Also visit nearest jio center but they do not take interest in jio app. So they also said to mail this issue., money is does not matters but trust, it is.. I lost my trust for jio, how horrible, i was thinking at that time to put 15000 in jio money account. They did not notices that excetly wrong with such case, if it still unresolved, i will go for consumer court for mently harassment and fraud statement for jio.

                  The worst customer service from jio... Im facing network problem last few months for resolution i contacted customer care service many times.. But they are unable to provide permanent solution for my problem.. This time they are asking for 48 hrs then again for 7 days but after all these time periods problem is same poor network slow internet speed like 2g network... Im complaining about this problem since 23march.. But still not permanent solution from jio even after five months they are suggesting me to install personal small cells on my roof on my expenses even mobile tower is located within 500 meters but still they are failed to provide good networking... What is this, is it digital service from jio which is providing 2g speed?..

                    my recharge is done twice I need my second recharge refund

Also i have get continue massage from reliance that recharge your number, so i made the payment second time. So the second time payment is system fault. So i need my second recharge money rs.399 refund in my account.

                    Dear concern

                    This is to inform you that i am not satisfied with the service of reliance jio.
                    Surprisingly, i was much satisfied with your free service rather than their paid service.
                    A paid service would be more fruitful and error free against free service. Isn't it??

                    Every time, i get the error : 'unable to get the jio sim configured'.

                    Moreover, the internet speed with the free service was excellent as compared to the speed, i am getting, with the paid service i. E 309 plan.

                    Was it an eye wash of of better service for the free offer to increase their database of customers so that they can opt for the paid service??

                    Hope my issues will be resolved asap.

                        Removal of mobile tower in residential area

                        Sir/mam
                        A reliance mobile tower has been installed in center of the society. Many houses are on just 2 meters distance from the tower. I request to concerned authority to take action regarding it. It is highly dangerous for people living nearby and especially new born children.

                        So kindly proper step to stop this work immediately.

                          Network is very poor - no response from Jio care after no. of times raised this issue with customer care. it is not advisable to have Jio Connection specially in Gujarat as there is very proper response from their end on any complain. i am using Jio 4 G for last about one year and raised no. of time this issue but no proper action

                                I bought reliance jio sim card 2 week back i paid 408 rupees for this sim. Jio customer support person told me that card will activated within two day. I went their and asked what happen my sim is not activated still they told me that verification failed without getting verification call to my friend. He didn't get single call how it is possible?                                   I would be like to say that my m. No. Is [protected] in spite of several call to customer care the issue is not resolved. I am getting very fluctuating network. I have called many times to customer care, but they are not ready to take complains as well. Many times in a day there are cases that i dont get connectivity also. Speed is not even 2g also. Please take appropriate action on this.

                                      I got a rs. 50 voucher as cashback on jio money app which is valid till 30 sep, 2017 on recharges to jio number on r.303 and above plans. But jio has removed the option to use that voucher. I confirmed from the jio customer care & they themselves confirmed that they have removed the option to apply this voucher. So i believe that this is cheating on their part.
