I wanted to take jio sim card and had approached a reliance digital shop in city center mangalore. I have been visitjng them for the past 2days . And they told me to comw back with something or other each time . So i was prepared and had bought my passport and a copy of it along with passport size photo. I was welcomed with a long Line of people . I waited for an hour. I looked around for information but no one was there to help. And after wating for an hour and 45 mins. I finally reached my station .they looked at my photo and then asked me to show my phone .later they asked me to show my document. I gave them my passport . They then asked me to take a copy and come back.lucky I had bought the copy along. I produced that. The guy gave me a look and said WE CANNOT ACCEPT PASSPORT COPY ! What !!! Passport is something which is's is commonly accepted as a Id proof even in profession colleges, police station, railway stations etc ! I am really fed up with this HOAX ! We r not stupid people! We do have our limit of patience. I agree that it is free and has bought a new trend to networking and the fact that reliance is causing a revolutionary change .BUT this is too much. Plse reply to this message and do the needfull

I am samsung A5 and i have visited digital express 4 times and the employees there are refusing to give my free Reliance Jio free sim.

    Reliance digital express mini store in rampur u. P. (Shokat ali road) (Pin -244901) continuously rejecting to give me a jio sim. The are creating new new excuses everyday. They are telling that e-aadhar is not valid. When i gave voter id they are telling photo is not clear, someday saying i have small size of photograph, my id card is not correct. Wat the hell they think about customer. When u cant want to give sim y making this type of stupid excuses and sim promotion...

    They are distributed jio sim to own related person only..
    They distribute only 30 to 35 sim daily and said it's a company orders that only 30 to 35 sim be distribute daily...
    They misbehaving also with the customers....

        Reliance is giving free jio sim to every samsung 4g user recently. Bt a reliance digital express mini store in naihati (Pin -743165) continuously rejecting to give me a jio sim. The are creating new new excuses everyday. Thay are telling that my photo is scanned, someday saying i have small size of photograph, my id card is not correct. Wat the hell they think about customer. When u cant want to give sim y making this type of stupid excuses and sim promotion. Next time never gonna use any reliance product. U guys is a crap.

          I bought a new samsung galaxy a5 2016 installed jio app got the redeem code
          Went to nearest digital xpress in banglore in jalahalli they told the server is down and denied my offer and told to come after next three days. Then next day i went to mathikere digital xpress thier i filled the form and they verified everything i had gave my passport as my address proff. They checked everything of my documents my name, pan card number, passport and gave me a sim. At late that evening they called me and told reliance has rejected your form cause your passport has been expired i told them that why didn't you told me that time, they played me cheap trick on me even knowing my passport is expired they uploaded it to sever. They told me bring another address proof. I was not having one, i told them can i issue this sim in others name they told nope. Next day i went wasting my 2k on up and down giving pictures of dad and his voter id coz both our address were same. They told it will work and yet sim is not activated. If digital xpress guys didn't wanted me to get the sim they could have directly told to me why to use this cheap tricks i wasted 22 k on a brand new phone for these sim and even didn't get the sim.
          O much pissed off i could have got 20gb 3g on any sim instead of wasting my money on the sim which i do not have.
          Reliance this is how you treat your costumers well done.

            I download app in play store any app 100 to 300 mb size give the best speed 3 to 4 mbps but i download games like wwe immortals 1.57 gb seed give me only 236 kbps last how can say that 4g speed and i am using airtel 3g give the same game download give me 844 kbps and same problem other site speed like 2g why jio you are the best. Why blocked others site i am from dhanbad jharkand pin 828101 and my number ±[protected] plz help me jio teams i requested you 😔😔😔😔😔

              I got reliable jio sim on 17th August in an offer after purchasing samsung A7, still waitng for its

              I purchased Samsung A7 2016 edition on 15 th of August
              As i was told about the reliance jio sim
              I went to the reliance digital express on the same day
              There I was told to come on 17th
              I went there on 17th evening at7:30
              Initially the reliance peole denied me to fill my form that time stating that they can't entertain me that time and told me to come next day around 12 noon
              I called the samsung person who assured me to help in getting sim during my purchase of mobile
              He called his fellow who was already there, he then helped me that day to get the sim on 17th August
              Even by this time my sim has not been activated... ( don't know the reason)
              Daily it is assured me ( on phone) that the sim will be activated by evening stating the congestion in network
              Is really that congestion in network is there then how the services will continue
              And when the sim will be activated..

              Really confused whether i have made a wrong step by purchasing Samsung A7 after knowing jio offer...

And adhaar card (Contains the address of gujatar) pan card, and a local address proof issued from indian air force as i am a permanent staff of iaf. But when i called the store today regarding sim activation. He told your form is rejected as your address is not local but i have already submitted a local address proof. Please help

                  Worst behaviour by sales guys at reliance digital banashankari store which is next to big bazar. Ignorant and rude agents who are least bothered to help people. I had been there to get a reliance jio sim as the offer by reliance is too lucrative to let go. Inspite of there being several executives none seemed to be interested to help. Reliance never gets customers but this time customers are pouring in which probably is making them feel like kings. One guy bluntly asked to wait whereas another guy on asking straight away said it's gonna take an hour. I didn't understand the 1 hour logic behind providing a form for the connection. Unethically unprofessional employees and a horrible organization/company. Good i decided not to wait and walked away. Another con scheme by reliance.

                    First of all i purchased a new handset of reliance lyf flame 7 on 16/08/2016 the battery of the phone on the very same date giving me the problem when i called customer care next day they said i have to go to service centre which is approx 10-15 kms from my home, secondly sim which i got with with handset saying 90 days unlimited net nd calls nd sms is totally a fraud which by 20/08/2016 i didn't get anything except 2gb of net nd 100 mins of calling. Customer care is extending the tat of solving the problem with more 48 hours, very pathetic service by reliance jio... It's a fraud!!!

S change kar ka [protected] active kar diya or marasa 2 bar i'd la li or 15 din ho gaya sim bhi nahi diya or kaha data hai ki staff nahi aya lana gaya to bhi nahi da raha mana costumer care pa compliant kari phone bhi aya par koi fayada nahi hai. Relaince jio ka hard kahata hai ki ya telecom company hai yaha koi sunwai nahi hogi jo karna ho kar lo àb aap hi much nahi kar sakta too ya company band karfo logo ko aap logo na pagal kyo bana rakha hai. Aap ki karan mari bhot vajati hoi hai. Agar aap logo ko asi parasan karoga too kon relaince pa baroda karaga

                            I purchase reliance jio mifi hotspot on 13th of august 2016 from that day i am facing a problem related to the call (Jio join) whenever i call to someone
                            Your customer care is saying that
                            Is root ki sabhi lines abhi vyast hai pls try after some tim. Internet speed is also worse download speed is 1.6 mb per sec.

                            And this types of problem i am facing again and again
                            Can u solve this type of problem

                                    I bought a LYF flame 6 mobile on which i am unable to use internet due to very bad INTERNET speed. Company only make promise of giving 4G INTERNET speed, but when i bought i realise that reliance jio company making us fool only. Reliance gio company only promise to give 4G net speed but actually they making us fool because i m complaining since 2 days ago but no action taken yet.
                                    I have bought the sim 7 days back but the sim is still not activated .There is no service & no one to assist even of i visit reliance digital

                                      I bought reliance lyf set with Jio sim with a written promise of 3 months of.free unlimited 4G speed internet and free unlimited calling..and its just have been a month. And I wasn't able to make any call from day 1. Out of 100 nos you dial u will get thru just 1 or 2 nos further the promised 4G net speed was never attained. the speed is even worse than a 3G connection. And now from today onwards all net stopped working all together. When contacted the customer service they said there is a problem with network and it will be rectified by 30th of august. So they wanna say for 21 days there would not be any services out of 90days of free trial. Great they are just there to sell there lyf mobile sets as this sim only works in there lyf sets. They are the biggest cheats in India. Beware and don't by lyf sets which are very substanrd sets in lure that u will get 3 months of free calling and 4G internet as it anyways doesn't work.

                                        I bought LYF handset with unlimited internet facility so that i can learn things from internet. But your pathetic service and poor net speed has made me sick. Very often internet speed is so poor that you can't open a normal webpage. I tried to call customer care many times and my call was not attended. Once i got lucky and my call was answered but unfortunately my call was deliberately ended without any solution. Coming to calling facility, i think it does not work at all. You keep trying whole day only then you will be able to make a single call.
                                        If you can't provide solution please just tell me i will return my phone for free at our outlet.
                                        I am tired o[censored]sing this so called 4G which is not better than 2G.
