I am not happy wth ur break services I am working in ur reliance jio company frm wipro it's 9 & half hour duty it's fine but one hour break agenda as ur agenda it's not proper tht is our rights that we cn take according to our way ur login shd b 8 & half hour tht is important we r giving u but one hour break(15minutes first break thn lunch break half n hour & thn 15 minutes last break tht shd b in our way not by ur way)

    I have a problem of network (Signals) and problem of speed
    When the sim is given to me i have been told that i get unlimited 4g but i am not even getting the speed of 3g.Network are not stable. The speed i get is in kb it is in between 100 kb to 600 kb and sometime it stuck to 100kb to 300kb. Is this the speed o[censored]r 4g

    The level of fraud is crossed when the tell you to check the speed in a software known as speedtest is shows you the speed of 30 mb/sec

    My complaint no. Are sr000000bldr & sr000000brfl and the network team asked to resolve the problem. One person call me and asked about my problems. Then afterwards i got a message that my problem is resolved. Without asking me that is my problem is solved or not.

    Now i am registered with the complain no. Sr000000d0g9. Hope this time my problem is solved

    I also should get compunsation of some extra days as my time is wasted due to your bad service of customer care & network department
    When i started using jio network i got problem with weak network and data and register a complain about it and they said the problem will resolve in 90 days and even after 90 day the customer care called and said that you have to wait for another 120 day to resolve and can't guarantee that it will resolve in 120 days jio haven't been really any help to me all they said is lie
    I m not giving any rating becos.jio ki rating ke layak aukat nahi hai.dec.2017 se complaint kiye ja raha hu speed ki aaj tak koi solution nahi.har baar 120 din ka time dete hai or papers m h site install hojati hai.bakwas.sabse apeal hai band kar do jio ko.my jio no.is [protected]
    My problem is network in indore rau and rangwasa because we should not used the internet by this network problems.
    My name is Srinivas I suffered since 3 yrs for no signals slow internet I raised my complaint nobody can solve my problem till its continue worst service provider in india no one can solve it

      It has been almost 72 hr past but no information recieved by me related activation of my sim. It is a hall of shame for reliance for this type of service.         Rajat enclave, lachit nagar @ 6.00 pm yesterday, submitted 5 photos
        With pan card n dl copy. I was told that the sim will be activated

          I have purchased wind 1 phone on 14 july 16 in gorakhpur kunragarh, rakesh mobile centre, 273008. i have given the proof of identity (adhaar card and local posting strength certificate). still now my sim is not activated and raised the complaint no sr000000bpy5. my sim card rejected due to mismatch in documentation as i submitted my proper proof of identity. i bought the phone 7 days before and iam unable to use the lyf jio phone. so please do the needfull in activation my jio sim.

I purchased reliance jio with lyf wind 1 phone for 4g internet. I used it for max 4 to 5 days and the lyf phone started problems like over heating, high speed battery drainage, hang problem, touch problem etc. I raised a complain in service center they came and took the phone with jio sim and said they will return it next day. Its almost 7 days they didn’t even updated any status moreover no response from there side. This phone and service is worst as hell. Jio should have choose a better phone. I feel like i have been cheated.

            I am sailing on same boat. LYF phones have overheating problem. Reliance should have chosen or tied up with other brand .

              I had purchased lyf phone with jio sim with unlimited usage offer for 90 days on 11th july 2016. After 2gb of data usage, the service stopped. I lodged a complaint on 16th july 2016 (Sr000000ace4) and after repeated followups with stupid call center guys, the service has still not started. Every time the call centers guys would give excuses as the information was not correctly entered in their system. If they know that, how long does it take to correct a wrongly typed information? And after each followup they try to raise a new complaint and say that previous complaint had wrong information.
              Please either take this dead phone back and return back my money or start the service which i had given you money for.

I purchased lyf 6 phone with 3 months free use of data and calling but of no use as i cannot make calls and use data as signals are very week in my area in sector 50 of noida. Is this the service of 4 g in india by reliance. Totally failure...!!

                Jio is fraud, my data usage is showing inappropriate eventhough I have not used that much of data, as I consult with the customer care they told mangatha hai tho aap disconnect kar lo.As they are behaving like they are king of telecom markets.

                  I am using jio 4g sim from from 1.5 month from the month i am getting very slow speed they says to me that it will resolved in 48hr and from the month i have not got any resolution and i got a call from a network department of jio khurja they abused me and i have not aslo not got resolution. the speed they told me that u will get a 4g speed and now they are giving very low speed.

                    I have bought a lyf (flame-2) handset on dated 25 th june, 2016 but unfortunately after 5-6 days the display of the set was dead, on 8th july i went to the reliance gio jorhat office, met mr. champak baruah and he told me that the display of my set has been broken, he placed a order for that spare and assured me that on 11th or 12th the product will be available, but till today product is not available, how many time will i have to wait for this simple spare part? why are the company not providing demo handset for this period?

                      When i talked to mayuresh on your appellate desk regarding this concern they said... We dont have a mail access so we cannot check the details... You are from the same team then nonsense reply you r giving

                      Then after they commited to give me written reply that your concern is resolved till 30th july still i am waiting for his mail... Where and when

                      Will you give me in written so if you not able to do that on 30th july... I will move further.

                      I am facing this problem from last 30 days no one can check my area and connectivity everybody says its backend issue we are work on that... Then your customer suffer if you are playing some activity in background...


                      From last 10 days not able to make a single std call from my jio number

                      Can you explain me what is basis use of a number???


                      All my complaint is closed without discussing with me or solving my issue why???

                        I have purchased a lyf wind 4 mobile and a jio 4g sim and it has activated 29th june 2016 under unlimited mobile voice calls and data pack for 3 months. within two days, i have received a message 'you have exhausted your account balance'. for that i complaint the consumer care for four times. they replied through a message within 48 hours we will resolve all the problems. my complaint number is sr0000006r96 dated on 5th july 2016. stil now no response.

                        I am facing another method of cheating by Jio,
                        I made a payment of 399 on 21st July through UPI and money was transferred to their account [protected]@icici but did not recharge my sim then I made another payment of 399 through Payton and my sim was charged, since then I have written many mails and spoke to their service representative but they keep on repeating that payment was declined, then I sent them certificate from ICiCI bank saying that payment has been credited to their account but they are neither refunding the money nor accepting the fact that it has been credited to their account.
                        It's scam I believe.
                        jio is cheater not providing 1GB data as they commit to customers after turning on data in just 10 min m getting message as i have consumed my 1GB data per day limit
                        and as usual they are having lame excuses
                        I'e already complained to customer support and registered a complaint here as well.
                        Sometimes I received notification that I've consumed data even when my device was switched off.

                            I bought a mobile on 8th june 2016 and even after 36hrs they are unable to activate my sim and on calling to customer care they are just saying sir we are trying.
                            now i am not interested in their services as hey are unable to provide that they are not refunding my money back
                            they are cheating people by saying that u r getting the 3 months trial free as they are charging for their handsets they have included the 3 months subscription charges into that moreover when i asked them that as you people are unable to give services so please refund my money and take your product back, on that they said once the handset seal is opened we can not return it.

                                As a professional I was working in reliance 4G project in srinagar, but after some months I was shifted to jammu & assured that u will be given all your outstation expenses, but after I complete my work there and subnit all bills to manager without any hesitation he cleared all the bills and forward to company but after that I only receive mails that your payement will be credited soon but after in June 2014 I resign from company but still I am waiting for my payement .please help me.
