Dear Sir/Madam

Sir, I have been facing issues while receiving calls for about a week now. I have tried contacting Jio care for the same still no resolution have been provided they keep on saying there is no issue from their side but I am facing this issue not only on one number but with all of my Jio number. I confirmed the facing among other users in my building even they are facing the same issue. I have to switch on my wifi calling feature in order to receive calls. The problem is faced at the address where my sim is registered which is my home. whereas I am able to make/receive calls at other locations. This issue started on somewhat 31 Oct 2021 before this I was able to make and receive calls from my location. Also, I have registered a complaint to a network team with Ticket No: MR0000Z7SH6E still no resolution has been provided. I have also requested for a port out I will be porting out if my last hope which is the Consumer complaints portal is not able to resolve the issue.
I hope my issue gets resolved asap So I can resist myself from porting out all my Jio numbers

    I am not able to park my vehicle infront of my house so remove the jio fiber pole infront of my house

      Not Satisfied with Network Service

      I have bought the Sim like 1.5 years ago and I am not getting a GOOD SERVICE as expected. I also complained like 6to 7 times per month on CUSTOMER care service from the day I bought the Sim. But still I am not satisfied with the net issue and everytime I complain they say that THERE ARE LOTS O[censored]SERS IN YOUR AREA CONSUMING INTERNET AND WE ARE WORKING TIRELESSLY TO EXPAND OUR NETWORK IN UPCOMING MONTHS.       Hi,

      I got my jio fiber installed 1st week October and I had to relocate due to some personal work. Hence return was initiated on 04-Oct-2021 . The jio fiber team said that if you cancel the plan within 30 days, all of your money will be refunded. I've been calling them since 04-Oct-2021, and every time I would call them, they say that an engineer would collect the device from location. Its been more than a month of this back and forth but no engineer has visited my place. I'm really not sure how else to get the refund.

        I have paid Rs.1500 for Jio fibernet connection and i am in need to change my house and i have cancelled the order. First they promised that if we cancel the connection the full amount will get refunded without any questions but i got RS.500 only. I don't know where is my 1000 RS.

        Don't give false commitment.

          I was facing issue with Internet connection. I raised complaint for issue, it was closed without fixing. I followed up couple of times but no resolution (after 1.5 month follow-up). My balanced lapse during this time without using internet.
          I raised closure request, but no action taken, I am demanding my deposit against modem and set top box, but they are evading to take request in consideration by mention different reasons (like give us opportunity to look into issue). I clearly mentioned that i want to close the connection but they are avoiding. I do not know how I'll my refund if they do not submit the request.
          This is very wrong practice from such big company to avoid taking request. People keep on wasting their time in followups. So as final resort I am reaching to consumer forum.

            I have been eagerly waiting for Jio to start its fiber services in my village.
            Jio has laid down fiber cables underground in december 2020, now it is November 2021 and still no progress have been made. Jiofiber services are yet to be started in my village. This is a HUGE delay.
            I request Jio to start its jiofiber services in my village soon.

              My Jio number is [protected] I recharged my Jio plan wrongly twice on 3rd august 2021 although i paid twice they didnot activate my one plan paid extra and was in que on 27th October when my plan expired i was on Airport and without my plan activation i was very much in trouble for Taxi booking and making urgent calls. it started again only after i paid and recharged again on 29th october 2021 when today i called customer care they are bluffing and saying plan was already activated. they are lying and not giving proper information and behaviours are stupid. i want them to fine with a huge panelty i want answer from them in writing that why my plan was not activated at that time

                I had recharged for my Jio plan 199 yesterday (02.11.21), the day before expiration. I recharged from my IndusInd bank app like I always do, and the amount was deducted. I also got a notification that was the recharge was successful. But after my plan ended today I was shown that I don't have any plans!

                Where did my money go??

                I had to recharge once again to keep the internet ongoing, which was successful.

                Refund my money (marked by 1 in the image)! This is deceit!

                  Not getting internet from 01/11/2021 morning. complaint registered through WhatsApp complaint number. As per SMS scheduled an engineer visit at 5 pm on 01/11/2021. I am still waiting for the engineer.
                  Today they again rescheduled to 02/11/2021, 4 pm.
                  The technical service of Jio fiber is very poor, They won't come on scheduled time. (This is my past experience)
                  It is very difficult and tedious to contact their customer care number

                      I have applied for jio fibre at my house so i called one of your jio sales person . He checked my location n thn told me that u will get wifi here . So i did e-kyc for jio connection but at the time of online payment payment wasn't been successfull so he insisted me to transfer money to his account he will pay money from his account on my behalf .
                      But now they cancelled my order next stating that address issues . And my refund amount is also credited in his account . Thn contact him he told me he will return my money bt after sometime he start giving excuses n stop picking call n now block my number too.
                      I felt like being cheated here
                      Please look into this matter .

                      Company has told me to wait for 21 days if after that money is not refunded by him . Thn they would forward the complainant to concerned department . Bt sir the sales person is not not receiving my calls or even block my number . He has no intention to return my money . First he told me give me your UPI he will send my money i gave him he send 1 rs to confirm my UPI and told me to send my money later bt after that he just stop picking calls or block my number on whatsapp . Issue is not even considered

                                Its more than a month now when i deposited my router and services were discontinued almost 45 days ago.

                                Still i haven't received my security deposit back which should have been transferred 15 days ago or before that.

                                I am continuously chasing jio fiber team and they haven't done anything yet.

                                My back details are correct which they earlier confirmed.

                                Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                Just to also bring to your notice that service is very bad for jio fiber in noida and i had to disconnect the connection bcz they didn't performed the relocation and i had to complaint and requested thousand times. They kept on rescheduling it without contacting so i ended up raising the line cancellation request and now they are not returning my security deposit even after safely returning the devices. Its more than a month now.

                                  I did the recharge on 23rd October 2021 for RS 149 in my Jio number but even after 2hrs didn’t got the recharge amount activated on my number. I verified my bank account through which recharge was done and money seems deducted. Till today I haven’t got the refund for my deducted amount of Rs 149 in my bank account. Finally I did another recharge of same amount and that seems done.
                                  There’s no way we can contact jio customer service and talk to them about issues. There’s only a help chat which has pre defined answers for the customer issues.
                                  I expect refund of my money in my bank account asap as this is not a way to deal and snatch your customers money.

                                    I have complaint many time in jio customer care but they did not do any think we are face slow internet issue in my are since last 4 to 5 month we all are students and we have to take online classes.

                                      I had applied for jio fiber connection on 16/10/21 and jio representative came within 1hour to collect money and i paid him Rs 2475, and received Order No NO0000J1J9MW and aince then continous rescheduling appointment messages has been sent by jio, feeling cheated because jio representative said that it will be installed today, now no one is responding or even picking up call. Such a fraud company, please provide me with some solution.
