I have recharged my jio number on 27/07/2020 for Rs.199 which gives 1.5Gb data at 4G speed for 28 days. I used jio servics for 2 days but from 29/07/2020 they are not allowing me access the service.When i chek my profile on jiofi login they are showing that i have not recharge.I am attching bank statement regarding payment which is done via net banking.

    Worst experience with Jio fibre
    Fraudsters

    From last six months I am trying to get jiofiber connection. In this connection, I have sent multiple mails to jio fiber and made many calls to customer care. However, no support i could get from there also. I kept on contacting area jio team again and again. On 20th July, 2020 finally one person from Jio team named MR. Rahul kumar([protected]) from sector 51 Noida, Uttar Pradesh asked to me pay the connection fee and I have made the payment accordingly. After that he promised to come in post lunch hours to complete the installation process but he had not come. Since then I am ringing him but he is not even receiving my calls and now blocked my number.

      I am a customer of jio. My jio number is -[protected]. I recharge my jio number to enjoy good service. But last 15 days jio is supplying worst quality of 4g network in our place. Due to worst quality of network i am not able to upload a video in youtube. If i upload a 900 mb video in youtube it takes approximately 28 hours. Can we call it 4 g network? Jio is cheating us by supplying worst quality network in our place. Jio should remember we are not consuming jio service in free. Than why jio cheating us? I request to jio if you don't provide better quality of 4 g network in our place than please close your service in our place. Why you harrasing us?

        Jio has two standard answers for poor speed
        1. you are in a poor coverage area even though your sim might be showing alll bars so your speed is low.

        2.. you have good signal strength but there are more number o[censored]sers so the speed is low

        There is no way they look into any issue it is like make do with whatever is available. if it works then fine if it does not just too bad.

        As a policy they do not register any complaints at customer care on deficiency of service

              I done transaction on 6th March 2020 with sbi credit card with rs 2643 double deduction of amount when I complaint sbi credit card they dispute the issue they are telling it is merchant fault they are telling me to pay the due and indicating that it is merchant fault I can send you the proof

                Sir,
                I have honour to inform you that in our place jio's 4g network speed is too slow. Due to low speed of 4g network we are unable see jio tv in our place and we are unable download film from internet.in our place if we download a hd film from internet it takes approximately 26 hours. You can imagine the speed of 4 g network in our place. Sometime we are unable to make call due to bad network. If jio is unable to supply better quality of 4g network than jio should close their services in our place. Why jio is harss us? The name of this place where we facing this issue is-town-sarthebari, dist-barpeta, state-assam, pin-781307. Do needful immediately otherwise close your service in our place.

                  I have received job offer sms job work from reliance job and i was received call from mentioned phone no is [protected] due to some financial reasons i was refused job offer and
                  Request cancelled mentioned sms job
                  When the other person heard this while talking from other side from reliance jio mumbai he starts using abused language and point me on religious comment..
                  And call me many times and bothered me to joined sms job work due to this i suffered a lot from menta pressure..
                  Please do something and make some action on fraud peoples..

                      I have been facing an issue from past few months.

                      My jio data gets automatically exhausted without using it. This has happened several annoying times before too. How can 1.5 gm of my pack exhaust during 30 mins of a movie. Now without connecting to any laptop and auto updates which is off on my phone and not watching videos it gets consumed within few hours. This is clear cheating.

                      I am getting mentally harrasssed because of this jio stealing my internet that too in lockdown.

                      Explain me how 1.5 GB gets exhausted in 30 mins of a movie, where one can watch a full season of a series in 1 GB only i.e. approx. 5 hours of streaming. I need a detailed explaination for this.

                      Jio scam 1.5 GB is 30 mins streaming.
                      Other service providers 1 GB is 5 hours streaming. How?

                                  Dear team,
                                  I have recharged a work from home plan 151rs to 30 gb for one month validity.
                                  Because my current plan is 24 gb with 12 month validity. So for saving the data consuption from my current plan i have recharged one month data plan or wfh plan.

                                  But when i am using the internate now, the data is beeing consumed from my 12 month plans. That is wrong.

                                  As per basic rules the data should be consume from one moth validity pack or work from home pack. Other wise there is no value for me to recharge this plan.

                                  Please do need ful.

                                  I have also talked many times with your customer care person mamta and pooja but they are just passing their time. After hearing my complain they are not responded properly. Call discunnected again n again. I am not getting any help from them.

                                    I am a citizen of hyderabad, india and i had recharged 99 rupees on my jio number [protected] but found that, that recharge was only valid for jio phones. When i called the customer care at 198 at spoke to them within minutes of the recharge, they informed me that there was no resolution available even though the plan would be activated after a single whole day and not valid on my smartphone.
                                    The transaction id for the recharge of 99 rupees is br0004y1ycsf. This is ridiculous because wrong recharges take place and there should be countermeasures in place which the company does not offer to the common citizen. The customer care person i talked to mentioned his name as akhilesh and i am not sure if he took down the complaint or not because he told me there were no supervisors present at the moment and gave me a complaint number as mr0000suknw8 which makes me suspicious because no such complaint can be seen in my jio app. Please help me get my money back because i am a student and can't afford recharging my phone as i please.

                                      In recent times i have seen a odd behaviour in my jiofi.
                                      Even without using all the daily limit is getting exhausted as soon as device is turned on and to connected to my phone which has "jiocall" app... Please look at this issue... It's quite annoying.
