Myself chiranjeevi i've been using jio network from the past two years and now from the past two months the bandwidth is very less, can't even compare to 2g.

Now, i'm fed up of raising complaint several times. I did several top-up, unused data is left and is expiring on this month.

So, kindly refund my hard earned money from being wasted.

I am getting very low internet speed in jio 4g only getting 50kbps. Although the signal strength is awesome but speed is very low. Here we all are fed up with low internet speed of other networks only jio and vodafone is good here. Hope my complaint will be resolved soon. Please contact me on my mobile number if needed.

Now I felt/record ever worst internet speed .
I can't believe that I'm using 2G or 4G.
Now all the time speed up to 100 kb or 125 kb
What the ### that I'm using 2g or 4g.
I suggest to you.
If you can't maintenance 4 g speed then I'll Port my number because I'm facing last 2 months..
I'm always lost my game points during slow internet speed, Facebook many things!

Sir i am from ramgarhi village khurja, bulandshahar, uttra pradesh. Every company has to give 24hrs of tower but in location we do not get that service after the electricity gone in our village the tower service is not available.
Because of which we face very much difficulty like we are unaple to call we lost every connection think about any emergency on that time it's very risky please take a strong action on that.
I am doing this complain on the behalf of whole village we really in huge trouble hope you will soon take some action on it.

This is inform you that I had surrendered my Jio Set top box & WiFi Device in good condition (as Confirmed by Jio technician) on 20.07.2020. But till date I didn't received my Security Deposit. Whenever I spoke to Customer care they are not giving proper details or response.

My jiofi is showing 3 red lights unblinkingly. I have tried to charge it enough. But the problem persists. I am a student and having problem not being able to be connected to the internet. Now in this lockdown i can't go to a service center 15 kms away from me. I tried on giving the product to my nearest reliance store where i have purchased my product but they denied me service. My product is within warranty period.

Dear sir/madam,
I am using the jio connection at least 2 year. I have a complain for jio network. My jio sim is fully recharged with a valid plan but my Internet connection speed is very slow and this problem is facing many jio users in my area.I already inform this issue on jio customer care but there is a no solution for me.They tell me plaease wait for few days and they tell me they have limited network at this area and they solve this issue in future. It's been 8 months already they did not resolve this issue.
Please help me. I hope my problem will fix very soon.

I was confused since longtime regarding the immediate lapse of my mobile data without any usage in my jio phone [protected]. To substantiate the same, while i was sleeping at midnight, i surprisingly got text message at 12:47 am stating that 50% data has been consumed.
I am deeply shocked over this fraudulent consumption of data when my internet data is getting finished without being actually used.
Kindly look into the matter and compensate the same to avoid further legal remedy

I had recharged for the 599/- pack on 1st august through yono app. The plan is not yet activated and my call services was suspended. I had to recharge again through myjio app.
Kindly look into the problem and refund the deducted amount of 599/-
