I just have recharged my number [protected] with amount 444 with a data voucher of 50rs on 5th dec, 8:38 pm. Amount got deducted from my account but did not receive any message from jio regarding this.
The bank account is debited with the account. Please check the matter & update the plan.
Details are as follows.
Plan: ₹ 444
394 through google pay app
50 through jio voucher.
Date of recharge 5th dec 2019.

Complaint marked as Resolved I got an sms as well as mail at 2:35 AM on 6th Dec 19 that my recharge request for respective amount is initiated and processed successfully. Upon cross verification in My Jio app updates data plans are visible. Issue is completely resolved.
