I got jiofiber installed on[protected]. It's not even a month that I'm facing internet outage every alternate days. I have complained numerous times to their consumer service but they are still not able to resolve the issue.
Internet works for one day and next day again there is disconnection.
I work from home and I'm fully dependent on internet throughout the day.
Also Jio takes 3 months of charge in advance, so in spite of bad internet services, customer has to bear for 3 months or their money is lost.
I feel that I'm not being provided with the services as promised by Jiofiber and also cheated as they have already taken advance payment of three months and are least bothered about customer's grievances and difficulties faced.
I'm attaching few of the chats which I had with their customer service with the span of 20 days.
