Reliance Jio Infocomm — bad mobile set

Sir,
I have purchased mobile set in jio offer from pingla west bengal. From the very beginning the set is giving me trouble in operation. I requsted them to change but they run the software and return me, again after few days same thing happening, set became hanged and stopped.
Now it seems to me from the approach of the center that i have made an offense by approaching them to replace my set. I have attached the invoice they supplied. Now i want justice from your end.
