I am jio prepaid user. When i purchased new jio sim, i got 4g speed during first 3 months, after that speed decreased up to 0.56 mbps.
I contacted to customer care. They registered my complaint and given resolution that, new tower will be construed in my area in 90 days. After 90 days nothing happens. I contacted customer care, they registered my complaint again but issue not solved. I contacted to jio many times they didn't solve my problem but they given new service request number every time.
My last complaint service request number is sr00000lkbl7. I received following funny message from jio "this is an update on service request number sr00000lkbl7 for network connectivity. Regret to inform you that the location for which you had raised a concern may face intermittent issues. We have noted your concern and will be taking steps to improve coverage in that area as we expand our network in the future. At present we are unable to commit a date, we appreciate your patience. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, please call us on 198 or write to [protected]@jio.com. You may also raise an appeal with appellate."
