On 9th April, I first recharged for 349Rs (Ref no:[protected]. Then I topped up my 4G balance with a 101Rs plan[protected].
The second plan is not coming up in my list of plans. I have lost 101Rs because of this.
Your customer reps are not responding on live chat also. Because of this work from home I have spent 1000Rs in the past month on Jio and yet no support. Then I also emailed "[protected]@jio.com" with no proper reply.
