Jio number [protected] is in postpaid plan for which we paid bill of rs 309 on[protected] transaction number:[protected] but still it is not activated for making calls. We paid it either return the amount and activate the number.
Once we call customer care, without any prior information provided, they are saying it as deposit amount where as we thought that we paid the bill amount. This is not fair behavior of the concern. Kindly resolve this issue Was this information helpful? |
