Reliance Jio Infocomm — billing discrepancy | |||
Dear sir/madam. Sub: deceived by reliance jio. On 4th oct 2017 my jio postpaid pre on post benefit expired and next day i recharged through jio instant pay with an offer of rs 365 and benefit was given for three billing cycles. (*snap shot attached of transaction and service benifit, one billing cycle is 28 days). The same benefit was verified by the voice cystomer care on 5/6 oct, with this jio offer i rented jio serviceses for three months oct-dec. But on 10th nov. I was in roaming and my jio mobile services were snapped even i was not to call jio customer support. I used my friends no to contact i was told with in 48 hours we will resolve it. But nothing was tangible next 48 hours and i emailed and chatted with their customer support team. Few jio support told to replace the sim card as it is defected. I replace it from jammu jio centre but still the problem existed. Regularly i contacted the jio customer support for solution but till date nothing precipitated now i have received bill of rs 900. But from 10th nov all the outgoing services including data and sms are blocked. I registered 4 services requests with jio care that were closed inspire i reminded them with the valid transaction and benefit receipt. Now i sir request you as reliance jio are not going to pay attention i implore for redressal. Thank you Aggrieved customer Hamid it rauoof Jio no [protected].
