My Jio fiber connection got installed on 24th March 22 end and soon after testing it for 7-8 days I requested for the uninstallation in the free trial period as I was facing some serious issues with VPN connectivity and the speed was too slow. Their executive also acknowledged the issue with VPN connectivity and showed his helplessness.
After seeing Jio's executive response I thought to go for disconnection, so I called JIO customer care number and followed all the processes as explained by the customer care executive, they promised that soon the device and blank cancelled cheque will be picked up from my location and the refund process would start.
Since then it has been more than 5-6 months that I am getting SMS and mails from JIO on regular basis such as "UNINSTALLATION visit scheduled for JioFiber connection ..." for the uninstallation but no one turns up from JIO to pick the device and refund of my amount.
Worst network and after sale services. They are making false promises about the refund and trial period.
Please do the needful.
