Its been more than 4 days since i paid money ₹5240. Your jio agent promised that my connection will be installed in 1-2 I never received any call from your side, on 14dec when I called him he said we dont have equipment.same day I called on your support no to refund my money and cancel my installation request.even after more than 23 hours my cancel request is pending Im giving you guys 2 days to refund my or else I'll lodge legal complaint against you people Your customer support is a joke Shame on you will never buy or use any of your company product fraud people Was this information helpful? | ||
