I would like to escalate about my jio fiber connection and I am forced to cancel the jio fiber because of pathetic service and sales persons. Below are the reason
- yesterday my jio connection got disconnected and i have raised with a complaint # SR00001CGIYI and a service person came and said "this cannot be rectified as it is because of cable disconnected issue.and he said there are no technical staff to resolve this issue" this shows jio has technical incompatibility.
-he looped his manager and he asked to cancell the jio connection as they cannot resolve this issue. This shows managers incompatibility.
I would like to take an serious action against this incompatibility team.
Also i have recharged my jio fiber connection till next month 25th as i believe that i would continue this connection but i have been forced to cancel the connection. I am sending continues complaint with jio but no action taken on my cancellation & refund Was this information helpful? |
