Hi Sir/Madam,
I have taken Jio Fiber net connection on 22nd July 2022.
As promised I am supposed to amazon Prime member ship, but Jio Sales Person has acivated in his number(as confirmed by Amazon). This sales person has given false promises also and has cheated me with JIO subscription.
Further I have raised this concern with Jio Customer care 22 days back and even after 22 day I have not got any resolution, even I have raised this with Jio Appellate via mail and following up from 15 days still I dont have any resolution.
I have call recording and mail proof on above mentioned points.
I am harassed both financially and mentally by Jio by giving false promises and cheating Was this information helpful? |
