Jio is now becaming soo irritating.. I have a histroy with jio in past.. i complained two times in grievance.. my last Grievance with Registration No.DOTEL/E/2017/10086.. they came to my house and tell me that a new site will go live finally at the end of april.. they said it is the last chance..i said fine before 12 april through internet was slow but i can atlist browse and download at 200-300 kbps..
but from 12th april i am unable to browse.. unable to call.. call disconnecting always.. every website is taking 2-3 minute to open.. and network is going and coming with a interval of 2-3 second.. this is a horrible issue...
I ALREADY FACED THIS ISSUE IN FEBRUARY. IN THAT TIME A SITE (TOWER) NEAR MY HOUSE WAS TEMPERARY DOWN.. AND THAT IS WHY PROBLEM OCCURRED.. BUT AFTER COMPLAINED THEY HAVE RESTORED IT.. NOW SAME PROBLEM AGAIN... PLEASE TELL THE NETWORK TEAM TO RESTORE THE SITE..
I have complained in jio today's moring.. complaine number SR0000087WUK.. without calling me within 2 hours they resolved it saying that new site is expecting go live in 90 days.. it is the commom response i am hearing from october.. check the histroy in previous complain..
Its not because of new site.. because i used to get decent speed before 12th april.. and any call of mine never dropped..so, it's existing tower issue.. but your network team so lazy to fixing it.. thats why without checking they giving a instant response about new site..
I WOULD BE HAPPY IF YOU TAKE THIS STRICTLY.. AND HANDEL THE EXISTING TOWER BY NETWORK TEAM.. BECAUSE I AM NOT FACING THIS ISSUE WHEN I AM LEAVING MY AREA..
