Reliance Jio Infocomm — Complaint against jio customer care | |||||
I have visited jio digital store at 25/03/2016 to change my no postpaid to prepaid but still same has not done and no once take responsibility neither digital store person or customer care person. And also paid for 100 RS to recharge but still no update and digital store person and customer person both do not have information it will done or not. Was this information helpful? | |||||
