I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the network service I have been receiving. I have been a customer of your company for 1 years, and I have always been satisfied with the service. However, in the past few months, I have been experiencing frequent network problems.
The problems I have been experiencing include:
Dropped calls
Slow internet speeds
Frequent disconnections
Poor signal strength
These problems have been causing me a great deal of inconvenience. I have been unable to make or receive calls reliably, and I have been unable to access the internet for work or personal use. I have also been unable to use my mobile data connection, which is usually my only option when I am outside of my home.
I have tried to troubleshoot the problems myself, but I have been unsuccessful. I have also contacted your customer service department on several occasions, but they have not been able to resolve the issue.
I am requesting that you take immediate action to resolve these problems. I am a loyal customer of your company, and I am disappointed that I have not been able to receive the quality of service that I have come to expect.

last 1 year I faced an issue regarding a network-related Network issue
This is the condition of the network in our villages, I have been complaining for the last 1 years but only lies after lies, How many more years will it take ?
Inspite of multiple calls, no resolution.
Each of the executives gives different answers and dates. 😭😭😭
