Reliance Jio Infocomm — Complaint for insufficient knowledge of lady customer care executive | |||||
Dear sir, My jio number is [protected]. I am already enrolled with reliance jio prime membership with 99. After that i had a recharge of 149 (2 gb for 28 days) on 1th april 2017. On 8 th may 2017 my data balance is exhausted so i contacted with someone lady executive via 198 customer helpline at 8.00 pm from my number. She confidently suggested me to recharge with rs 309 & never tell me the details that one cannot recharge with another promo (Rs 309) within previous stipulated time, but after the payment when i was tried to use my net balance, it is not working but the recharge was done successfully how is it possible. Now another customer executive confirm me that i am not eligible for the recent recharge. I want to make complain for the insufficient knowledge of your customer executive & confidently misguide a reliable customer. I am very disappointed from your esteemed company customer communication. We are facing a problem and looking for a genuine solution. Hoping for your kind and correct response. Solve it as soon as possible.
